Ordered on the 7th April delivered on the 22nd April, excellent product, excellent service, would recommend this company.

Good headboard, not much info re delivery, took a few weeks, then informed on the day when it would be arriving,

Ordered a headboard on 6th October. Two and a half months on, I'm still waiting for it. Whenever I contact Just Headboards I'm told a delivery is expected next week and they'll be in touch. They don't get back in touch. Will look around for alternatives in sales, but such a frustrating experience shopping with this company. Also, the company claim to offer free UK delivery, with a footnote to say this does not apply to the major cities in Scotland and Wales.

Ordered headboard around 9th May was expecting some sort of delay, no communication from company even though I emailed asking for update,
today I have requested a refund through PayPal as impossible to contact anyone

Ordered it said that it could be 4-6 weeks but came in 4 days.Head board looks good.

On 23rd March we ordered a headboard to complete the refurbishment of our guest bedroom which we had undertaken for incredibly sad personal reasons. We went to great pains to ensure a guaranteed delivery date before placing our business with this company having tried several others and were told on the phone - and had it repeated several times - that delivery was guaranteed for the first week in April. This was even written very clearly on the confirmation of order email we received. On calling at the end of the first week in April to check why delivery had not been made we were told that they had 'forgotten' it was Easter but the headboard would be delivered 'early next week'. Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. The second week of April came and on yet a further call we were told that the item had 'reached the warehouse' and would be delivered soon. Eventually at 21:00 on Monday 16th April the item was delivered. I will admit that the actual headboard is excellent quality but this company will never really fully understand the ramifications that their lies and empty promises have caused us for reasons again far too personal and distressing to go into. They made a promise and we trusted them but they let us down very very badly. (Update following the response from Just Headboards) I realised that I had ordered the wrong size of headboard 24 hours after placing the order and called them immediately. My first question to them at that time was to ask if this would delay the order and once again I was given an absolute assurance that this was not the case and the item would be delivered in the first week of April. Their response has unashamedly latched onto this as an escape clause to justify their poor service and, as such, rather than support their position, it shows once again that they are willing to lie and cheat customers. Shame on you!

Very pleased with my purchase I ordered 2 ft 6in as 3 ft as too big and it fits a treat and would buy from this company again.

Delivery was promised in 4-5 weeks but actually came in 1week. Quality exceeded expectations. Easily fitted and looks good.

I thought it might take up to 2 weeks, but I had no communication from from at all. In the end I phoned them. They said the headboard was due in and they would phone. But they didn’t. I after phoning them again. Was told a date but by this time I was going to be on my hols. It finally arrived by this time it was about 8 weeks late.

Order placed 13/7. After numerous emails chasing, headboard arrived 2/8. No tracking information provided or delivery slot confirmation. Was going to order a 2nd but won’t be from this supplier. Two stars is because headboard is good quality, when it eventually arrived.

I have had three dealings with Just Headboards and have had no problems. The delivery company that they employ is very communicative right up to one hour of the physical delivery. Recommended

Great choice of 2'6" boards. They even checked, did I really want 2'6" board. Delivered when told. Good experience.
