It was hard to reach assistance to program the system. I'm in Central Time Zone and work until 5 our time. Only gives me 30 min to get home & place a call. Longer service hours would be great.

Website is a bit confusing. You have to know what you're wanting before you go on the website. Delivery times are good, but compared to Amazon Prime slow. Probably why you pay a little less if you order from Kerr Medical's website.

Shopping experience fine. However, the motion detector bed alarm quality has deteriorated over the years. This is the third one purchased. First one worked great, second one had to be returned as it was faulty, third one works but alarm sound is weak. We are hoping this one works as well as the first one purchased about 2 1/2 years ago, as it is essential in caring for our 92yr old mother. If this one doesn't work well we will have to return and search for another product. I think that the manufacturer used about three years ago made a quality product. Hope the company has returned to that manufacturer!

The first product received had to be returned because the transmitter wasn't working but customer service was excellent when trying to to determine and resolve the problem. It had been ordered and through Amazon. We ordered the replacement directly through Kerr Medical.

I love these products. The floor mat gives us much security in knowing when dad wakes us we are notified so we can place a limit on unescorted walks and safety makes me feel so much better! The pager is the awesome part as well. I can travel throughout my house and be notified when he steps on that mat! Thank you. Your delivery is excellent!

Bed and chair alarm with wireless remote for sister in long term care. Nurses asked why it didn't come with plug in adapter but it was an expensive extra cost so will provide batteries for now. Just gave her the product so seems to work.
