I ordered a simple part for a 2002 mazda. Your guy diagram didn't match the same diagram I used from your site. So the part was ordered wrong. No big deal. So I contacted a Michael Snow and we shared the difference in diagrams. What you guys had was a nut. What I had from your same diagrams was a bolt. No follow up from there. So I basically paid $9 for two small nuts I don't need.

I am actually very satisfied with their overall performance, but just not quite at the 5 star level. It took them a couple of tries to get the right information to me, but they stuck with it, and all ended well. I will definitely consider them for my next Mazda part purchase.

Was quite disappointed to find out just after placing my order through their Atlanta site, had I ordered the same parts through their Marietta location, I would have saved almost 20%! Would have saved on shipping as well.
Other than that, the parts are OEM, arrived as scheduled and fit, as expected. Just still a little ticked ... would have ordered more parts.

Been using them for over six years. Great online access to parts diagrams and numbers which is essential for a technician.I been technician since 1984 so I've seen a lot in that time.Access to parts info and diagrams is vital to a technician.Staff is great and handles problems good and bad in timely manner.Great pricing and service.Recommend them to anyone from a novice to a professional.Will use them again as my part needs arise.Only way to make a Mazda better is to reengineer them from a master tech's perspective not an engineer who never has to service them in real world conditions.Be great if they offered parts on model for 30years plus like BMW and Mercedes.You make more money off parts and service than you ever do off the initial unit sale.It's a no brainer but go figure.Penny wise dollar foolish.Maybe they will catch on and change things for the better..Build a vehicle that stands up like a tank you will have a cult following for them long after they're out of production.That's a true testament to any brands durability.Hire me on as a engineering consultant in 10-15 years Toyota will be nervous as your pounding on their back door.Just like Hyundai and Kia.

I have used Jim Ellis several times in searches for parts for an old Mazda MPV. They don't always have them but they are always prompt, helpful, accurate and reasonably priced. If you need Mazda parts this is a great place to start.

I must have spent an hour searching for a bypass pipe for my '96 Mx-5! At long last I clicked on Jim Ellis Mazda parts and thank God they even have detailed engine views because I honestly did not know exactly what I was searching for! Excellent company, it has a good part of the spare parts for my Mazda 323 (BG) year 1994. They notify me when they do not have the spare parts in stock, or when they take time to locate them, giving me the option of even canceling incomplete orders. I fully recommend it.

I ordered a clutch fork, pivot pin, and retainer spring. Not only were they the only ones online that I could get those parts from for my mazda 6, they also had them for a reasonable price, fast shipping, and good communication.
