Tall sweatpants with extra long inseam shorts and womens sweatpants

I placed a custom order for tall sweatpants for my son in June and received them in June. They arrived in a timely fashion and look great. I appreciate the extra length they offer (42" inseam). I will order from them again.

My Credit Card was charged on 12-15-2008 for $24.85.
I e-mailed JustGear.com on Thursday, December 18, 2008 9:11 AM about the merchandise I ordered & I have not rec'd a reply or the goods I ordered. Their confirmation e-mail states "Your order is being processed and will leave our warehouse shortly. You will receive an automatically generated tracking number as soon as the order is
shipped." I e-mailed them again on Friday, December 26, 2008. I'll let everyone know what happens. I personally will NEVER order from this company, again.

I ordered insulated ski pants, and after hearing nothing for a couple weeks, I checked the status online. The order was listed as "Awaiting payment." I used their online form to ask what I should do to complete the payment, as I'd given my credit card information when I purchased the item. I heard nothing back. I tried calling their number today and got a normal voicemail box with no company or personal name. Very suspicious. Do not order from this company.

Made an order but still has not shipped over 2 weeks later. They will not answer messages. I wish I had never ordered from this company.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. I sent an email requesting the status a couple of weeks ago and never received a response. I called numerous times and no one ever answered. The only time I received a response was when I threatened to call the better business bureau. They told me my order would be shipped on Monday. I keep checking my order # tracking information and nothing has been shipped. I emailed and called again yesterday and still have not received any response. This place is a joke - do not believe the one good review they have. Stay far away from this place – I’m pretty sure I was just scammed out of my money. You would have better luck making your own extra-long sweatpants.

I purchased two ski pants for my son to go on a ski trip. We were not sure which one he wanted. Upon arrival we found that one fit and the other was too small. I requested a RMA several times via e-mail and never recieved one. I finally made a copy of the invoice and wrote on it to explain that I was returning the product without an RMA because they did not respond to my requests. To date I have yet to recieve my refund, my e-mails to their [email protected] address are returned stating there is an error and the address is no longer available. Currently stuck trying to get my refund, but I will continue to look for a way to get it. Suggest others read up on a company before the purchase a product. Important lesson learned.

I was told my order never hit the system so now i see they lost a customer who purchased items from there company did they become desperate for lost revenue i guess that why i was robbed because they are not making money

I purchased 2 ski pants back in December 2005, one of them did not fit. I requested the RMA number and received it only 6 weeks later. I shipped the pants back to the company on Feb 21 and never received my money back. All attempts to contact the company by e-mail were unsuccessful, I never received any response and there is no phone number listed anywhere on the website. It's not a whole lot of money, by their attitude pisses me off. It's a fraudulent company, never use it!
By the way, the contact person's name is Terry Olsen, if it may help (not sure that the name is real).

I purchased my first pair - they fit perfectly and I wasn’t disappointed with ship time since I knew they were custom ordered. Well maid - and the length is great as I cannot find sweat pants long enough anywhere. I will be buying a couple more and hoping for same results! Thank you!!!

I purchased sweatpants from them in October 2017 and received them with no problems. I went to check on the status of a recent order, however, and the status was "not paid." I paid at the time of the order as confirmed by an email they sent to me on February 19, 2018. I dialed the phone number listed on the website during normail business hours and I got a voicemail that did not even identify who they were. I left a message. About 2 minutes later I got a recorded call offering me a discount vacation, maybe a coincidence but I don't think so. No one from justgear has called me back and they have not replied to emails. Stay away from these crooks.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
