The ring is absolutely stunning. Love the quality. The stones shine like crazy! Everything about it is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was awesome. It took sometime for the ring to arrive (almost 2 weeks) which was expected. But it was all worth the wait. I would definitely visit Jeulia again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer. I received my ring and instantly fell in love with it. The sparkle is amazing and quality is more than I ever expected for the price. It is just that beautiful. I will definitely buy again.

I ordered a ring feb 5. No shipping email. No response to my email inquiring about my order. Fast forward 2 weeks later I did some extensive research and had to post numerous complaints on the JEULIA Facebook page to get a response of some sort. The company is located in China and they are lying to paying customers about the virus and the spring festival. Sadly it's dozens of paying customers like me who are left with no merchandise and no explanation of shipping dates. I wish this company would just tell the truth and give us the real deal with pending orders.

Avoid at all Cost!
The 30 Day Refund has Small Print. Within 2 Hours of Paying for your Order you Automatically LOSE 30%?
No matter what the reason. It’s an absolute disgrace.
Money grabbing with Customer Service who just Repeat you cancelled your Order we can only give a refund of 70%
I cancelled after 2 Days and received Email after Email Stating my Order was Almost Ready?
To the point it was ready and in their opinion I would be best just taking the order so I wouldn’t lose the 30%?
The order was standard Nothing that was Not easily hard to sell on.
No Engraving No Special metal or jewels. Standard Sizes that could Easily be handed onto another customer as it’s Genuinely Still Hand Made!
In the end I had no choice except take the Refund less 30%.
They do not care what has happened.
The truth is I did not just cancel on a whim
I was the victim of Domestic Violence and in turn the relationship Ended.
I was Heartbroken and Embarrassed about the whole situation having to actually tell Anyone such private information only to be told You cancelled so your losing 30% or we can give you full Credit Note?
These were Wedding Rings. I didn’t want reminded with another piece of Jewellery that they were Positive I could find something I would like? How could I look at this and not be reminded of what I’d been put through? It’s impossible.
The Insensitivity around my whole situation was shocking.
I pleaded I’m sure this was not a Normal reason for Cancelling but repeatedly told I cancelled after 2 hours I lose 30%.
However Customer Service and I don’t want to name the employee for following what they are told to tell us customers.
I felt I wasn’t a person I was just a 30% Bonus for Jeulia.
I had no choice but to cancel. I was beaten down not just by my now Ex Partner But by Jeulia as well.
I’m sure some people have been happy with orders but when it comes to Cancellation and Refund you lose after 2 hours.
Never again. The most shocking company on the Internet!!
So thank you for making me have no choice but to reveal my Distressing Situation.
As I said Never Again and I hope you Enjoy the 30%.

Customer service helped me customize a stock ring into the perfect ring. The CSR even sent mock ups to ensure it was exactly what I was wanting. Great attention to detail! The custom ring shipped quickly and is very well made. Perfect!

I ordered two wedding bands from jeulia last week. Both came quickly and are gorgeous. I have always wanted a band like the one I purchased but never could afford it till I found it on Jeulia. I'm truly in love with my ring as well as my husbands.

I had ordered my wedding ring and wedding band off of Jeulia's website and was overly happy with the quality of these rings! They are absolutely stunning and just as beautiful (if not more so) than how they are portrayed in their pictures! I would (and have) recommend this site to any and all of my friends and family! I wear my rings proudly.

Even though this website doesn't use real diamonds, pretty much most to all of their jewelry look like real diamonds and are sure to give you more compliments than the average celebrity.

They have many collections in a variety of rings bracelets necklaces and more to choose from. If you want to save money on good jewelry then this website is definitely the one to go.

Excellent product that I really enjoyed. Looks and feels like a real diamond and have received tons of compliments. The quality is amazing, it's durable and doesn't lose shine (doesn't leave fingers green as it's silver). Service was excellent throughout the process. Delivery was in the stated time and easy to track with updates. (Gift) packaging was beautiful and secure. Will definitely be ordering from Jeulia again!

Order # 101940944. I have ordered a ring from this company on 9/2/2020. The ring is a custom order. I have waited patiently for the (up to 10 business day processing) they promise and have now exceeded that time by 4-5 days. I have sent numerous emails, even indicating that I feel scammed and would like to know what is happening. They have contacted me back but only to state “you’re on a priority list”, leaving my 170$ purchase completely ambiguous. No indication of what that means or how it affects the order.

I do understand that they are in China and things do not always go as planned. However, more communication needs to be relayed so your customer understands what “priority” means and how this effects their delivery and purchase. In these times that amount of money is not easily given, especially when people are searching for quality and cost effectiveness for special items.

I have no complaint about Jeulia’s ability to communicate quickly, because they have for me. BUT their level of communication is extremely suspect in my honest opinion. I cannot state to the quality of their products due to not receiving it and having absolutely no idea when or if I will receive it.

You have lost a potential customer Jeulia due to this fact alone. I don’t play around with my money nor do I like being kept in the dark about such an expensive purchase. What I want at this point is my product or a full refund on my ORIGINAL payment method. No excuses of restocking fees, customization, any other expenses incurred, or that you have so many orders it’s been hard for you. DO NOT try to give me the ‘store credit’ option either because that will only make me further angry and will report the company to BBB and other consumer reporting agencies. A dispute with PayPal is another option I will use. I have notified you via email with these same concerns and plans of action. You dropped the ball on this one. Train your people better and be more open in your communication.

UPDATE: they have contacted me and let me know my order will supposedly be shipped in 2-3 days. Will update if/when tracking is provided and ring is received.

UPDATE II: ok I received the ring and it is beautiful!!!!! I really love it. The only reason not five stars is the lack of clear communication. But bravo it’s is fabulous!!!

Very happy so far with items I have purchased. It seems to take two weeks for items to arrive. They come well packaged. I even got a free promotional item which was a lovely bonus.

Please don't ever purchase from this site ever! I've cried trying to fix this it's so frustrating. I feel defeated and stressed so much because of them. The people that email back don't have a clue of what they are doing. Please save you guys the trouble. I never knew I be crying of how frustrated I was. Always having to correct them. When they should know the information. But NEVER did anything to fix my problem.

Do Not buy your jewellery here.
My ring arrived broken. After they assure a quality check of the product prior to shipping. They ignored all of my emails so when I lodged a return with PayPal they requested I pay for the international return shipping. All of this was 2 months after I received the ring and I had paid for express international shipping. All out out of a couple of hundred and I own a broken ring.
In response to the reply below- the stone was completely out of the ring. Not even attached. Photos were sent via email and paypal. I was requested by Jeulia to pay for the international return delivery. So I lose money for their fault.

My gold ring arrived without the engraving I'd paid for. Getting a refund out of these people is nearly impossible. Don't believe the warranty crap... they are terrible at customer service by our standards. The ring is very nice. But at the end of the day I did not receive the product I paid a lot for. I won't make that mistake again. No engraving in pic.

I originally bought a size 8 and it was too small and they were so understanding and considerate. I sent it back and they sent me a bigger size that fits great! Beautiful quality! I love how the stones are ethically sourced and how they're so sparkly. The price is amazing! I paid $175 for an amazing wedding set compared to my $500 engagement ring and I love this one so much better.

They have not personally responded to me i placed my order on may 6th paid for 3 day shipping and they just send me an automated email after i sent them several and said its being sent however when i click on tracking info it says no tag has been made yet! So disappointed and unsatisfied! I am hoping to get the refund for the express shipping and praying my ring is what i expect!

I bought the Jeulia knot round interchangeable ring and LOVE it. It is a perfect size and very comfortable to wear. My size is 9.5 and I love the price for a great quality of a ring. Soooo much cheaper than a chain jeweler that I normally go to.

It was my first time purchasing a ring from here and i was unsure if I would like it or not. When my order arrived, i was extremely excited and satisfied with my order that i ended up ordering a matching band to go with. The staff at Jeulia have been soo professional about everything from returns and exchanges as well as accepting when they were wrong and rectifying the issue immediately! I will definitely be purchasing from them more often! Thank you JEULIA for outstanding service and excellent quality products! I had my ring for 2 days and the stone fell out. I contacted customer service both online and via phone. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, after doing an online repair order I didn't get any confirmation that it went through. I'm highly unsatisfied and I recommend you don't buy from this place. I feel like they just took my money and sent me a fake piece of crap.
