Everyone keeps saying the site is fake, but it's not. I ordered a dress had it shipped to New Brunswick Canada, came back in perfect condition and the dress is exactly what I ordered. I haven't taken photos yet, due to the fact I ordered my wedding dress a year early, just to be on the safe side and to make sure I got what I paid for. Thanks JB team! My dress is perfect!

Hi there,
I wanted to let you know that the dress I got wasn't like the dress I ordered.
The dress I ordered was sleek and beautiful in the picture. The one I got did not fit and was very stiff. I have to pay 800 USD to get it fixed so I didn't save anything. The Taylor will take it all apart and sew it back together with extreme changes.
I did send my messurements so I find it strange why it didn't fit. To big over stomach and hips. Bust was way to high, arms to wide and short etc.
I do not recomend ordering a Wedding dress online.

It took about 2months to get the dress. Every time I emailed with questions I always got a prompt response. And with all the craziness going on in the world we were getting worried we would get it, but it came! The Dress is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! It is very well made and very high quality! I am so very impressed! Under the arms is a little tight and the lace up ribbon in the back is too short, but it was easily remedied. I only have one picture to post right now, the first time she tried it on out of the box. The professional ones will be taken this weekend. But my daughter feels and looks like a princess in her dress which is how it should be on her wedding day! Thank you June Bridals! You guys are amazing!

Purchased 2 dresses. Asked about return policy. Oh no problem BUT what they don't tell you is you have to return the dresses to China! Pay for shipping plus only refund 80% of your money back! Shame on you for doing this to any Bride! They suggest selling in on EBay or Craigslist REALLY? I will tell everyone NOT to order from your website! Just awful!

I received my dress a week ago, and I love it!! I did not get the chance to read all of these comments. I am glad I did not, I wouldn’t have ordered. To be honest, I was a little bit skeptical; I did not know how it would be. It is not a mirror image of what is on the website, but they tried their best and you know what? I just loved the end results. I had some specifications on the dress and they were able to fulfill them as I asked. I couldn’t get on the day it arrived, but I received an email from the company saying that the carrier had the dress in their facilities, they were concern the package can get ruined or destroyed, the very next day I picked up and it was as I imagined. I appreciate your concern on every moment. Thanks for being so professional!

Pretty dress. We paid extra to do custom measurements and the dress DID NOT fit at all. The bodice was much too large on top and way to long in length. They do nothing to resolve the problem. They said we have to notify within 2 weeks of problem.

I cancelled my order 4 days after ordering by responding to their email in which they said that if I needed to cancel or change my order, to respond to that email...well, I responded to cancel (I had a really uneasy feeling and worried it would take too long to ship)...and they pocketed half of the cost. I also saw the exact same dress for HALF their price on Amazon..so this is clearly a factory made and produced dress in China..their claims for keeping 50% of my money stating their dresses are "made to order" is fraud...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

When I recieved my wedding dress i immediately opened the package and tried it on and was very upset when I realized that it was way too big in the waste and looked like I had gained 10 pounds. When I tried to contact them they simply said that "they don't take returns and to sell it locally" I didn't want to sell it or return it I wanted them to fix their problem but they are obviously not going to do that! I am very fortunate to know a seamstress who can alter it for me. I will say that the quality of the dress is very good and it's very well made but I'm very upset with their customer service.

I ordered a custom made dress from June Brides, unfortunately, I did not order it in time to get it when I needed it. Customer service was great in communicating with me, making sure they had the correct measurements. When I requested a refund they were amazing. I only received an 80% refund because the fabric was already cut and they could not reuse the fabric. In a situation as this they usually will not refund any of your costs, but in my situation they did. I would definitely use them again. But I will have to make sure that I order at least 3 months in advance.

Customer service was amazing, I cannot stress this enough!

Just received it today and it's so beautiful From my first communication to the delivery of the dress was an easy, smooth process. The team told me they were located in China and I am totally OK with that. The dress was ready in 3 weeks after ordering I used a professional seamstress to take my measurements and it is a perfect fit. No costly alterations needed like when you order a dress from a bridal shop. It's perfect for my beach venue and the back of the dress with the train is stunning! Will add more pics after wedding day!

If I could give a negative ten star review I would! This company is a total FRAUD. They show you these beautiful designer dresses but what you get is a cheap knockoff made with poor quality fabrics and the most abysmal dressmaking! A ten year old with a toy sewing machine could do better! I had a custom dress ordered and after already paying for the rushed delivery charge with my original order I was concerned the dress would not arrive on time as the notification sent regarding my delivery date was different then the date guaranteed. So after multiple emails back and forth with “Vivian” Who couldn’t give me a straight answer I paid an additional $27 for rushed rushed delivery. The dress arrived on the date of the original rush delivery charge! This would have been fine except that the dress I received was not the dress I ordered! It was completely different! Thick, stiff, bulky and poorly made! The sleeves were way too short and wide as well as different sizes, one was 4in wide while the other was 5in wide. There was extra layers of lace and I looked like and old maid in a frumpy sack! I contacted Vivian again and was told they won’t take return because it was a custom order. How is it custom when it’s clearly a unwearable, uneven, unrecognizable sack? I have tried to post the pictures of this absolute fraud of a dress but am unable to do so. The dress I ordered was the A-line high neck long sleeve lace chiffon illusion dress with appliqués. The dress on the website is beautiful, sleek, sexy and form fitting. The dress I received looked like a 1800s house maids dress minus the white apron! What a ripoff and then they tell you too bad you can’t get your money back! How can they send you something which is NOT what you ordered and get away with it??? Well I’m here to tell you ALL to report them to your Bank for FRAUD. I am going to keep posting and reporting this company -and all the other names they operate under - for the scam artists they are. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM JUNES BRIDAL!!! Terrible scammers!

Just so everyone knows the kind of customer service you will receive I have posted below the exact email correspondence I had with Vivian regarding my delivery. Please note the dates and time as well as the fact that I clearly stated that my original order with the first rushed delivery charge I paid stated my dress would arrive in 15 days. That means my dress would arrive on the 11th of October. However, when I received the email confirmation it changed that date to range from the 11th to the 19th. Vivian could not give me a straight answer and just kept saying I would need to send them an additional $30 for RUSH RUSH delivery to guarantee delivery by the 17th. This is deceptive!

Actually the dress was delivered on Oct 11th. We were several days ahead of the schedule. :)

Actually, NO! The dress came on the date it was suppose to come – which was stated in my original order on the 26th of September when I paid for the regular RUSH delivery charge. It said within 15days which is the 11th of October. However, Vivian encouraged me to pay additional money for a RUSH RUSH that I did not have to pay!

Our customer rep learnt you were not satisfied with your order she tried to compensate in her reply.
She followed company policy since we do not allow return request on customized orders as any other online merchants.

This would be fine if the customized dress looked anything like the dress I received. I did NOT get the dress I ordered. I received something completely different and something cheaply and poorly made!

Our tailoring team spent dozens and dozens of hours on the dress. We use DHL air Express to ship the dress as soon as the dress was completed. We tried to resolve the issue once you wrote to us.

First, if your team spent dozens and dozens of hours on this sack you sent me then they are even worse seamstresses then I believe them to be – which is utterly impossible! You NEVER tried to resolve the issue! NEVER once did you address the fact that the dress you sent me is not the dress I ordered off your website. FRAUD!!!!!!!!

If you start a charge-back with your bank then we are unable to help any more. But again we apologize for all the troubles brought your way.

HELP??? What have you done to HELP??? You entered into a business contract with me when I placed my ordered and submitted payment! I did not receive the goods nor did I receive any acceptable services from you in honor of that contract! I ordered and paid for an explicit dress that is depicted on junebridals.com as: A-Line High Neck Long Sleeve Lace Chiffon Illusion Dress with Appliques MK-333455. I took the time to have a professional measure me and sent in that info along with my payment. What I received is unrecognizable to what I ordered. Bottom line – this is FRAUD!

Alex, do you have anything to say about that???? Let’s just pretend for a moment that the dress you sent me was well made with quality materials and workmanship. What is the excuse for sending me a dress that is completely different from the dress I ordered???? This is not an acceptable business practice! I WANT THE DRESS I ORDERED NOT SOME HORRIBLE KNOCKOFF!

I am so dissapointed that Trustpilot does not allow photos to be posted because no one would have to write a single thing! Pictures speak a thousand words. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

The worst! First, the company is in China, so returns are impossible. I initialed a return, did everything as instructed and four months later, my package has not arrived and the company refuses to give me my money back. What a waste of time and energy. Plus their stuff is not nearly as nice as the pictures.

I was very nervous about buying my wedding dress online, but they were there for me any time I had a concern. I ordered a custom dress. I asked them if they could change out the fabric and they said no problem. I asked about the lace and they sent me a picture of the lace they planned to use and asked for my approval. Their customer service was nothing but exemplary. I received the dress today. I didn't know what to think at first. It will need some adjustments for sure, but nothing a final fitting with a tailor won't fix. They made it to the specifications I sent and it is well made.

The wedding dress that I bought looked nothing like the photo that June Bridals published. The photo was photoshopped to deceive the consumer into believing that there was no sheer fabric on the back of the dress or on the chest of the dress. In reality, there is sheer fabric up and down the backside of the dress and the entire chest of the dress. The return policy is horrible. I had the dress custom-fit, and because of that, June Bridals refused to refund me. Even though they misrepresented what the dress would look like. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that it was my fault for not seeing the photoshopped faint lines that existed to represent that sheer fabric existed. Be wary of buying from this seller. If they were proud of their dresses, they would not photoshop them to such an extent that it no longer represents the finished product. To illustrate the deceptiveness, I've attached a photo of June Bridals' published dress and the dress that I actually received.

So I recently purchased my wedding dress from this horrible site. I was happy when I got it and tried it on. The back piece was not symmetrical and the dress was bigger than the measurements I asked for. In other words, the dress was not tailored properly. I emailed them telling them my situation and I got a very passive aggressive email how my dress was made by professionals. WRONG. Professionals wouldn't have made a dress where one side is longer than the other or a few inches bigger than asked for! She legit also told me to hire someone to fix it because they do not make alterations. Also, they were supposed to send me extra fabric and there was NONE. I rate my experience -5/20. LADIES, it's your big day! Do not let horrible tailors and a bad website affect it!

I ordered a customized dress for my wedding which arrived today. Immediately when I opened it, I could see it was significantly the wrong sizes. The dress is easily 3X too big and would need to be completely altered to my original sizes I had sent in. I contacted them about this, which I will admit they were very polite, but the only advise they could give me was to "sell it locally or on Craigslist". I hope that's possible because now I have to unfortunately order another dress which I'll be sure to order in person to avoid this issue again.

My daughter ordered a dress and was given a delivery date of May 2. On May 11 when the dress had not arrived she attempted to contact the company. She had a tracking number for FedEx but it would not work. She finally received an email from the company and was told that the dress was with a courier service they used to get items from the warehouse to FedEx, so they basically could not give her any shipping info.

The only offer they made as far as taking care of anything if the dress did not arrive was for a $30 online credit. She is now scrambling to get a dress for her wedding.

According to the website there were no delays due to Covid-19, so that is why she ordered from them. It seems they do not stand behind the information they publicize and we are highly disappointed.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. They sent me the wrong color and their response was: Since the dress is a standard size, you can return it and get a refund of 80% of the product purchase price, shipping cost not included, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 20% of the product purchase price is for the handling fee. Please note: If your order was shipped free, we'll need to deduct the shipping cost from the total price, and refund you the rest. If the shipping costs too much, most of our customers will try to sell the dress locally, on Craiglist or eBay. They think it's sufficient for me to put in on a site that they know I won't get what I paid for it. Or expect me to pay to return the dress. Worst customer service EVER.

This dress is perfection! If I only could convince my husband that I needed a second one! I would kill for a little bit shorter one in black too! I exchanged multiple messages with the shop owner to ensure I got the right size puffiness and length I desired and she nailed it! Couldn't be happier and definitely money well spent! No wonder this shop has great reviews and no one should be worried about it not being in the USA. It shipped so fast! Thank you so much!
