I ordered a Makro Multi Kruzer and it arrived in 3 days. As anyone else would do I started putting it together right away. When it came to adding the coil (on a fiberglass pole) to the aluminum center piece it would not move more than about half an inch. I used a flashlight and found the tension piece was not fully screwed in or it was skewed. By the end of the day my salesman had a replacement piece in the shipping process for me. Great shop and wonderful people who want your metal detector to work!

Overall the shopping experience was great. The products were easy to find on the pages and there were good descriptions. Checkout provided several options with most credit cards. The site did not require me to become a member. After payment, there were several communications to me providing the status of my order. It arrived 3 days following the ordering. Both products showed great quality and they both worked upon arrival. Overall a super experience.

I ordered a new Garrett detector for my wifes birthday on Friday around lunch and FedEx delivered it the next day. I live in a small town and order practically everything online, but I cant remember anybody shipping faster than Kellyco. Im a repeat customer and for good reasons. Quality products, nobody beats the price, and fast shipping are just a few of the reasons.

My Wife Had A Bad Day Yesterday. Much better today As Her New Garett's Waterproof Hand held Detector Showed up It was worth paying for the USPS Express Delivery 8.75 Didn't have to Wait 1.5 or more weeks for Delivery ups I didn't even tell Her that I Bought one for Her!!! she thought I bought repair parts for My Detector LOL Happy Hunting All Chug

yes i received my order!..i was very disappointed.its like a little toy not very useful at all maybe for a night light.no wonder it was marked way down..if i had known beforehand it was so very small i would NOT have ordered it...also i assumed it was made in japan,but no,its made in china! a cheap little toy! john taylor

As a first time online purchaser with Kelllycodetectors getting the software to accept my order was a bit bumpy. Having said this , after I receive it , unpack it and try it out, I hope I can add another star or two.

I could not send to my PO Box so I directed the order to a relative's street address since I can not be sure where I would be on the shipping day and my relative will be home to receive; I am teleworking and may be back in the office then or not

Everything was good except the delivery time. My son had to go the FedEx center and pick my order up. FedEx couldn't find my home for some reason. Very late in getting my order. Other than that,everything else was good. It took three extra days to get my order.

Great website, easy to navigate, great variety of products. The box was damaged when the package arrived which may be due to the weight of the shovel. The driver asked me to check the contents before he left. The shovel was fine. You may want to reinforce the ends of these types of packages.

Fast and easy . I only gave 3 stars on product because there isn't anything to explain what the different buttons on head phones are for so now it will be trial and error . Or will look on you tube. A little booklet would have been nice.

I wish I had seen this earlier because I put in an order yesterday too and hate that I'm having to pay 2 shipping charges. I found this panning equipment on Amazon > Kelly Co. as the Kelly website says they are out of stock and didn't offer a package deal with several items. Maybe you could help concerning that second shipping charge.

Things were easy and quick to navigate. I went with the standard ground shipping because the other ways were way to expensive. Just a heads up for international orders. There will be duty charged on your orders. In my case it was almost the same price as the detecting pouch I paid for. But Kellyco did address my concerns and I am a happy camper again. :) Quality product for sure.

I ordered a set of waterproof headphones for Equinox 800, they shipped the same day and arrived in 3 days :) They seem to be top notch quality and sound great. The cord is extra long and is the most heavy duty cord I've ever seen on a pair of headphone!! I bought these after reading about them from a fellow hunter, 2 thumbs up from me as well.

What else can I say! It was easy to order two new battery packs for my' White's 6000 Di Series 2 Metal Detector. Also, I ordered them on Thursday the 6th of September and they arrived the next day on the 7th. I will recommend Kellyco to others that need metal detectors and/or accessories. Thanks! Frank E. I ordered a metal detector from Kellyco on a Friday, and had it at my door by Tuesday. They also include a bunch of free items that will be very useful to me. I'd definitely order from them again.

The small order recently placed was delivered on time and I was happy with the quality of the products received. The people at Kellyco are very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions as a first time metal detecting customer. I have also had a detector and pin-pointer on back order now for many months. Not Kellco's fault because they are dependent on the manufacturer getting them the products but I wish we were hearing more regarding the status of these back orders. Thus, the reason for a four star rating and not five star.

Product is fantastic! Delivered by USPS to the wrong street address and I had to track it down and pick it up myself. The product arrived in a timely manner but to the wrong house a half mile away. Not the fault of Kellyco but of our good old postal system and substitute drivers who don't care about being accurate or doing a good job for their pay.

I am a new user to metal detecting and this Kellyco detector already beats my original one. I received it super fast, came with a bunch of goodies. Very easy to use! I can't wait till warm weather hits so I can go out all day.
