I bought wine on Jwines. The company did not have what I wanted in stock but charged me anyway. They substituted a less expensive wine for what I ordered , which I agreed to, but refused to give me the refund for the difference!

I signed up for one of the wine clubs. The wines I received were certainly a good value, but did not come with any accompanying literature beyond what I could learn from reading the back of the bottle. If I am joining a wine club I'd like a bit more guidance as to what I'm drinking and what I should be gaining from the experience.

I have a problem with Federal Express delivering your wine, I may never receive it as they tell me that after 10 days they will send it back to you. I even called them to tell them that deliveries have to come through the front door. The driver has tried 3 times now and he still goes to a back door which is unmanned and locked 24/7. UPS figured this out with their first delivery so this seems unique to Federal Express. I am elderly and disabled and have no way to get to them. They seem to not care a bit. They are making the mistake, not me.

Very good selection, and EXCELLENT prices on some of the premium Israeli wines (Yatir, Castel, etc.) It is my "go to" place for Israeli wine. My only quibble (and it is a quibble, arising out of my predilection for wines from the Judean Hills or Shomron - the mountains, not the wine appellation of Shomron) is that we can't click on the labels to get a closer view. For my perspective, that restricts my purchases somewhat, as if I'm not sure a particular wine is from Yehuda, I won't buy it. Apart from that - this is THE place.

I recently order wine as a wedding gift for a close friend. The ordering process had some glitches due to fact that I was sending the order as a gift. Their computer technology is not seamless but with a few calls I was comfortable with my order I have received excellent reviews of the wine from my friends and the delivery has been prompt.

I placed an order Saturday night 12/3 and called when I hadn't received any tracking by Tuesday 12/6. The person who answered the phone told me that shipments are taking longer to get out because you were changing your warehouse but that I had to speak to someone else to find out about my order. I was transfered to a voice that I recognized (I have no name) who told me that orders were taking longer because of regulatory requirements of various states including mine (CT). Obvious BS. There are no new CT regulatory requirements and I see that you are now shipping from NYS. In any case I asked that if my wine could not go out that day that the shipment be held until Monday because I was going to be out of town from Thursday through Sunday. The man on the phone assured me that would be done. Imagine my surprise when I got to my destination Thursday evening to find an email with a tracking number saying that it had been shipped that day. Very disappointed!

I bought the King David wine as a gift and couldn't believe the super fast delivery. I saw a big selection of wine on this site. I have a liquor store near me and couldn't find what I wanted. I went on line, found this site and am very satisfied.

I like your wines and your prices total 18 bottles of Boujulet are gone and enjoyed by me and friends. Cisco sells a Margery's ready made including tequila and contains triples every for sweetness. I believed eve triplsec is merely a fermented orange peel with sugar and should allow the Margarita to be called Kosher. Do you have such a mixed drink ready to use??? Do you have a sangria and what brand of Italian Prosecco do you carry. If one orctoo Proseccosc I need to sample them. Also we drug no. Pinogrigio and like one by Gabrielle. What is your price. Every case, 12 bottles or increments of 12 regular sized bottles, gets free shipping. Outside of that, there are separate shipping fees tht tag since it falls outside of a case. First, it took way too long for the two bottles to ship. After a week of silence, I complained online asking where is my wine? I got a response the next day and noticed that the wine did not ship until after I left the complaint. Second, two bottles of the same wine were sent as requested. The first was quite good, but the second bottle was absolutely not drinkable. The cork seemed faulty and we just couldn't drink it - it was bitter and something really wrong with it.

I placed an order of 1 case with a NOTE: Do NOT SHIP TILL OCT 6. Next day i received a confirmation case was sent. That was one week sooner then I requested which caused difficulties as needed to have someone there to sign and receive it.
