Tried to order a simple pair of earrings and was told MY bank( a 5 star bank) "soft" declined the order? They're customer service representative said it was on my banks side and to call them to straighten it out.I use the card for MANY on line purchases ( eBay, QVC, HSN and catalogs)and have NEVER, EVER had a decline !?!? Definitely not worth getting the run-around for a $50 pair of earrings!! I cancelled the order. Lesson learned. Will never us this shopping site, again.

Prices going up. Quality going down, FAST. Most of their products are now, CHEAPLY, made in China. And, when (not if) you return something, they keep enough of your money to cover their cost for the item and, then resell it at the price which you originally paid. Poor quality stones and settings. Mismatched and damaged stones. Dull and lifeless stones, including CZ., They send you just enough nice looking, good product to keep you coming back for awhile.

Just an FYI here. This company refuses to stop sending solicitation emails. I originally unsubscribed via the email link provided. Ten days later I logged in to the account I originally created and changed my email address. Seven days after that, I reached out to their Customer Service- this was done . None of these options have stopped the emails from arriving.

I have made two previous purchases from JTV and returned both of them because they looked cheap. This time I only paid $47 plus shipping for a lab-created ruby ring. I'll keep it because I don't want to pay the flat return cost plus shipping. And I'll wear the ring, even though there's a chip on the girdle that catches my fingernail! And the cushion cut top is crooked. I will keep it because the stone is a gorgeous red with the lavender hues of a true ruby, but I'll make sure to tell everyone it's JTV = crappy quality.

I have been long time customer with JTV just about as long as they have been on air. In the first years the gem stones were clear, the silver was heavy and well made. I started noticing that in the last 10 years or so that most of there products is made in China. The jewelry is poorly made, rings are thin, and the stones are cloudy. It is a hit a miss if you order items from them now. I have sent back more items in the last 9 years because of poor quality. cloudy jem stones, and the repair shop. I have ordered many tems , recently tormelin rings where the stones where only three colors all group together and cloudy. I have asked to exchange items and they are still cloudy stones and just as bad as the first order. I order a large cross with red garnet , rhodolite garnet, and black spinal, When I first received it , I noticed it was bent in several places. I sent it back to be repaired over a month ago and customer service keeps telling me that it has not been repaired yet. I am sort of nervous because I don't know how good the jewelers are at repairing items. I have been a Looooong Time customer 20 years or more and once I get my cross back, I seriously doubt if I will order anything else from JTV ! Until they take control of the quality of their products, I would say don't order anything that you see the host wearing on TV ! They will take the best one of the items shown , and you will get low quality items when you order them. Ever since they have source out their products to China and Thailand you can expect poor quality . They are more interested in the almighty dollar than customer satisfaction now, and there prices for just silver jewelry with nay stones are sky high and what you get is junk. Even if the items are 5 star ratings I am still leary of ordering. When I have ordered these items , I still got duds. They have beautiful designs , but poorly made, I wonder If these are new customers don't know how the good quality jewelry is supposed to look like? Nancy Bruff from North Carolina.

From the moment I heard that Paula Deen was going to have a show and a line of merchandise on your network I turned off JTV for good. I am appalled that JTV would hire a known bigot and racist, and promote her merchandise. I thought JTV was an inclusive entity - not one wishing to exclude anyone based on color, religion, gender identity, etc. I cannot tell you how to run your business, but you will not be getting any more of mine. After literally THOUSANDS of orders, I will never be placing another one.

I am not defending JTV. Everything I purchase there has not been perfect - they have a generous 30 day return policy, so you can just send things back. I continue to shop because most of what I buy are excellent bargains and the prices are amazingly low. This is not a Tiffany's type jewelry channel. I've purchased some amazing things that are great quality, stones don't fall out, and I wear them a lot. Occasionally, a piece will arrive/develop a problem, as is true with all jewelry merchants. JUST SEND IT BACK!

Hello JTV....I have a few observations. I am a customer and a happy one at that... if I have a problem Customer Care is always there.. but.. 1. I wish fellow JTV customers would stop with their sarcastic comments about the hosts. These folks are doing their job and working hard... they are SALES people. 2. Customers should realize that sending an item 'just because' will COST YOU..

I purchased a 1.90ct Moissanite Fire ring in a Platineve setting and the stone fell out! I was at dinner at an Olive Garden restaurant when I noticed it was gone. I had only worn this ring about 4 times since I purchased it. I purchased it on a 5 Flex pay and it happened AFTER the 30 day return policy. I tried to return the ring for credit and they would only REPLACE the stone ONE time at no charge. It is my belief that this settingis not very durable and it will only fall out again. I am not a happy camper!

I just received a Tehya Oyama Turquoise, Kingman Turquoise ring, with Cultured Freshwater Pearl, 18k Gold Over Brass Ring. It's pretty. Upon opening the box, there was a little tag on the ring with a bar code displaying the item # and China. What does this ring have to do with China?! It's suppose to be a Turquoise stone from the Kingman mines, in Arizona?! Which are now closed. Did they have to send the ring to China for the freshwater pearls? My last purchase.

After watching JTV for over 2 years, I finally ordered some Bella Luce. I cannot believe how absolutely stunning the jewelry is! I have more pieces coming. Love all my jewelry. It's all more beautiful in person.

I ordered the ruby band ring on rhe 15 of May seen it on live tv. It has 7 rubies in the sterling silver band. I received it today on the 18th and it's more gorgeous in person I just love it. I'm a first time buyer and I will definitely be getting more from you. Thank you for such beautiful jewelry at affordable prices

I realize that Paula Deen said some things that were racist. I know that she has apologized numerous times I don't know what else the woman can do. I hate to tell you this but everybody has some form of racism in them. Yours may not be mine and mine may not be yours, but that's the way the world is.

I purchased a 2 carat diamond cocktail ring on January 14th it is now March 12th and three of the diamonds have falling out and one of the baguette is completely crushed I've had this ring Less Than 3 months, have wanted maybe four times. I called them and they tell me they have to charge me $20 just to look at it and charge an additional fee to fix it. I did not know about the bad reviews on diamonds but I'm not paying them to fix this ring that I just purchased . I did the 5-month FlexPay this is my second payment that they took 3 days early I am going to send it back if they accept it or not it is being sent back to them. I highly recommend don't by any diamonds from JTV

I followed Tim M.'s instructions and wrote, again, to customer service with a full explanation, copies of this review and Tim M.'s personal notes to me, along with pictures of the ring in question. I received a letter two days ago saying that a refund was in process. This morning, the credit appeared on my account. I want to clarify that I've bought many items from JTV and have been pleased with prices for what you get. This case was different because it was pure gold and gold should last. I hope this will be the beginning of JTV continuing to handle these things more appropriately.

Saw Bella Luca dancing pendant on JTV late one night. Was in bed so didn't order. Next day called to order, asked for stretch pay, which was offered on TV. The rep was rude and said you can't get stretch pay unless you order from TV. I went ahead and ordered anyway. It took about a month to come. Rude reps, lousy service, unwilling to help. I will never order from JTV again. There are so many places to buy jewelry you would think they would be more customer friendly.

my Aunt (87 years young) thought she was investing for the future. I have tried to sell her loose gems she has collected thru the years, as she needs to have income for her rent. (Almost $50,000 spent if not more at JTV the last 10 years). NO ONE WANTS THEM.. THEY ARE NOT REAL!

I hav made many purchases from JTV and hav been very pleased with at least 95% of what I received .. and ALWAYS get lots of compliments .. is some of it cheaply made ..sure .. so yu hav 2b careful what yu order that's all .. if I hav a complaint it would be the chains sent with pendants r razor thin .. would rather they just didn't send one than one that I cant wear .. Hav sent sum items back and NEVER had an issue with being refunded .. promptly

In the last year I have purchased three rings, stud earrings, and a cross necklace. All were from the Bella Lucie Brand. All were Sterling Silver with rhodium coating. Within two months all jewelry was black, dull, ugly. Soap and water cleaning did not help. I did not contact customer service because I had no info about the products. When I find an inferior product, I never use that company or brand again. What a waste of my money. So they HTC just lost another customer.
