would get 0zero if option available tried transfer my number, 2 options 1st option online, 2nd in stores like carphone warehouse those stores have no knowledge of lyca let alone ability to enact transfer the online option simply would not submit my info after numerous attempts trying to talk with their cs people is like talking to robots saying "not possible"

I have used Lyca for the past 19 months & have not been totally satisfied but today is my last day as I have had enough of their lack of customer care & support. My bundle had run out so I phoned to ask to put a new bundle on my phone and I was given a code to do manually so I went ahead & put my bundle code in only to find out the following day that my bundle had not been activated & that I had used £20 in less than 24hrs & when I phoned customer care I was not only shouted at but also not able to get a reasonable response or reason for why this had happened but told to check the terms & conditions, this has got to be the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with not only in 5je past has it taken up to 47mins to get through but then to be cut off & wait over 30mins again I have yet to be satisfied with any customer services & this time I have had enough I would rather the horrendous job of changing my number & network provider than have the experience & expense of dealing with another inadequate customer advisor. Good bye lyca.

very poor service, will never buy it in my life, bought it from the a shop and shop owner stated that its 1p/min to India and i recharged for 5 pounds. made few phone calls and the credits got finished less than 100min. called the lyca mobile customer care and was advised that to activate this you have to send a message to 2525 and it lasts for 30 days. i topped it again toady for another 5 pounds and send the text but the when i send it says text message failed, tried few times but still the same. I think its a fraud company? which is trying to get money from vulnerable people. be careful of the company and its steps to get money from customers

I bought their SIM from their representative in Colombia for use in the USA. 90% of the time I got the "not registered in network" message. It didn't matter if I restarted the phone, redid all the connection process, nothing worked. Their service is even worse, nobody can give clear answers, they keep asking for the contract ID or a photo of the SIM, but no solutions. I filed my complaint with them for not being able to make phone calls and they keep evading my claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR NETWORK.

Worst company i have ever seen.customer service is just a process of false hope and a waste of time, they will apologise for any problems you are having and tell you someone will be in contact with you in 24 to 48hours (what a joke) but no one ever gets back to you!! If they were offering there service for free it still wouldnt be worth it as the offers available from established company's that provide a half decent service at near enough the same cost as lyca and it'll work when needed.every week or so iv had problems with lyca.most of them same issues repeated with no solutions.complete rubbish..

I bought 30 pounds worth airtime yesterday and within a day I have used up 80 percent of my bundle which is a month bundle. I am sorry I have to leave them I cannot have this

If only I had read some reviews before purchasing a sim card and data bundle from Lycamobile at Heathrow 3 days ago. I could not activate it and was locked out of customer help because my balance was supposedly £0, despite having paid £25 two hours earlier. Trying to "register" I finally reached an advisor who could not help me at all but assured me that he would register me and that someone would call me back within 24 about my internet access. No call, no access. When I called back I was told electronically that my complaint had been closed. When I tried to relodge I was told the same. Now I see that so many other customers have had similar problems with Lycamobile's non-functioning product. But even worse is their unspeakable customer service, the most appalling I've experienced in nearly 20 years of using mobile services across the world.

lycamobile 100 international min trick ???????????? lycamobile - bundle -national-plus -22/06/2019 12:55 They advertised under this bundle 100 International mins + EU roaming. But actually the international means no more then 7 big economic countries + the EU countries, non Africans or la-tine Americanises countries. Ironically I can call this countries from my land lines for free. I get this information from customer services after waiting 10 mins on phone (paid service 9 pence / call). They took my £10 after tricking me, but I promise them I am not going to use this services again. I am not going to recommend it to any one. ????????????

Been with them for 11 years. Finally got old enough to release there is a price you pay for good customer services. Get a contract elsewhere. Advice from a friend- Save your mental and physical brain

Payed 620 to move fr myold network to lyca mobile to get rid of all the bull from contract and i run from the devil and i found hes father....no fukin persson in Lyca mobile steucture gives a fuk about any customera is beyond jome they should be shut down i dont understand how they are operating in Uk ported nr in and waitin for a week now to get a bundle active i have toped up the balance with 150 and when u try to pay for bundle u cant u need to use ur card stupid is all mislliding and fraudulent their website and practices so people run for ur lives trust me ????????????????

Fraud company with fraud stuff charged you while got the pretending of the help but just pretending. After you got an email address as final solution wish has setting to reject the all emails. Ruined my life shame on you Lycramobil they stole my money and got nothing because they are nothing to fulfilling loyalist never use their service never recommend them you lose.......

One star is only for because 0 is not possible. I ordered a pre-paid SIM in online for 20 EUR and it cannot be activated only. In 2019, in Germany, only the shop activation is possible. They even dont send the telephone number with the card. When I contacted to ask help and solution from the customer service, I got an answer they cannot activate it and I need to try online again. Very poor service and expensive for nothing. I paid 20 EUR and I got nothing. They are thieves, so NEVER BUY OR ORTHER ANYTHING FROM LYCA!!!

My PAG phone line with Lycamobile has £8 credit still but stopped making outgoing calls a few weeks ago. There are two stipulations with their PAYG: you either top up in a tree month period or you use some credit during a three month period. Either one of these keeps your phone number active. Despite having used the phone to make charged calls and texts less than a month ago the number no longer makes outgoing calls. I have spoken with them 3 times but they really are incompetent and struggle to understand their own terms. They have also ignored emails. I have reported them to the telecoms ombudsman but they really shouldn’t be operating in the UK looking at all the complaints online.

I ordered a new sim with a monthly plan £8 bundle that I paid for online on 8/8/18. I received the new SIM card 11/08/18 In the instructions that came with the SIM card it states I should of received a Unique PIN, but I didn't received any PIN. I never even received an email confirming my payment of £8 but the money has been taken out of my bank account. I called lyca on 11/8/18 and spoke to a gentleman who said I would receive another email with my Unique PIN within 24 hours, but still I haven't received anything?! I am unable to make calls or texts and it is vital this is sorted as soon as possible as I have 2 young children and need to be able to make calls/texts. Especially when I have paid for a service I can't even use?! I have emailed them and they are not getting back to me to resolve the issue. I will not top up the sim either as the £8 bundle I bought entitles me to unlimited calls and texts. I emailed lyca yesterday quoting my call reference and all I've had is a txt saying they will respond as soon as possible? What do I do?! Poor service from lyca. Very unhappy customer

Lycamobile isn't bad for a 2g mobile. In fact, with my Nokia, It's not bad. It charges me since the only option I have is PAYG. I'm not sure about 3g or 4g though

I have been a lyca customer since aug 2018. Be very careful with the money you leave in the simcard as once the offer is expired (internet or minutes) it won't send any message and you will start spending a ridiculous amount of money. This is the reason i renew MANUALLY the bundle every month. Customer support is more than poor, you can call them and they don't reply or the lines fall right after you reach the operator (Strange, uh?). You have to retry multiple times. I bought a 30CHF roaming bundle which didn't work except in Germany (and immagine the struggle of being north Europe without internet for days) and i sent a mail to request support. After 6 days and now that i'm home, I got no answer. Basically I paid for nothing. Unfortunately, you get what you pay. Rates are pretty low and this come at a price..

I bought the SIM card thinking that I could have a European SIM for periodic trips I was taking. I purchased a bundle for 20 pounds. I didn't see the automatic renewal clause (my bad). As it turns out if I only wanted it for a month I would have had to order it and cancel it the same day as it needs a 30 day notice of cancellation...so you're in for at least two months. Then when I started getting the monthly renewals, I tried various ways of getting a hold of them to cancel (online form, call centre, registering for self service) and each one of those mechanisms basically didn't work. I finally found another email address which they actually responded to (albeit very slowly). Too bad, conceptually this could have been great but the lack of clarity (or opt out option) for the monthly renewal makes it seem like a deliberate money grab, especially when coupled with really terrible customer service channels. I'm going to look for a more reliable service provider.

Lyca Mobile is completely thieve and robbery!!!! i bought online Sim-card but they used my details to take money £25 every month without my consent. they robbed me more than £145 and i asked to refund me they said we refund £25 only still that £25 not refunded and the other money has been denied . i changed my bank so that they do not take again. please never use your bank details.
