We used ShippingQuest to import our goods to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Not an easy place to ship to. Everything went smooth. Good Rates, good service, our goods arrived 18 days later. To all customers below that complain about there service have no idea what they are talking about. Sure we will have Duties and taxes and terminal fees, that is understood and also advised to us clearly on your booking confirmation. I found this website last month. I made a quote with their website and decided to book. Iregardless of what I read online, I decided to ship with them. I don't believe in reviews from other people at face value. I need to experience that myself. The charges that these other customers are complaining about are mentioned in their email. I guess some people doesn't really their email at all and are quick to hammer flaws to all companies they encounter. Anyway, I shipped with them and my stuff arrived to my bff's place in Japan as mentioned in their sailing schedule. Their agent at Japan helped by bff in clearing customs and it was a breeze. Customer service are great and never fails to assist via phone and email. They always respond promptly. I will surely ship with you guys again. Thank you ShippingQuest.

I ordered the KSD-6902 Joyous Autoradio GPS 7 inch Android 4.4 . Hongkongeek sent me the unit marked 6902 but not Android and it looks different to the one they advertised! I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website? I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating... Not only their act was that but most of all it's a crime. So be careful to deal with it or avoid totally! David

I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. It was only £66 including delivery for a very modern smartphone and I've been delighted.

I ordered plenty of goods in April, 2020 but have not received my goods even in June, 2020. The phone is disconnected and the email is no response at all. I tracked the package status in UPS and the package was broken and discarded... om.. But who should take the responsibility for this? But of course it should not be me!

I have used Lyca for the past 19 months & have not been totally satisfied but today is my last day as I have had enough of their lack of customer care & support. My bundle had run out so I phoned to ask to put a new bundle on my phone and I was given a code to do manually so I went ahead & put my bundle code in only to find out the following day that my bundle had not been activated & that I had used £20 in less than 24hrs & when I phoned customer care I was not only shouted at but also not able to get a reasonable response or reason for why this had happened but told to check the terms & conditions, this has got to be the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with not only in 5je past has it taken up to 47mins to get through but then to be cut off & wait over 30mins again I have yet to be satisfied with any customer services & this time I have had enough I would rather the horrendous job of changing my number & network provider than have the experience & expense of dealing with another inadequate customer advisor. Good bye lyca.

It took them over a month to fill my prescription, then when i needed a refill they refused to refill saying it was a month late, but it took them a month to get it to me so i was already a mouth behind. this the second time they have done this. they do not put a refill by date, just the date it was filled, and that take them a month, so you are always a month behind. be aware when you order.

We've now used Jetpets twice for our two Airedale Terriers. We moved them to Australia from NZ and then back again after our 15 months in Australia. Each time they were extremely professional and showed real care for the pups. Especially transporting from Aus to NZ during the Covid pandemic with the airlines cancelling flights and not taking pets, they worked extremely hard to get our pups home. I would not hesitate to use Jetpets again.

SALED Australia__Had a Problem / INXPRESS__Had a Solution In the latter half of last year I talked with David about the serious and or numerous issues we had with Australia Post for our Express Deliveries. By November / December last year we had had enough and not for the first time David had recommended for us to use the 1, 3 & 5kg satchels from TOLL PRIORITY as they had a 90% next day delivery to capital cities, excluding Darwin. Anyway, I bit the bullet and ordered the satchels which were delivered the very next day, which is the best move i ever made. Since the change-over to using Toll Priority the deliveries were next day, a massive bonus for our customers ie Brisbane to Launceston Tasmania__Next Day Brisbane to Balcatta Perth__Next day. Based on the above and our positive experiences with ALL of the Team 102 at INXPRESS, and their easy to use Web Booking portal ........ In the past year Skynet have tried to deliver 5 parcels to me, 4 of them have gone AWOL! We eventually worked out this rubbish courier was leaving them at the gate at the entrance to our property, ie on the street. There is a main route bus stop 6m away. Absolute idiots! AVOID!

Ordered some items from a UK shop posted on the 5th July arrived Australia 8th July, wow fast delivery. That's where everything goes pear shaped it is now 15th July and item finally cleared customs and is on its way, it's Friday and I doubt I'll see the parcel before Tuesday at the latest, 14 days isn't that long but compared to other delivery methods from UK it might as well be a lifetime.

I received my second box which I ordered from the USA - had no choice as to the courier service. On the very first occasion last month the driver deliberately ignored me as i was waving them down on the opposite side of the street in full view of me just to find a card in the letter box saving "sorry we missed you" yeah right, sorry doesn't come close. Then I had to call up and find it where it would be delivered to? a newsagent/lotto shop in my suburb. The second box which arrived last week - again calling around lunch time when no one is home and not bothering to leave it there like every other courier service and Aussie Post does, but again a card "sorry we missed you" i had to jump online to check where it was delivered to and nothing! still in transit, tried again the next day, same thing, then the day after same thing - so called them up just to be told that the box was delivered on Wednesday to a neighbouring suburb and been there for 2 days already !!! No text, no sms to tell me it was there even though they encourage you to check online where it is!! Absolutely disgusting service and why on earth companies in the US bother to use them at all is beyond me????

I was downstairs and as we live in a terrace the front door is within reaching distance but no one knocked or even sent me a message saying my package was here. I checked the status and apparently I 'wasn't there' when I clearly was. I checked when it arrived and it was 10;00 am and I was there since 9;30 am and checked the status at 10;15. I call them as it was a gift from my dad for my birthday and the order was under his name, and I am currently at a rental house so they said I cannot pick it up and they cannot redeliver, they said my dad had to come and pick it up. But how can he travel due to corona and certainly a plane ride is not worth it to pick up a phone which should have been delivered. They were rude on the phone and offered no condolences, even though I should have been the one to be rude I kept my composure. Absolutely ridiculous.

My pet was being moved from Tasmania to Melbourne and they couldn't even get this right. I spent the time to email animal travel to tell them about my experience with them to have the owner blame me for all their stuff ups. First of all when we arrived to drop the dog off at the airport Toll knew nothing about it. Then when it was time to pick the dog up in Melbourne they had supplied the incorrect address. The lady I spoke to on the phone couldn't speak English and stuffed the dogs name up 3 times but the owner told me that I had changed the name 3 times. I think I know what my own dogs name is! I would hate for these people to transport my pet over seas if they can't even get it wright from Tassie. I got my dog Owners additude, Poor service

I was put on to the Geelong office where I was told I would get a 9 month bridging loan and so and so per cent and so i waited and waited for the paperwork, including emailing - to nothing. I then wrote again and was put through to the same office. The same guy spoke to me, this time stating he didn't think Rams offered that and he didn't know why he'd told me. I might add that both referrals were to a woman at Rams Geelong who never bothered to make contact even though she was my port of call via the Rams site. I have never been so disgusted in a company in my life, how dare they! So now we have to sell first, to then buy where we're going for my daughter to go to uni to do a double major/Masters, and we were hoping to move stuff out and buy first so I could fix the house up here first. Can't be done, and they led me on. I hate them and there should be an inquiry into their ethics. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!

I currently have a home loan with you. Each time I’ve contact customer service I’ve had a horrible experience. The very first time was when I got a message to say that my direct debit of $50 for the construction loan was overdue. I called to rectify this straight away as I am never late in any of my bills. When I called the call centre I spoke with this very rude and abrupt lady, she implied that I was crazy as “RAMS don’t do direct debit as it is illegal” she would not let me speak, shut me down each time I said my previous construction progress payments were being direct debited. She got frustrated with me and said she will transfer me to someone else. This was very stressful for me, being my first home loan I really didn’t want to get on a bad start. I finally got through to another RAMS representative and I had to start the call like new. Full ID check, had to relay what my enquire was and what happened in the last call. This lady was nice and very helpful, unfortunately the first person I spoke with didn’t leave any notes so the second representative was unsure what she was talking about. She explained to me that direct debit is normal, the only reason I got the message was due to the public holiday and it will get processed following business day -nothing to worry about. The second time I called was to discuss what to do when my construction loan is completed. I called the call centre. They said they weren’t too sure but to call the person that set up my home loan account. Once I advised that they are no longer open she then referred me to the closest RAMS office to enquire. I believe it was RAMS Mooloolaba, I spoke to a lady that was extremely rude. I wish that call was recorded and she was extremely condescending, she would not answer my questions and told me to call the call centre. When I asked her if I could get the valuation that my house was valued at she said that RAMS don’t do a proper evaluation, someone only goes out to make sure the house is completed after the build. This I found annoying as when I first signed up with you, [name removed] was my loan advisor, he said that we would get a valuation of the home once completed. So am feeling deceived as now I need to pay to have one completed. Then I called to simply request my bank details be updated as I simply changed banks. I thought I could do this over the phone like any other company. But no, I I was sent a form to complete. I completed and emailed the form back, only to receive it back again to say it was missing information. I had to print the whole form again since the last one was chucked in the bin. I don’t hear anything. I tried calling, long wait in the queue, couldn’t get through. Then get an email to say to call RAMS. The call centre isn’t exactly to get a hold of. But I tried, couldn’t get through. Now to my most recent events with RAMS. The end of my construction loan. I received a letter to call RAMS to get my change over fee waived. Great. Called through, no you can’t change until a week before the 1st of April 2020. Alright, Called a couple of days before then, spoke to a gentleman, didn’t catch his name, he said good news we can waive all fees and you can get an interest rate of 2.79% without any prompting. I thought this was great as I was considering refinancing for a similar interest rate. I also wanting to change my monthly payments to weekly or fortnightly as that works better for us. He said I was entitled to all these changes. But he can’t do anything until the 1st of April 2020. I requested 6 call backs in the last week. I haven’t received 1 call. I have called, I have been on hold for 20minutes + each time. Which is not suitable for a couple who also work full time. Wasting all breaks to try and get a hold of our home loan financier. Hence the request for all the call backs to get everything sorted. So I called the office this morning, spoke to this lady, she was nice but seemed to not know too much information. Just kept saying she would transfer me through to the department that sorts it out but then kept remembering they don’t open until 8:30am. Not convenient for me as that’s when I start work. I end up updating my payments to fortnightly. A little annoyed that she said that will start from May as I couldn’t change it for the month of April, even though I was told I could a week ago? And she also advised of my new interest rate of 3.81%. I’m a little confused to why it could get changed to this amount but not the 2.79% as per prior discussion. I was not told 3.81% would be my interest rate ever. No letters, emails or phone calls. So I tried calling the office for my lowered interest rate and a refund on my “waived fees” but phones are busy and I’m still waiting on a call back. I find RAMS customer service is atrocious. I work in customer service myself and we promise our customers we will get back to them that day, we don’t have long hold times on the phone, we respond to emails. Even in these tough times. I really hope all calls are recorded, as not one service representative advised me that on any of the calls. I did load a complaint message to the company but never heard anything back. extremely disappointed, I wish someone had of warned me earlier. They have been giving me the run around. STEER CLEAR

Not only do bank SA Charge you absolutely ludacris fees And $10 a day when your account is over drawn, There customer service is useless! My card is due to expire tomorrow, And I have not received a new one. They say there was a delay in processing And That i can access Cardless cash. Great! But what about my online payments that decline because my card is not valid? How is this my problem? Also they treat their staff like garbage! Don't bank with these incompetent thieves. I've been a business customer of bank SA for 10 years. My business is successful and I work bloody hard with no hand outs from anyone. All I wanted was a business credit card. I made an appointment and went into the branch. They couldn't help me, said it was a " business banking" situation. They told me someone would call from their business area. After FIVE DAYS, I called them. I was discussing with Sidney what I wanted when a client came in. I called back as soon as I had finished with my client, but Sidney was busy. I left a message for him to call me back, but guess what? He never called back!! Pretty disgraceful in my opinion. Bank SA are ok for everyday personal stuff, but if you're in business, forget it. They either can't handle it or they just don't care enough to want to.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

I bought GBP just before Christmas to transfer urgently to London . It took 2 days to sort through some issues and then I was told they would be in recipient's account the next day . they did not arrive and when I called on 28/12, 1 week later, I was told the funds would leave immediately i.e. up till then they had not been sent . I then phoned, twice emailed asking for an explanation I heard nothing - very poor service . Would not recommend company

I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

I had my bathroom shower tiles re-surfaced about 20 years ago, also my bath. The bath hasn't been used very much and remains in fairly good order, although several small flaws have appeared over the years. The shower was ok for nearly two years, then the enamel started to shrink over the grouting and mould started forming. I used their recommended cleaner to start with but eventually nothing cleaned it properly and the mould just remains. I would never recommend having shower tiles re-sprayed, their 10 year warranty is useless. They did try to correct this with several re-sprays but the same thing kept happening, the product just doesn't wear well at all and today my shower area looks terrible, nothing cleans it satisfactorily.

**Buyer beware** We hired Mend A Bath services in 2016 to re surface our bath. Over the past two years Mend A Bath have been back to our home three times to patch repair the constant peeling of their paint product used. After paint, yet again, sticking to my husbands foot while showering we contacted Mend A Bath for the fourth time. Their representative [name removed] came out to our property for the forth time last week to inspect the peeling paint. After inspection I asked [name removed] 'why does our paint keep peeling?' He responded with he 'did not know' In the warranty signed by [name removed] it quotes: ' This guarantee shall be limited, at Mend A Bath International option to: A) the repair of the bathtub; B) a full refund of the monies paid by the customer' Knowing this we asked [name removed] about the option of a refund which he replied he 'wasn't going to discuss' and simply walked away. Considering this would be the fourth repair, we didn't think it would be unreasonable to request a refund. We have shown Mend A Bath good faith in the past, giving them three opportunities to repair and rectify their services and products, which is still yet to be done. We have only ever used and cared for our Bath as per the warranty provided to us.

I have moved 5 times within Asia and Europe with American and Japanese moving companies who have delivered outstanding customer experience. At this company everything is wrong and all staff in France in particular is working hard to ensure you get the worst experience possible. For instance : Quote updated and increased by 70% after you select them and you have no time anymore to revert to competitor, request of documents to be obtained in country of departure after the shipment and obviously when you have already departed, insisting on following unnecessary procedure without checking with authorities in charge.... Worst experience ever not only for a moving but for any business transaction I have ever had in the last 30 years. AGS is the less trustworthy company in this world and you would be better served by a local mafia. It is regrettable that the number of star can not be negative since minus five star is the deserved score. Any other company is better and it will take more than luck to get through smoothly with this one. Incompetence and disgraceful behavior at a level you have never seen neither heard of.

Had brand new boiler fitted on 19th March,no heat or water FOUR hours later.Failed TWELVE times in the next three and half days .Engineer who fitted it came back twice but could not solve the problem this was followed by a visit by Grant technical support who changed a circuit board and assured us that it was now fine. EIGHT hours later no heat or hot water. Have been in touch with engineer who fitted the boiler and as it was clearly sold not fit for purpose have informed him that I want it removed. We are both in our mid seventies self isolating and with numerous health problems and are in the position of having no heat or water for the foreseeable future with all the implications thereto. The cost of over £3500.00 is irrelevant as I will not be paying . BE WARNED!!!!

It was not clear from the website that the order [a one off attempt on my behalf for a holiday destination order] was weekly. I immediately cancelled the order. I was told my orders are 'on pause' .. I then saw that my account had been debited for the cancelled order that I told them about. The money was taken was my account for non-receipt of goods! This is highly out of order. I am now demanding a full refund. Companies cannot take money for goods not received at least not reputable ones. Furious. I have paid around 1100USD just for 4months...my mother got sick and visited urgent care, as per policy it is copay 25$ which i paid... later i got bill 310$... same with first visit where we went to urgent care and doctors said take to ER... there i have paid 250$ which is my deductible... later i got bill around 12000USD... when i called insurance they said i can do appeal for review... :( initially due to their system outage no one was available till 3months... in these three months hospital guys sent my bills to collection department later once their system is up... these guys denied stating its pre existing condition... when i called how did you determine it is preexisting condtion they dont have answer... they told it is different department... and they told i have chance to appeal and it will take 90 days :(... these guys are cheater

I attended the International Bread Program 3-4 years ago. The program itself was very ambitious, heavy work load, high expectation of the students - that's the good news. I like that the school created a structure where a lot was expected of students every day. I was less enthused by my instructors. While both were very knowledgeable and passionate about bread, I found them both of them less so about teaching. The primary instructor I had was sullen, moody, and at times passive-aggressive. The other instructor was better - really in many ways a good teacher - although he'd leave the classroom frequently and one day he fell asleep while teaching us. One anecdote that sums up and was characteristic of my experience: One day I mentioned to my main instructor that another student shaped a particular bread better than I. I asked her why and, instead of helping me, she instead said, "Some people are better at shaping than others." I found that response unworthy of a teacher.

After 6 months in Denmark with family, two children (2 and 4 years old). I have to say at this was a great decision to come here to Denmark. This was a great but a very hard decision but Medicolink gave all the help which we needed and additionally a great and complete language course and practical knowlegde from the basics to a very usefel level. They here in Denmark were amazed by our knowlegde both of language and culture. Well-organized team with a huge experience. They manage all the things, you have to just focus to the language (fx. gratis day-care to your children). Paid stay in Hungary, Budapest, which is a fantastic city. Organized programs together with your classmates and teachers. Long-term follow-op after the language-course both to you and to your partner. So briefly I have to say thanks to them for their help to achieve our aim.

I contacted Alistair Benn at MHH International about 6 months before I secured the car that I wanted (low mileage 2013 Discovery 4 ). Alistair was very diligent in sending me numerous cars to look at, and was very patient and understanding when i rejected some. The whole process was very transparent. Numerous detailed photos of the car (s) and descriptions When we found the car we wanted, I secured it with a deposit , and then electronically transferred the funds. The best part was the seamless and painless process of actually getting the car in NZ . Included in MHH International's "CIF " charges, were the costs of the clearing agent. I was given a link so I could track the containers ship progress. About two weeks before I was given another email advising that the ship was due to arrive. The clearing agent did everything including clearing the car from customs and taking the car to get its Compliance test and certificate . All i had to do was send them the 15% duty . I chose not to collect the car but have it delivered to my home about 500kms away. Again the clearing agent arranged that. I unreservedly recommend MHH. The process was transparent and much easier than i thought. Almost nothing for me to do other than select the car, pay MHH and pay customs. I contacted Ami at the start of the year, Ami was very honest about time scale, as I only had 5 months. Two weeks left before the big day, and apart from seeing the print design, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with how our outfits turned out. They were beautiful, even down to the little detail of having a matching pocket square for my husbands' outfit. Ami and her team did an amazing job!. Ami was professional throughout and always kept in contact. I highly recommend Ami for any occasional outfits!

I had been following Ami for a few months and I was continuously looking through her work and saving photos of outfit I loved. As soon as we booked our wedding date I got in contact with her. I told her about a dress I had seen someone wear and she knew straight away what i was loooking for. Over the next few weeks we met and we began to create the dress I fell in love with. Ami would always make sure she covered every detail with me, from materials, to embrodery and even gerneral updates. When i saw my dress I was in shock. It looked amazing! I sent 6 boxes (tea carton size) which were supplied by them, along with some bubble wrap and marker pen. London to Bahrain, door to door. Boxes were supplied by courier one day, I had about 5 days to pack them and then they picked them up. Plenty of communication, clear instructions as to what was allowed or prohibited (air cargo) and completely hassle free. Including insurance, I think it cost me just under £100 per box. D2D delivery, and it took 4 or 5 days. Very happy with their service.

Working with AngloPacific to ship our belongings from the UK to Vancouver, Canada was a perfect experience. Matt Heywood, the agent with whom we worked, was excellent. He explained the process thoroughly and was available for questions all the time. We were provided with all the materials and boxes we needed. The shipment arrived in perfect condition.
