Unsure on what star rating to put as I ordered a top on Tuesday asked for next day delivery and it hasn’t come???

Ordered a jacket on the 23rd of December, it said it was a pre order item on the site so ordered it expecting it after Christmas. Express delivery was free at the time I purchased it so was chuffed. Next day, I get a text saying it’s been delivered... what? It was a pre order item so how on earth could it have been delivered??? Sure enough when I got home there it was!!

Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was because there was no indication that it was even in stock and coming the next day

Ordered it and it took 3 days to come. No point paying next day delivery. You had to sign for the item which is good as it can be tracked for when you will recieve it. I also got an extra 10% off sale items. First time using and would use again as items fit and good quality. Only issue is that it isnt free returns which I guess is understandable for a smaller company but it did nearly put me off in case my order didnt fit but I took a gamble

I have bought from here before and the clothes were fine but I have just purchased items from the 99p rage to see what they were like and I got an email said the payment couldn’t be processed but I looked in my online banking and it’s taken the 15 pound out ????

I ordered to Ireland and received my order within 3 days. Item came exactly as pictured on the website and really good quality too.

Absolutely amazing team at Katch me I had a faulty item and they were on the Job instantly to help correct the issue, the other items I ordered are great and I'm really happy with the service DEFINITELY will be Shopping Again 10/10

I recently ordered a leather skirt, shirt dress and two tops. These are amazing quality considering the price! I couldn’t believe it! They also came within a week which was ideal. Would recommend!!

absolute joke of a company - they are already taking 3 weeks to refund me for my return - will NEVER use again

Regarding your response - after my review all of a sudden the refund was processed in a minute - that's how long it takes and there is no explanation for withholding the refund when you've had my return for weeks - also you don't seem to take weeks to respond to negative reviews so refunds shouldn't be a problem either
