A superbly organised packing and removal firm with the entire contents of our 3 bed house packed in 5 hours and enroute to our new home.

Johnsons recently moved the belongings from two houses for us. From the planning stage to the delivery of our furniture the company were professional and careful with our possessions. Communication by our moving 'planner' and the office staff in Northwich was excellent. However, I have not rated the overall service as 'excellent', because with one move the packing was not completely systematic, and a few objects were left in cupboards, which we spotted when we went round to check. The second move was excellently handled. We would use Johnsons again and would recommend them.

Just wanted to pass on a huge thank you to Dave and Wayne of the domestic team at Johnsons for helping me out last Friday.

Panicking, because I needed to move out of my rented property during the Covid-19 pandemic and a little unorganised, I struggled to dismantle my double bed on my own (I didn't have the correct tools for the last 4 screws and my dad didn't appreciate the 06:00 phone call for some socially distanced advice). After a quick call to the Operations Team at 07:00, thankfully they had packed their toolkit and after arriving a good 20 minutes early, I felt immediately reassured that everything would be okay. Dave kindly finished the dismantling for me whilst Wayne got to work loading the truck with my packed cartons and few items of furniture.

They were so helpful and efficient in their approach to the move; they came prepared with extra blankets, boxes and tape, just in case I needed them for any extra packing and within an hour and a half and the fanciest latte glass of Ribena later, they were done.

I wouldn't have worried so much beforehand if I'd have known how well it was going to go.

I'd definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone needing to relocate.
