I am currently taking Biblical Hebrew C and start Jewish Background of the New Testament next week. I have learned so much from the courses and the webinars, from the teachers and discussions with other students. It is worth all the time and money.

I am now in the second Biblical Hebrew course and I plan to go through all five courses. The teachers are very knowledgeable and skilled at sharing their knowledge and experience with their students. They handle the synchronous online class meetings well, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to participate. I look forward to class meetings.

From the first few minutes of the first class I knew I'd made the right decision. It's a really efficient way to learn. I could not have reached the level of understanding I have with books alone, even with ten times the effort. Wish I'd done it earlier

As I am passionate to Read, write and speak the Hebrew language as the old testament Bible is written in Hebrew, now my dream is coming near as I complete each class. Excellent teaching staff and worthy material is provided including online access to review previous classes and well administrative staff for timely communication.

I’m doing Biblical Greek and the course is very useful. The support staff too is very effective, they answered all my questions and when I had to receive a refund they have been quick and kind.

Learning a foreign language is a challenge but I am sailing through quite confidently because my lecturer is bubbly, his lesson kept me alert and my classmates are so participative. Never too old to learn something new especially if it is about Israel History. Cherio DJ

Each chapter should be 2x per week. Hebrew is a difficult language to learn with out a repetitive practice with someone.I have no one to converse with. Except once a week with the instructor, but then we are off to learn something new... no time..CORRECTLY pronounce the words. I'm an adult learner. It takes more visual and practice speaking and writing bring it to memory.

I look forward to my class each week and Professor DeVilliers doesn't disappoint. We're getting to some tricky grammar now and he goes out of his way to be sympathetic to us. I also my other classmates- it still amazes me how far apart we all live but still can interact.

I was skeptical at first but after meeting my teacher (Maria Chrysovergi) I was happy i signed up. She has taught me a lot. Not only the Greek material, but also a lot of insight relative to ancient bible times. I was given great material to work with and I appreciate the fact that the classes are recorded. I can always go back and review it on my own time. I highly recommend this Institution.

Unfortunately we begun the course during the holiday of pesach and then the independence day of israel, so not a lot of lessons at this point, the time between lessons makes it difficult to refresh the mind, but with practice and reading the scriptures I am able to keep up. My instructor is very thorough and explains context and history very well, I feel like this gives me a deeper and more concrete understanding of what I'm learning.

I joined this course since April 2020. The course is well organized and the teachers are qualified. I just have two remarks: 1. In the level test exams the Hebrew is not legible. 2. If possible one would read the bible in Hebrew and assist the students to get proper pronunciation of words and get the cadence of the language. Otherwise I appreciate the methodology is quite good. I enjoy the course. I would recommend to whoever wants to venture into learning Biblical Hebrew.
