I cannot praise Jackson Boyd highly enough for the service provided over the past 3 years.
I was kept informed at the earliest opportunity by email or phone as the case progressed and at all times wise council was given and accepted.
I had the pleasure to meet Alan who dealt with my case. After the meeting myself and my wife were both in agreement that our concerns were unfounded and our affairs were in capable hands.
If I had to sum up the service provided by Jackson Boyd in one word it would be

Jackson Boyd were appointed by my insurer after the French third party's insurance company (their driver had reversed into my car parked off-road in a parking area whilst I was miles away at the time - to their immense credit, they had waited hours for me to return to my car to let me know what had happened) seemed reluctant to settle with my insurers even though they acknowledged their driver was fully liable for the damage to my car. Jackson Boyd immediately contacted me to put me in the picture (if the third party insurer continued to hold back settlement then the case might have needed to proceed to court, in which event I might have been called personally to appear, a procedure I wasn't aware of but which, apparently, is standard practice when this sort of thing happens)

As it turned out, the third part insurer did eventually settle in full with my insurer & Jackson Boyd had managed to get them to agree also to a small sum to cover my general inconvenience & travelling expenses (my car was off the road for a month whilst repairs were being carried out, though I had the use of a courtesy car) which I hadn't asked them to negotiate on my behalf. This was not an inflated amount of 'compensation' (which contributes to everyone's premiums going up) but an amount which fairly reflected the hassle I had experienced.

I found Jackson Boyd helpful, sympathetic, professional, down-to-earth & always ready to answer any questions I had in a clear & concise way, whether by email, phone or letter. In particular, Becky Laurie, who was handling my case, was unfailingly supportive & always ready to address my concerns & put my mind at ease.

I had a motor vehicle accident where the third party were liable. Jackson Boyd were appointed by my insurance company to pursue the case.
The case handler kept me informed at regular intervals as to how the case was progressing and almost 2 years of Relentlessly pursuing the case and having set a date for a court hearing, the third party eventually settled prior to attending court.
