Signed up as an ambassador, everything was fine until the shirt came in a size way too small for me. Tried to return it but the company does not have a phone number which is required in my country to ship things internationally. JustStrong doesn't offer free return shipping labels either. Overall not that great of an inclusive company for international customers. Very disappointed in the customer service.

My daughter signed up to be an ambassador as she believed this was a great brand for woman. She placed her order over a week ago, and has heard nothing from Just Strong regarding her delivery date. I have emailed Just Strong and got no response. I have told my daughter, that if this is how they treat ambassadors of the brand, who are literally the companies freelance sales people, then just imagine how they must treat normal customers. I think the service is shocking.

I bought the black kids hoodie for my daughter because she started doing workouts with me occasionally, and she absolutely loves it. It fits her perfectly and she thinks it's so "cool" that she can be part of my Just Strong journey. What she doesn't know, is that she has really just began her own Just Strong Journey!

I applied to be an ambassador and placed my order 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive and order confirmation but the produ t has been paid for. I have now emailed 3 times and am yet to get any sort of response

Tomorrow will be week since I placed my Just Strong order. I applied to be an ambassador and my application was accepted so I was very excited to place my order. However the only email I have received from them was my order confirmation. On their site they say products will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. I have emailed twice and I still have had no response from them even though they say they will reply with 24hrs. I am very disappointed on their lack of communication and it makes me wonder if I will ever receive my order. As an ambassador for this company how am I supposed to promote them if so far my experience has been bad. They were very responsive when I applied to be an ambassador and now its all gone quite, makes me wonder if this is a scam. I have also noticed that I am not the first person to complain about the lack of communication, maybe that's saying something.

Ordered 13 May 2020. Not heard a anything since. Nothing on my shipment. Quick to take my money though. Very disappointed, and you want me to be an ambassador for your products. I can assure you this will not be happening. I just want what I paid for now

I have ordered £70 worth of products which have not been delivered, I signed up to be a product ambassador but I cannot recommend products with poor delivery times. I am yet to receive a shipping email and I have emailed an enquiry to which I have had no response on over 72hours.

I placed my order on May 24, 2020 and still have not gotten any further update aside from my order is confirmed. I understand with the pandemic delivery may be slow but its going on 3 weeks with no status update of my items being shipped.

I placed my order on 2nd May. To date I have still not received it. This company uses the pandemic as an excuse for poor service delivery but they were slow before the pandemic and if other companies are managing to get orders to people in one week, why can't you? I got a shipping confirmation 10 days after placing my order. With other companies I got the shipping confirmation in 24 hours. Do better!

I love the jumper I ordered, it fits well and isn’t too thick so is perfect for summer evenings :) love love love!!

I would recommend to anyone, not only do they have amazing activewear they also promote a really positive message :)

I purchased three of the same hoodie - one for me and the others for my two daughters. We LOVE them! They’re super soft and cozy, pair well with jeans, leggings or shorts. My girls love the message on the front and are proud to show off that they’re strong too. I like the positive message being relayed to them every time they (and I) wear it.

I have been a brand ambassador Since Mid May and ordered around may 24th, i have yet to receive email regarding when its going to be shipped. I am concern whether I will receive my purchase or not. I would appreciate it if you guys were to respond to customers email, for I have sent you guys an email regarding this. I can't promote your product if I don't receive what I pay for.
