First, it was wonderful until I need to renew my bundle, I could do it online so I called customer service 1923, I had the port in a bundle, the team members took my money and give me another bundle, that was not the one I request to renew. then I call back.... BIG lie, port in bundle is only for one month, but term and condition writing 6 month? so that's why I am not happy and leaving you

Checked my balance yesterday (6 May 2020) before buying a voucher, over £7-00, made one 'phone call then bought a £10-00 voucher which Lycamobile said had already been used - after 10 minutes - who is kidding who ? checked my balance again and the 'phone call had cost me over £2-00 but not only that I had no balance from the original voucher. E-mails via lycamobile web-site and direct were ignored and 'phone lines, both land and Lycamobile were and are still "dead" This firm has no concept of "Customer Service" text message "All in one 10 up" and "USSD running" what the hell do these mean ? perhaps somebody could put this into proper English.

Two sim cards have completly stopped working in just four months!!! no service at all, I am not even able to call customer service as I would need some sort of connection for this basic task. Absolutely unacceptable, worst experience I have ever had with a company. Do not use Lyca mobile!

Till last week I could use my hotspot with mobile data. Then it suddenly stopped and I called their CSC which said they had received similar complaints from other customers as well and Lyca is working on it. Today I called them and they refused that they are not providing this service while some customers may be using it as before. Very strange and easy way to get away with network faults. Other than this Lyca has poor Connectivity and voice quality. Don't waste your money.

I have been using Lycamobile for several months. I bought the sim card in Sweden. For more than 2 weeks now, I can't receive or make any calls. I have signal, but I get this message 'Not registered on network.'. But they still charge me, since the top-up was automatic. I try to reach the support and they are telling me to do some complicated settings on my phone. Still doesn't work. An awful experience and service.

Worst customer service by far, you have to wait 5 days for customer service to get an answer back doesn’t matter if your SIM card doesn’t work or you can’t top up because of their website either you can’t activate your SIM card or you can’t refer a friend because you don’t get anything back from them even if you want to port in a number all you get it’s just errors this made me think twice before jumping into this bad company and customer service called LYCA MOBILE. No other most of the reviews are 1 star, if I could I would of given them 0 stars that’s what they deserve for it.

The last 20 days internet is veryyyy slow i use plan mega 20 and i dont have internet.i spend my money.what is a problem
