Never never ever do business with this unprofessional, dishonest and unethical company who wants your money but does not deliver to your satisfaction. Prachi Gupta is a fraud, who does not answer phone calls, takes a long time to respond to emails and ultimately drops the ball as she did in our case. The pan card which she claimed was delivered after a very long long wait time never came to our destination. Either the address she wrote was wrong or the fly-by-night courier service she chose (E Com Shipping Solutions Pvt Ltd ) never delivered the mail and probably trashed our package.

I would like to thank Ms Prachi Gupta and her team for their excellent services and getting things done in a very professional and appropriate way. This team has simplified the process and it works on a very efficient manner. I was able to get my pan card in a very short period of time and it goes to Ms Prachi and her team. They were very quick to answer any question or doubt while pan card application process. I was so relieved to get my pan card delivered at my US address.
