First the pricing caught my eye,it was very attractive & competitive.After placing my first order for an Audi A-6 tail light.I got an instant notification the order was received & processing.I received daily updates on the order status & shipping details,Before I knew the part was @ my door (2-3 days) & in the car. O.E.M. parts are the best & fitment was perfect.Now Jim Ellis Audi is #1 on my list & the local dealer where I was already receiving a discount is out.

Not only was the part ready for pickup within a few hours of ordering, but the employee that pulled my part noticed I had ordered the wrong one for my car and corrected it before I arrived to pick up the part. Great service!

When I thought I ordered a pump and received two hoses labeled by Audi as "pump", Jim Ellis Audi Parts was great in taking back the part and shipping me the right part.

recently ordered 8P0887187 4PK for an average Joe the number here led me to believe it was a 4 Pack as 4PK is commonly used for that term. No further description was provided to explain that the 4PK was the color code of the part and that the price of almost 14.00 was for ONE piece not a 4 pack. Yes only one was pictured but that doesn't necessarily mean anything you don't necessarily need a picture of 4 of the same thing, smarter people can get the idea.... Very disappointed in my purchase... will now have to look for 3 more but certainly not at almost 14.00 a piece...

I ordered Audi A6 floor mats from Jim Ellis' co. I had a question about them before i bought them and Jims team answered my Email so fast that i didnt miss a beat. As soon i ordered i was sent tracking numbers and shipping info almost immediately. My mats arrived so fast that i didnt have time to even use this option. They are awesome. Better than what i expected. This company is the real deal and very professional. Will recomend to ALL.!

I inadvertently damaged my B5 Audi's AC system when I rode over a badly maintained/damaged road at a NYC MTA's depot. I didn't realize the damage I'd caused when the car's undercarriage scraped the lousy road. Two days later, my AC system was blowing warm air. I took it to my local repair shop and they quoted me a $1,200 (+tax) repair job because they couldn't find an after market part supply shop. My local Audi dealer was asking for exorbitant prices to pre-order a couple of the high pressure hoses.
I was short on funds to pay that price. Lucky for me, I'm a member of Audiforums.com and I found a link to Jim Ellis auto parts. The team sales rep was very helpful in helping me identify the parts I needed. My mechanic had recommended replacing three hoses associated with the AC system. I ordered the one hose that was visibly damaged. It was delivered within 3 working days (at nearly 50% discount). My car is now colder than the Arctic when I turn the AC on!
I was planning on purchasing a VW C or Passat for my next ride to curb my repair costs. Now I know my next car will still be an Audi A4. Thanks guys for life's lil pleasures!!

My wife has an AUDI Q5 and recently saw an AUDI Limited Edition Bear for 2015. My dealer in Melbourne Florida could not find the Bear saying it was out of date. I went to the Internet and found Jim Ellis Audi parts where I found the Limited Edition Bear was still available. Ordering was simple and I received the Bear in a matter of a few days. My wife is happy which means I am happy. The bear is now strapped in on the rear seat armrest keeping my wife company as she drives. Needless to say I am a "winner" and thanks to Jim Eliis I am also a hero!

I ordered a part that turned out to be back ordered and because of this they asked me questions to find out if I had the part I needed and if so they would order the part doesn't from Germany. As it turns out I was wondering and they helped me find the right part which they had and shipped quickly!

I have made several online orders to Jim Ellis Audi Parts. Each time I have been very pleased with their quick order turn around and prices. The only complaint I would have is website maneuverability. It's difficult to move from one area of the vehicle to another without re-entering the year/model/engine/etc. Otherwise.....quite pleased.
