Everyone at James Oliver very friendly and helpful, from Will and Simon in the showroom to all the workmen on site were excellent. Absolutely fantastic job. End result is perfect. Cant praise them enough. So professional at what they do. Will definitely be recommending them.

They were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, the staff kept me informed of my purchase the delivery driver went out of his way to deliver the furniture on the day it came into the store as it was my birthday he also made sure the furniture was positioned where I wamted it knowing I was unable to because I had recently left hospital

We have made two purchases from them in the last couple of weeks (lighting and Conservatory Furniture), on each occasion it was an absolute delight. In particular, I would like to commend Josh, who looked after us on both visits. No pressure to buy, just good solid advice.

We would highly recommend James Oliver to anyone looking for exceptional lighting, Conservatory Furniture, and of course the Conservatories.

We chose James Oliver to fit our windows and doors as we were very pleased with the garden room they built for us two years ago. We liked the take it or leave it price; the knowledge of the products provided by Jonathan; the excellent work carried out by Ash and Rob, particularly given the awful weather. Thank you to Wendy for her help with our many queries.

Amy who works for James Oliver at their lincoln branch, was very helpful, professional and gave excellent customer service, an absolute credit to the company, and I’ll certainly recommend James Oliver to my friends and family

The service we received from James Oliver was exceptional, great communication and the guys who built our conservatory were a credit to the business, very polite and great work ethic and kept us informed each evening with the following days workload. The work was completed on time and to a high standard.

Jonathan arrived very promptly for the first appointment to measure up for new windows, he was very informative about types of window etc. We were kept in touch via e mail with times / dates for installation. Shane and Steve (the fitters) arrived on the date and time specified and proceeded to install the windows. They were very friendly and courteous, and kept us up to date with what they were doing on a daily basis. The cleaning up and removal of all the waste was very efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors!

A big thank you to all at James Oliver, the designers, dismantles, delivery staff, installers, plasterer, electrician, finisher and the removal of the surplus equipment.
We were told at the start that you were not the cheapest but we are very happy with the completed project we have had a 5 star service and product everyone involved were brilliant especially at this disruptive time I hope it will not be too damaging to your business or tradesmen.

After visits to a number of Door / Window replacement suppliers in North Lincolnshire we were told about James Oliver in Lincoln .With an excellent product and a competitive quote we decided to proceed and replace all the house windows and doors. Attention to every detail throughout the whole measuring up /ordering process was very thorough .This was also very apparent with the fitting team of Shane and Steve who despite some inclement weather did a superb job.
In my view a truly excellent performance al all round .
I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering window/door replacements

From the outset the two guys who put my new roof on to the plasterer and then the electrician I was impressed with their can do attitude. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend James oliver and the workforce to anyone. Thankyou

James Oliver Conservatories were thoroughly professional from first to last. We ordered a garden room extension with large doors and windows and 2 skylights. The process was well-explained at every stage. Their workforce were diligent, helpful and concerned to produce a good job. Any issues or queries were speedily resolved and they didn't make a mess of our back garden!
Last, but not least, the job was completed on time and on budget.
