Over three weeks ago I ordered a cardigan in the Benetton webshop. My first choise was to pay with creditcard but the screen froze after I put in all my payment details, not only once but twice. The third time I choose "wire transfer" as payment method. I received an email with payment instructions and I paid the order according to these instructions. Since I didn't get any receipt to the payment and since I wanted to make sure no money was deducted from my creditcard when the screen froze I contacted the Customer care. The first response was that my order was never registred. I had to send proof of my payment twice before they agreed to look into what had happened. It has now been almost four weeks and I haven't received any answers or explanation. Nor have I received the garnment I ordered or a refund of my money. I have been a lojal customer to Benetton for many years and the staff I meet in swedish stores have always been very helpful and I hope that they don't get the same treatment from headoffice as I get as a wepshop customer.

Returned a coat 2 months ago. After more than 30 emails (had no response from Benetton Css for about 1 month until my cc company logged a formal dispute), we are back to square one! Despite my tracking number showing the return item as delivered, customer service insists the warehouse can not locate the item (at this stage, internal policies are frankly none of my concern), and indicate they can not refund my Goods. In my books, this is thieving! How did this company create such a brand for themselves with such an appalling service is beyond belief. Dispute still on going. My advice: AVOID online shopping with Benetton.

This issue is unsolved since Dec 2019. Yes, 5 months ago, I bought 3 items. Then, return all those 3 items in the next day. 2 weeks later, they refunded me 2 of them. They didn't refund me the third item. I kept emails/calls them a hundred times since last Dec. They still no refund for the third one. So I have to contact my bank and ask for help. My bank can't help with anything, I contacted my bank many time, but they said it's unsolved since they can't contact with the seller or whatever reason. Such a hopeless in both ways. To be honest. I have to accept that I lost the money for purchasing Benetton online. I think this is a scam. I don't understand how can they maintain their business globally. This will be the last time I purchased item at Benetton. I don't think I will walk into any store of them. I can't support a business that untrustworthy no matter how good their products are.

I returned a light parcel to Benetton by UPS which cost me £11. Benetton received the parcel on 4th January 2017. States on website that refunds will be paid within 10 days. It is now 21 days and I have not received any refund. I have sent numerous e mails which they have replied to on one occasion stating they have received my returns and payment will be made as soon as possible. That was almost 10 days ago.
Will never ever buy anything online from Benetton again.

I placed an order for around £60 and received around 7 days later. This is wear it gets bad.

Opened the box and the wrong items inside. Their is no order number or paperwork’s in the box!

Had to go online and print out return form

Sent back via UPS DELIVERY and I checked was delivered back to Italy 3 days later.
Since then I have had no response from BENETTON they will not reply to any emails and it looks like I have lost my money! Fortunately I purchased my order via credit card American Express:so hopefully they can help get my money back

Cannot believe a company like this can operate so poorly !

Benetton confirmed they received a faulty jumper that they agreed I could return and that they would refund me 'in a few days'. That was over a month ago and every time I contact them they are still 'evaluating' my case. Very poor customer service. Would not use again.

I've been trying to get in touch with Benetton's customer service now for weeks but to no avail. As an ardent online shopper, I've never had such a bad experience as this one with Benetton. The selling part of their website works fine but a real digital company excels in its after sales and customer service. It's how you handle returns and follow up complaints that counts.

I received a jumper as Christmas present from my husband. Poor quality, I wear the jumper for five hours.
My husband contacted customer service, emailed photos of the item, and still the situation has not been resolved.
I cannot believe the way are treating customers, trust me I will never buy anything from Benetton. Disgusting the company should be ashamed.

I purchased a pair of slim chinos a few weeks ago and they have stretched to one size bigger when wearing them. With numerous contacts with the Benetton customer care team they want to repair them. How you can repair stretched trousers? All i want is refund as I have trousers that I have only worn once and look awful. Don't buy Benetton !!!!!

Used to love Benetton but the pricing is absolutely shocking very expensive and not worth the prices only thing which is worth the money is the boys tracksuits for £25.95 no wonder the shops disappear gradually after reading reviews about online purchases and my local store closing down definitely given this store a miss from now on ????????

My return process took about a month from a day I sent a parcel back to money appearing on my bank account. It is much longer to what we are used in the UK with most retailers, so I understand the frustration from other customers, however the Customer service from Benetton was responding quickly and gave me updates on the process. Not brilliant, but okay.

I broke my leg in one of the shop in Krakow, Poland. I tripped over metal bars sticking out of the floor. Generally the sellers were nice. I got up and walked to the exit. At first I thought the leg was broken. It occurred outside the shop. I had surgery and another one is waiting for me. I cannot walk. It is not known whether I will recover by the end of the year. I wrote email to the headquarters in Poland about two weeks ago. Unfortunately they didn’t contact me. I bought nice shoes in this store. I wish I could wear them. Unfortunately it is not possible.

I placed my order January 19, 2017 from USA. January 21 the charge was made on my credit card account. Since, i never got anything from them. 3 of my emails(January 25, January 31, February 4) never been answered. Thanks for dispute option which i used from my credit card company. Nobody still ever send me any notice or apology from Benetton. Worst online store i ever deal with. I had few orders from tiny shops and companies in Europe before(Spain, France, Hungary,UK), and all worked fine, but business with Benetton is over for me.

Bought a white blazer size 38 for £100 last week. The item arrived at least size and a half smaller than 38 in other brands, it really fits 34-36, very very disappointed. Absolutely horrible, they don't accept returns for size changes!! And this taking into account their sizes are smaller than any other high street brand. Will never ever buy from Benetton again.

Gave up with trying to get an answer on how to organise the "free returns" they had promised (I got the impression that there was no one in the office who could speak English) & sent the items back to Europe by UK post. Cost me over £20 but I had no other option. Then discovered they'd deducted £10 from my refund to cover return postage. Sent about eight emails to complain but got nowhere. Couldn't work out whether they were taking the **** or just utterly incompetent. Because this company is based abroad it's impossible to take effective action against them. I hope that in the future there will be mechanisms for a comeback against non UK based entities selling online here because this sort of thing shouldn't be happening.

Just received an order I made nearly 300 w3pounds in 3 separate orders - 3 items are missing and I have 5 items I didn't even order on 4 children's items and one XXL dress!
Will see what happens next. Not very happy! I thought benneton was a reputable company?
I have just spent an hour trying to ring someone about it in the UK! Just shops and they couldn't help !!
It's a shame the 5 extra items I've received are children's wear!. I'm waiting to hear by email from the company now! ????
Today is the 23rd January! I received 2 of the 3 missing items eventually but one item I paid for has never arrived! After many emails they told me they would refund me and I would have to 're order it!!!! I asked them to just send me what I'd paid for! Not received a refund or another cardigan yet! As for the 5 items I received which I didn't even order they sent me a computer generated explanation of how to return ITEMS!!!! I'm not paying to return ITEMS I didn't even ask for. I keep emailing about this and have only had one reply - telling me how to return the mistaken ITEMS!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do love the items I have received though ????
