First, the response time was amazing, I sent an email through the system and received a confirmation immediately, Second, within 24 hours I was on the phone having a conversation with my event planner confirming our event location, date and time.

I worked with Laura Burningham. She was a great person to partner with for my company event. I gave her what I needed, my budget and she was able to fit everything within it. I will definitely be in contact with her and Kapow for any future events my company may have. I highly recommend Laura to anyone who is looking for event planning services. Outstanding Job!!

Jaclyn helped me put together an event with ~ 5 days notice, which was AMAZING. You have no idea the pressure/stress it relieved from my own work plan - I couldn't have been happier. Jaclyn was prompt and just all around a total rockstar. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Not only was Kapow able to come through clutch at the last minute with a Nike pop up shop. The Nike Atlanta staff were above and beyond exceptional. They came in with a strong team, professional and truly made the experience for my clients. We couldn't be happier.

I worked with Jenna & Sheila on a multi-city Roadshow in North America and they were so great to work with. Patient, creative, on the ball are a few quick traits that come to mind when working with these two. KAPOW really treats their clients world class.

What a great experience I had working with Liz to plan my event next month. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to answer my questions about each of the venues we were looking at so we could make the right choice for our networking event.

I noticed I accidentally booked the wrong date for my event after putting 2k down. I used the chat function and they were able to assist me within moments and make the change to the right date. Great customer service!

Once I got an idea what the group wanted to do for our Xmas party, the folks at Kapow were very responsive answering questions regarding the events we were interested in. They are going to make me look like a hero as we have done lame things in the past for our department Xmas party.

I have used kapow many times over the last 5 years. It's the easy of use that makes them so great to work with. I also work with a great team at kapow, on the few times an issues has come up they have always taken care of it in a fast professional manner.

I love you guys and especially Courtnie. She is now an integral partner of mine nad my efforts. What I don't like is the ease of the invite process. It's a little confusing. I have the hang of it now, but it can use some work. Overall, we love you.

I researched Kapow back in April for a May event that eventually fell through. We spun the event back up for September and reconnecting and booking was as easy as could be.

Please don't send my anymore of these request for feedback unless you reference the activity or come up with a better technology system to manage multiple events in one day. This will cause me to look elsewhere for a supplier who can provide a consolidated invoice and survey link for my experience. Its unfair to agree to provide multiple event service but still manage it like a single event service.
