I got pasta flour that was contaminated with bugs. It looks like my experience is not unusual.

Shipping slow....
After I posted the first bad review for shipping, they finally shipped my purchase.....(21 days later) Today 12/08/2021 I received it. But....10 packs of food have 8 packs are expired 5 months ago. Are you kidding me??? I hope can get a refund if they care.

Don't order anything from them, our order was damaged (for the 2nd time) and they refused to make good on it, actually the owner said my wife's expectations were too high and you can find some of the same products at Walmart for 1/2 the money.

The products are great; however, receiving them is a major problem. It should not take two weeks to receive perishable items especially during the summer when temperatures are in excess of 100°. By the time I receive my first order it had gone through Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and California all experiencing 100+ degree days. The anchovy is had cooked and had exploded during shipment and I was afraid the canned items would have run the risk of spoiling as well. When I brought this to the attention Of the distributor they said they were having problems with their logistics yet offered No alternative other than to say they were experiencing that with many of their orders. Perhaps you should be sending perishable items by priority or express instead of on slow trucks that by the time they arrive will be suspect of even being consumed!
I think until they can get their logistics in order and can reliably send things within a 5 to 7 day timeframe maximum they might reconsider their business plan.

So it is the worst company ever had I order some food from the company I only received partial of the food I have reiceived everything from it they even said they mailed but I didn’t get it and they don’t want to reimburse me from it it is the worst ever company I would never order again from it I would not recommend to any of my friend or family because they are not a serious company they take your money but you only receive partial of the food …
