I was very pleased with Jackson Grundy, from the valuation by Chris to the completion with Natalie, they were professional and efficient we completed within weeks and they helped all the way along the process.

First Time Buyer with zero experience in property.

The team at Jackson Grundy performed brilliantly in handling my first property purchase in Daventry. Ever-courteous and prompt in their communication, I always felt they knew their industry and could handle my case professionally.

They organised a viewing quickly and made a good impression from the word go. Once I put an offer on the property they made no delays in getting started

Communication was excellent; they provided regular updates and were always on hand to take my calls to offer advice.

Whenever they were unable to take my call (which wasn't often) they were quick to respond and extremely helpful in talking to the vendor to ensure everyone was up to date and happy as the legalities were underway.

Ricky spent a lot of his time handling my case, and at no point did I feel he was putting anything short of 100% effort into his job.

My particular purchase was marred by my Solicitors at almost every step, however Ricky and Jackson Grundy as a whole were superb in making the situation more palatable for me as a first time buyer.

The whole purchase process was new, daunting and very stressful but they never once let me down. My drop-in conversations were always a highlight to the ordeal and made a very unpleasant situation much more bearable given how welcome they made me.

Good people, fantastic service and a professional team. Thank you.

From selling the house within 3 wks and us buying another property all has gone really really well we pick up our new keys on Friday 31st january 2020 ricky was amazing answered all our questions and any worries we had he was amazing would definitely tell people to go to jackson grundy.

Sarah sold my property on the first viewing and it exchanged within 5 weeks - which is very fast compared to my experience with properties in the past. Sarah was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the process and was extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't of asked for a better estate agent. I would never go anywhere else and would definitely recommend Jackson Grundy. Thank you so much.

I had a very complicated sale happening in Oxford and a simple purchase this end, but one held up the other. Richard at JG was patient and nothing was too much trouble. It all went through eventually and I'm very happy with my new home.

Called in to ask about property and Tom Gernon was more than obliging about matters,he also gave good leads as to mortgage application and house survey.When he was not available all the other staff were more than willing to help.great service all round by all????

I have used Jackson Grundy for many years and you will therefore understand that I am generally happy as I keep returning to buy and sell.
However things appear to have changed with your structure within the offices and this is very apparent in youyr sales chasing and updates after a sale is agreed.
I am told that you no longer have designated sales chasers and that the negs are now responsible for their own sales. They are obviously keen to chase new offers and I feel that the company are not seeing sales through to completion efficiently and updates are not forthcoming without me chasing. Even then it takes days to get a response as no sales chasing is happening.
Also if a good sales chaser was in place I would have no quickly that my first abortive sale was not proceedable and that my current 'quick' sale was not as it was put to me. O'Riordan Bond have clearly misled their client and myself saying that they had a cash purchaser who was quick and ready to go so I accepted a reduced level of offer. 2 months plus later I still have no idea of a proposed exchange date.
A good sales chaser would be informing me and I wouldn't need to chase myself.
When I buy as a cash purchaser I exchange in a week as indeed I have done this week through the Kingsley Office. This is the benefit a cash purchaser brings to the table.
Please for your own good and reputation revert back to designated sales chasers who understand how chains work, can identify and remedy delays and most importantly report back without having to be chased themselves.
Bet you are pleased you asked now but best for all involved I think

I had complete confidence in Richard Parrish from the word go - he was engaging and enthusiastic about the property and the sale, extremely responsive and helpful in advice and kept me fully informed at every stage without delays. I could not have wanted for more.

We recently purchased a property being marketed by Jackson Grundy. The viewing was managed well and we were provided with timely answers to our questions. Towards the close of the sale and completion we were asked for information that was being managed by our solicitors and it became time consuming and a little confusing for us to respond to these requests when the matter was being dealt with elsewhere.

They found a cash buyer for my flat within a month of my instructing them and everything went smoothly through to completion. They provided feedback after every viewing and were always read to provide useful advice to help get viewings and the eventual sale.

I previously used JG just over a year ago, I had comparatively lots of contact during that sale.

However, this time was quite different.

The manager of the branch took a long time to get the detail and photos of the property and it was well displayed on the internet. The property sold on the first viewing.

I've had one phone call since by the branch manager to say they were leaving, and one to ask if I minded if the property was surveyed. Otherwise nothing. I went to the office to hand the keys in and for a surprise it was closed for refurbishment. No communication about that and little about the other.
