You can walk in your home or outside without be disconnected. When you find a place, don't move. Also when you're at the end of your prepay the communication is over without alert that you will be cut... Hope keepcalling will fix the problems.

At first I was not happy with the way our unit was delivered because they tried to deliver it with a large 18 wheel tractor/trailer in a small residential neighborhood and it caused a lot of issues. However, they stood behind a warranty issue we had. Approximately 4 weeks after the unit was installed, a plastic sticky back clamp that was used to hold a wire harness inside the unit, came loose causing the wires to get sucked and entangled in the condenser motor...ruining the motor and the fan blades. They were quick to send a new motor and fan blade.

I have purchased LG washer/dryer combination unit. Since I was having a remodel at my house, I didn't open it until it was ready to be installed (which is about month later). I opened the unit and found out it has severe dent on the top plate and on the side. I called the customer service and asked for help since we are waiting on our second child to be born in a few weeks. We were in great need of the appliance. The customer service just kept repeating, "sorry it's 30 days passed, so we can't do anything." I called several times to ask for a manager. They refused to connect me to speak to another person with authority. The product was damaged so severely that the dispenser box doesn't even close. I had to call LG the manufacturer for repair help, but they do not wish to cover it under warranty since it was the dealer who was at fault. I wish I could have read the reviews here and avoided purchasing anything from the Compact Appliance.

The box had no visible damage, opened it 30 days after receiving and there was a dent and scratch on the face of the item. It was obviously boxed up in that state, intentionally. Called and spoke with an employee who dismissed me off the bat and was very rude. Ruben Trevino is his name. These people are deceitful and dishonest, do not deal with them.

I submitted a post two days ago on their site, at this time they haven't posted my feedback. I'm seeing their nine 5 stars along with one 4 star feedback. My feedback is for the purchased of their 3/2mm X-Span Hood to go with my X-Span Jacket. When I placed my phone order I told them my head size was large and my neck was medium. He replied, we just go by the head size. The hood fits my head but is loose around my neck. Not sure why their website has a chart for head and neck. Later I did seen similarly issues via Amazon's feedback about the neck being loose on the X-Span hoods.

Ordered a motorcycle windshield from Accessories International on 5/14/17 and hadn't heard anything from them for 3 days except the initial order confirmation on the day I ordered. Send them an email asking if there was a shipment estimate. No response. On 5/22 I called them and they told me the order had shipped and they would send confirmation. On 5/23 I received UPS shipping confirmation indicating that the item shipping label had been created at the end of that business day and scanned into the UPS system that evening. It's estimated delivery is 5/31/17, 2.5 weeks after the order was placed. That's not too big a deal but not answering email and then saying something had already shipped when it hadn't is a customer service issue.

I was thinking to start my German Study process myself and was searching universities at Daad.de. I posted my queries at German Study visa group and after few days, Mr. Shammas (Edfolio Consultant) contacted me at facebook and asked me to get his services. He promised that he will get my admission letter from any of the german universities. My Profile is BE Electronics, IELTS 6.5 and CGPA was 2.8. Initially, I was thinking to apply myself but as he kept calling me again and again, I was changing my mind. And then, Miss Shehza (Edfolio consultant) contacted me and she made sure that Edfolio will get admission for me and will not make me down. After so many irritating calls from Shammas and Shehza, I paid them 425 (67000rs) Euros initially and was supposed to pay another 425 Euros after getting an offer letter. The total amount was 900 Euros. It was winter intake of 2018. They applied in 5 unis and got rejections from all. They had no excuse to show as few of the application were incomplete (got to know this in rejection letters). They did not apply properly at that time. My time was wasted and I could not get any admission in winter intake. At that time, Mr. Shammas stopped receiving my calls. He was not responding me. After many attempts, Miss. Shehza asked me to carry out the process for summer intake of 2019. I trusted them again, as my Ielts got expired meanwhile, I attempted IELTS again and invested 34000rs in that. They applied in 4 universities and again I got rejection from all. At that time, Miss Shehza also disappeared and was not attending my any call. I kept calling Mr. Shammas and Miss. Madiha but no not EVER RESPONDED. That was the biggest miss commitment of edfolio. They wasted my MONEY and TIME both. After so many calls to them and getting no response, I left the hope. My advice to all students and members, do not process your case with Edfolio Consultant, They are total fraud and cheaters. I had ordered from flora2000 on multiple times before; they were honest, timely, and customer oriented. Since Mid-2010, i have had continous incidents, that questions their credibility and business ethics: Incident 1 in November 2010: A surcharge of around 10% was deducted from my account, that was not announced and not mentioned on their receipt. Then my order was put on hold, since i was not answering their phone call intended to verify my identity; i had given them a cell phone number and it never rang! After chatting with them online, and explaining that they never called, they insisted that they were calling me at the same minute, and i am not answering! i gave them an alternative number, a land line, and asked them to try, they replied that i am not answering as well; at that point, i asked them to give me their phone number for me to call them, they refused, stating that their policy mentions that they are the ones who are supposed to call !!! They never suggested alternatives and they were just passing time with my order on hold and the birthday due date was imminent, which prompted me to request the cancelation and refund of my order. Incident 2 in April 2011: an exact repeat of incident 1, except that this time i was predicting their answers on every step, and did request as of day 1, to cancel and refund my order. Incident 3 In April 2011: My Fiance, who rejected my advices and insisted on using Flora2000 as she had very good experience with them earlier, ended up with a big mess and missed the "mother's day". Her case was different than mine, as they never attempted to verify her identity by phone call, but just went ahead with the order. At first they sent a very polite email saying that the ordered flowers are not available, and they will switch the flowers with another type; she accepted. Then they sent another email, saying that their might be a delay of 24 hours since they are overloaded. When the deadline passed, she tried to call them and talk to them online, they were out of reach for a complete 5 days. After successfully reaching them 5 days after the delivery date, they had no info nor updates, and suggested to cancel the order and refund the money (their answer to everything), and grant a 10 USD coupon on future orders. In short, they have serious managerial problems, resulting in an inability of serving us properly. The above incidents, though seemed fun to read, they were a very stressfull experience, and can easily loose a half day trying to correct a situation in order not to miss an important due date, while on the other side, Flora2000 are not that eager to make things work for you.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. I wrote back two days later (2/16/12) to ask what the status of the order was. I figured because of Valentine's Day they would be backed up. The customor service reps initially responded that they would look into the matter and get back to me in a timely manner. There was no reply from them for several days, so I wrote back to them on 2/21/12. The next day, I get an e-mail from them stating that my order was delivered and they were charging my credit card. I checked with my wife and she still had not received the flowers. I email them again on 2/22/12 stating to give me a refund because the flowers were not delivered. I gave them about 10 days to give me a refund and they still did not. I contacted them via live chat on 3/2/12 and they told me to give them one more day to look into the matter. On 3/3/12, I did not hear from them at all. On 3/4/12 they told me that their local delivery outlet claims that they saw my wife come into their store and pick up the flowers. I promptly reply that no such event occurred and that my wife still does not have the flowers. They also stated that my wife did not communicate with me that she picked up the flowers; I found that a little rude and insulting even though I told them all along that I had been communicating with her throughout all this. On 3/4/12, they send me another e-mail stating that the local delivery outlet saw my wife come in "with another person" and pick up the flowers herself and that they are going to treat my order as delivered. So my wife doesn't have the flowers and some other random person seems to have picked up the flowers meant for her from their local delivery outlet. I also got charged for someone else to get the flowers! This company is very slow to respond to e-mails and deal with customer issues. I will never use this company again to send flowers or gifts. I suggest that if you are thinking about using this company in the future, especially to send flowers or gifts internationally, please look somewhere else.

OFX needs regulatory oversight or a class-action law suit. It openly breaks laws and hides its tracks using different names. OFX is registered as USFOREX in the US, CanadaForex in Canada, OZ Forex in Australia and so on. You cannot find any regulatory actions or complaints under OFX. OFX is: 1. Blocking large transactions online forcing customers to accept lower "client rates" over the phone not the rates advertised as inclusive of fees already. 2. Proclaiming that target rate "limit orders" can be canceled online, but not providing that function 3. Not disclosing mandatory cancellation option to consumers as required 4. Promising instant notifications when the "limit order" target rate is reached, but failing to do so leaving customers trapped and unable to proceed with either the limit order or cancellations. 5. OFX's online calculator consistently short-changing customers (unless they fixed it after complaints - just do some math and save screenshots) 6. Posted exchange rates dropping as the numbers are entered into the online calculator 7. Wildly varying quotes from dealers for the same transaction; 8. Terms and Conditions are not provided prior to transactions as required 9. Refusing to lock the quote if the rate is favorable to the consumer during the order process and locking it if it's favorable to OFX 10 Appalling telephone order process with long delays and lack of communication between dealers about previous quotes; 11. Deliberate avoidance of traceable communications and insistence on phone calls and verbal agreements impossible to reproduce by customers; 12. No prior warning to consumers that calls are recorded - illegal in many states (see User Agreement quote below) 13. No regulator name nd contact disclosures provided in communications, either written or verbal, as required by CFPB and other regulators. 14. OFX refuses to open accounts for money transfer recipients then claims only account holders - the senders - can file complaints, even if it was a recipient who was defrauded. QUOTES FROM OFX "USER AGREEMENT" "FORWARD CONTRACT: C. Changes Subject to your cancellation rights set forth in Section 15, once you book a Forward Contract, it cannot be canceled" Section 15 - Communications, not Cancellations "section 6 Recording Telephone Calls We may, without notice or warning, monitor or record telephone conversations you or anyone acting on your behalf conducts with us for quality control and training purposes or for our protection. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to retain or make available to you such recordings." OFX also promotes (pays for?) positive reviews and responds to bad ones on Trust Pilot to look like they will make it right...There are also many fake glowing reviews on sites created just for that purpose with suspicion raising titles to get your attention.

Lost $1400 dollars on return exchange rates after money was returned to me... then the excuses came flooding in... but only after repeatedly calling for answers... Will haunt you with follow up calls, emails, promising to be your personalised client manager prior to you parting with your money but as soon as you pay the funds, contact stops... Only two reasons why I have given one star rating... for one, I can't give zero and secondly, they did manage to complete my $50 trial transfer to ensure the funds would reach my recipient... but it took 5 days! Sending anything larger creates astronomical problems...

I never had a real problem with them until the day I found they have decreased my line of credit making my credit score go down by 30 point. How they did this? By decreasing the line the credit utilization goes up and impact your credit negative. After 5 years with them payments on time and never missed one they don’t care, they will answer you we don’t look at that. I understand is a business but why you want to affect your good customers. They work with multiple furniture companies, dental, veterinary, ophthalmologist and more be careful they will get you one way or an other. Is true this company have the worst customer service, they can’t express what they think because they might loss their job but you can tell by the tone of the voice how they might feel as well. When a company do really wrong to a client like this, not a high balance, payment on time is not fair. For you to have an idea account line for 5 years $2,400; balance in the account $944 is around 35% to 40% of credit utilization is not bad. They decreased the line balance to $1200, for no reason they decided causing the credit utilization go up to 80%, this affect negatively my credit score. Company like this does not deserve to be promoted or use all they care is the money.

They don't even rate a star it's 0, been a good customer with this company. Never had late payments always paid more then due and payed off ahead of time. For this they have closed three credit cards with them. My Dress Barn card, my G.E. card for furniture etc., now my Care Credit card for medical, dental, vision needs. Saying I don't have enough secure assets. I have to much revolving credit. All are current and have not been late. So for being a good customer and paying my bills I am chastised closing my account staring good standing. They can say there no discriminating but due to this recent pandemic they are cutting off my resources in the time of need that is discrimination. I I'm telling anybody that is affiliated with this company that they need to close your account and take them elsewhere because that's not good business an chastise a good customer that pays their bills.

Know this: if anything goes wrong with your order, no matter how obvious the mistake or common sense the solution, Book Depository will not help you or provide a solution. Their "customer service" staff, as is clear by almost all of the 1-star reviews, do absolutely nothing to help customers or provide service. A friend bought me a book online for Christmas from Book Depository. They sent me the German language edition, not the English language edition he'd ordered. He no longer has the order number and neither do I. What I sent, at the request of the "customer service" desk, was the ISBN number, the shipping address, the name and email address of the purchaser. Amazon and Barnes & Noble, with the information I sent, would have replaced the book sent in error. Not Book Depository. I would strongly recommend using reliable and responsible book sellers, which Book Depository is absolutely not. This has been, by far, the worst online retail experience I've ever had.

I have been waiting since March for my document to be evaluated. WES have been horrible with customer service especially now during COVID19; it is incredibly difficult to be in touch with anyone to get updates. Nonetheless, when they did have an update, it is inaccurate. WES had received my document and rejected my first document, so I had the second document resent according to what was instructed and was delivered on May 18, but they updated and said that they are still awaiting documents, which is UNTRUE. They let me down completely and now I have to find a different company or else my dreams and future plans will for sure be ruined. DON'T USE WES.

After 3 years of evading to fix the wrong evaluation of my legal credentials, WES didn't want to accept that they don't know how to evaluate my Juris Doctor degree, Attorney and Notary issued by the government of my country. WES said that my credentials were equivalent to a Bachelor's degree!!! When I submitted my Supreme Court and government diplomas to WES, guess what WES did? They canceled my order so they didn't want to apologize and correct the evaluation of my credentials. There is no person to talk to, they don't read your messages, they always answer the same answer they gave you that last time you wrote to them. This company needs to be closed by the government. It is a rip-off, irresponsible, unethical, and people who do the evaluations, don't have the knowledge about the laws of other countries. I give them a ZERO!!!

I chose to place an order for an island hood with VentingDirect.com specifically because the item page said that they a) had it in stock and b) ship within 1-2 days. I placed the order on May 1. Over a week later (May 9), I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation/tracking info, so I reached out to them and asked them to provide an ETA. Two days later, they responded and said my order wouldn't ship until May 22 --- THREE WEEKS after I placed the order, even though their website said (and as of today, STILL says) that they have the item in stock and that they ship within 1-2 business days. My renovation schedule had some slack time built in for delays, but NOT THREE WEEKS. I wasn't even notified of the back-order/delay. I called out the fact that the item page STILL says it's in stock and STILL says it ships in 1-2 business days, then I asked who I could speak with to escalate and make up for lost time. All I got back was that they called the manufacturer to see if it could be shipped sooner, but the manufacturer said that these are made to order and there's no way they can ship it out any faster. I once again called out the fact that their website still says they have 1 in stock and can ship in 1-2 business days. I haven't heard from them since. It's been a week. Due to this delay, we will likely need to extend our costly temporary living arrangements as we've lost our place in line for subcontractor availability.

I was sorry to read the 2 reviews that rated venting direct so poorly, because I bought my range hood around the same time in May 2015. I ordered my range hood online with no assistance from customer service. It arrived shortly and was very well package so it wouldn't be damaged in transit. When I began to install it I realized that I had purchase the wrong model and the one I ordered was too large. I called Customer Service immediately, and not only did they waive any restocking fee for the return, they also sent me a shipping label for return shipping. It was totally my fault that I purchased the wrong unit and I would have expected to at least pay the return shipping. Venting Direct went above and beyond and I would continue to recommend them highly!

OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

This means the visa centre will not accept your document and will ask for you to redo. I have tried to call however, no one speaks English. Never never ever do business with this unprofessional, dishonest and unethical company who wants your money but does not deliver to your satisfaction. Prachi Gupta is a fraud, who does not answer phone calls, takes a long time to respond to emails and ultimately drops the ball as she did in our case. The pan card which she claimed was delivered after a very long long wait time never came to our destination. Either the address she wrote was wrong or the fly-by-night courier service she chose (E Com Shipping Solutions Pvt Ltd ) never delivered the mail and probably trashed our package.

What about a $.99 similar plan from romania to usa? why is double priced? So I guess the greed got infected this co as well since they try to force you to buy $9.99 plan even you need calls for $2 month from romania to usa. I called customer service and become good friend w/Mauricio Becerra even he try to misinform me that romania tel company blocks the calls-all my 5 friends and parents try this toll free number from romania on different cell ph company and landlines in different cities and in not a valid number anymore. Horrible customer service, one of the worst I've ever seen/experienced. They have no customer service # you can contact them via telephone so your only option is their email which is [email protected]. They respond back to you in a VERY RUDE manner which makes you think if they received any customer service training ever. They will not bother to assist you with any issues if you have any. I paid $12.00 to subscribe to their account. It is a one time fee but after that you get an account which you can then use to buy/sell/trade astronomy products online. After using my account for nearly 10 months, my user account without any explanation vanished. I even tried the "Forgot Password" option to email me the new one but it seemed to not work. I emailed them several times asking them what happened to my account. My account was in excellent standing with 5 star ratings and 48 positive feedback. It took me a while to build this account with its reputation. Their first response was "You don't have one" .. Just like that, no explanation, no urge to try to help me figure out what is going on, NOTHING!.. I emailed them with proof (BoFA statement of $12.00) and also several email threads of how I purchased/sold items on their site. Still no luck. They responded back saying "You have no account, End of story, Goodbye!".. Basically put they were being very rude and could not care if their customer(s) lost their accounts. I know I will never get my account back nor will I be refunded the $12.00 I paid for the account. This comes to show that they don't care about their customers because if they did, they would truly help them out. Overall, horrible experience at astromart.com and big disappointment to the customer service staff as well as the owner Herb York.

I cannot speak for any of them, but I will say that I have been an AstroMart member for almost 8 years now, and have always found my experiences here to be excellent. I have also personally visited with Herb York (owner of this site) via eMail, a couple of times, and never found him to be rude in any way; and actually very helpful in addressing a question I had. I do know that they do govern their site very carefully, and as result, I have never heard of any scamming attempt being successful here. I now have a fair bit of astronomy equipment and as I love to buy, sell, and trade with others back and forth to achieve that ‘perfect setup’, I find that AstroMart is really a major part of that. PLUS … I now have acquired several new astro-friends around the country that have offered standing invitations for me to come and visit if I am ever under their part of the sky. Again… I cannot talk for anyone else, but the facts for me are that I now have almost 300 trades with AstroMart, and all of these experiences have been nothing less than great. The shared discoveries, the amateur photos, the forum posts and all the classified postings of hard to find equipment, have made my astro-hobby so very much richer. I purchased 2 wallpaper samples from Graham and Brown on 9th June, about 2 weeks later they still hadn't arrived. I called Graham and Brown who informed me they had been posted and there must be an issue with my post, even though I have been ordering plants everyday off the Internet and everything else I had ordered had arrived. They said they would send the samples out again. I received one sample wallpaper a few days later but not the other sample. I called today to ask where the other sample was, again they told me they had posted it, something I find hard to believe and would "send it again". I also noted that the one sample of wallpaper they sent was out of stock as full wallpaper rolls, I was informed they had discontinued the wallpaper, therefore I had paid for a sample of wallpaper I would never be able to purchase. I am not impressed with the service.

Very appalled at lack of responsibility of customer services to refund 2 rolls of Sieta Ice - Silver which, when hung, exhibited equal dark margins either side of hung paper joint so bad after 3 days stripped of paste the wall paper at £20 a roll and threw away replaced with cheaper B&Q own paper also paste the wall with excellent results G&B then insisted after many e-mails to go to B&Q to recover the £40 for the 2 rolls of 6 which were now in the recycling bin

i have been using travelcell for many years. They provide a very useful service for anyone travelling abroad. The cellphone rental is an ecenomical alternative to roaming with your own cellphone. They also rent blackberry's and mifi devices. I used the mifi as a hotspot for my iphone and saved almost 1000 dollars. they have excellent and knowlegable staff. they are very knowledgeble about communications while travelling. i highly recommend them.

I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

I had previously been with an other solicitor who had claimed to be able to help me get leave to remain, whilst on a sixth month visiting visa. To elaborate: 1- they are selling "out of stock" products on their website 2- to no fault of my own they are saying it will be at least 5-6 weeks to get the order 3- they are saying per their customer service rep "sorry, nothing can be done" as far as any concessions. I would think they would recognize this is an issue they created, not the customer. And most companies in this case would offer a discount, concession, or replacement order of a different product at no charge. Very sorry I took a chance with using this random company online. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere and not using this company.
