Instrument Cluster Replacement Repair and Vehicle Upgrades

Excellent service. Been in the auto repair field for 25 + years, needed cluster repair work on my own 07 Sierra Classic, and thought I would give ISS a try ,1st cluster had some light issues, called and ISS sent another one next day air, and no issues anymore, recommend ISS as for quality service and making core returns easy, will use ISS when needed again in the future. You just don't get quality parts and service like this anywhere anymore.

I bought a new instrument cluster from ISS after the one in my ‘03 Tahoe started giving me all kinds of problems. I was really happy with the video provided on their site showing how to remove and replace the part. I’m not strong in the auto repair realm. The replacement was easy, and the cluster came to life perfectly. In fact, it’s better than it has EVER been, what with the blue LED lighting and transmission temperature gauge I added as an option to the cluster. But when I started my truck, it almost immediately died. And again. And again. It was idling too low. The truck would run if I had my foot in the throttle, but not if I lifted it up. That made going around neighborhood corners tricky. A Google search suggested that maybe the electronics had to re-learn the idle. My truck ran perfectly prior to the replacement, so electronics HAD to be the issue. I sat in the truck for some time trying to get the electronics to re-learn. The next day, I emailed ISS to find out if this was common, and asked if I needed to do anything special. No answer. At all. Luckily, after a week or so, the electronics do seem to have found a proper idle, and I’m thrilled with my new cluster. I just wish ISS would have told me to give it some time in response to my email. It would have saved a lot of heartache and stress. Still, I highly recommend the part, if not the customer response department.

Excellent service, was able to record my mileage accurately and the clean look with blue leds make it really easy to see at night.

I ordered a replacement unit for my 2005 Hummer H2. I am honestly really have with the quality of the unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future if any of my cars need one.

Everything works in the dash now all the lights work the four-wheel drive lights work and I love the new LED lights that was a plus thanks for everything

Purchased a replacement Instrument Panel for my 2003 Chevy Avalanche that had the high parasitic current problem caused by silver migration on the printed circuit board (pcb). The replacement solved the problem. Ordering was easy - just need to provide the existing mileage on the vehicle and ISS programmed it to match. Received the replacement with good timing (from WA to MI took 5 days). Return label provided made returning it easy - just pack old panel in the same box and drop off at UPS store.

I purchased a new cluster for my 2004 SSR and I have to say the gauges work great however the blue light background is very uneven in lighting. I contacted the team at ISS and they bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. They sent me an exchange unit before noon the next day. This is superior customer satisfaction. 2013 Cadillac xts came in with a broken screen/cue, customer had estimates from dealer. ISS rates highly with one exception; they never revealed whether they used the X27 168 stepper motors or not. However, the final product tested very well, and the blue LEDs are gorgeous. Oh, yes, packaging was adequate too.
