I have been using JS insurance for many years. Always helpful, and always able to over whatever sports I want to do (hang gliding, paragliding, snow kites, kitesurfing).

Have recommended this company for many years now for Ball hockey. They give excellent service and now ball hockey is included in silver service. Friendly, caring staff .

It was easy to get through to JS Travel Insurance on the free phone number and the polite young man I spoke to was very helpful with sorting our policy out, he said he’d phone me back in ten minutes and that’s exactly what he did...also we received the policy through the post in just two days !...we bought our policy from JS last year too and had very good service...

I have used JS Travel several times in the past and will continue to do so and to recommend them to family and friends. They offer great customer service and excellent value for money. The process is quick and easy and the staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

It’s the 4th or 5th year I’ve used JS the application process is excellent. I’ve not had any claims yet so I can’t comment on that aspect.

I wrote a similar comment last year and JS responded with assurances about the claims process which at the very least shows they monitor the feedback.

I would very much like to leave you postitive feedback on my recent call to book insurance today.
Ive been dreading all the trouble of a call (i usually book online) but as it included a few days on a ranch holiday with a stetson I had to call....the lady I spoke to was happy, friendly, very helpful and ensured I was fully covered for the best possible price and I got off the phone grinning from ear to ear with relief at being fully covered for my full trip without any hassle or stress. Thank you so much for your help and very friendly staff - I will certainly be recommending you and using you again ???? Regards Rebecca Tycer

Shanti helpfully rang me back a couple of times as I wasn't able to talk when she first rang. She offered a helpful service, without any pressure.

A number of options were offered for specialist snowmobile cover and I could select the one that really suited me in terms of cover and price. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I needed cover and have numerous medical conditions which are all well controlled and I just wanted cover against problems arising on holiday like breathing a leg having a fall etc. No problem dealt with in about 5 minutes TOP JOB.

This is the second time I’ve insured with JS Travel Insurance but the first time using their online application. Easy to use including the medical questionnaire and lots of choice regarding levels of cover. Would highly recommend.
I’ve never had to claim yet so can not comment on support and responsiveness to a claim.
