Received a product that didn't work for me and was forced to pay return postage so cost me nearly £15 and my time and effort to return a product which wouldn't work... I`d say that equates to a bad online retailer that doesn't care about customers just money!

I ordered 11 packs of Canon 7x5 photo paper from Kikatek.com via Amazon marketplace and was charged £4.50 post and package for each seperate pack of photo paper, total shipping cost £49.50, yet they arrived in one small package. To "rub salt into the wounds" they were sent by 2nd class post arriving 7 days after the order date, even though I requested Express delivery as I needed these items in a hurry. My advice to anybody would be to steer well clear of this company as the service is abysmal and the delivery costs are a total "Rip off". I also think Amazon should look into this company as it is through their website that I arrived at Kikatek.com. This company is not doing the Amazon marketplace any favours and will only give them a bad name also, which is a shame because I've always had brilliant service and excellent prices and shipping costs from all the companies I've dealt with on the Amazon website prior to this transaction.

I ordered a Seagate hard drive with standard delivery, 2-5 days, which arrived on the 5th day via 2nd class post.
I think £5+ is a bit steep given that the packaging was minimal and far too flimsy to offer adequate protection against crushing and/or dropping from height,(the postman lobbed it through my eye-level letterbox, which didn't say much for careful handling!)
That said, Kikatek are fiercely competitive on price and the drive seems to have survived it's ordeal at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
Of course I'll order from Kikatek again, their keen pricing, product range and the fact that they refund for damages etc. is all good, but their packing and shipping could use an upgrade.

I have used Kikatek on a number of occasions now, and every time the items have been the cheapest available on the internet. They always arrive well packed and in good time (within a couple of days of ordering) and the service is excellent. I will continue to use this company for my DVD requirements.

I have ordered the second time from Kikatek. Both times the delivery was very vast (1-2 days) and the kit arrived exactly es expected.

The order process was simple and the price very competetive. I did not use the Kikatek service so far (because there was no need) and can therefore not comment on this. I recommend the shop - fast, reliable and good price.

so I was a bit sceptical about ordering with Kikatek after reading all the bad reviews but I was paying with Paypal so decided to take the plung, I ordered a P961 Samsung M.2 SSD as it was a fair bit cheaper than anywhere else that had any stock, I also decided to pay a bit extra for 2-3 day delivery.
I placed my order at 2:15, annoying it didn't get dispatched that day even though (depending on where you look) their cut off time is 4pm, I sent a email at 2pm the following day to ask if there was an issue and got a reply within 30 minutes (suprisingly!) saying it would get dispatched that day.
Next day it arrived via Interlink Expresss, besides the crappy packaging (just bubble wrap, not even anti static packaging for what is essentially an bare PCB!) I'm satisfied with the service but definitely a few areas they need to improve on.

Ordered an expensive and delicate Wacom Cintiq, asking for next day delivery.
The process was as easy as any other online seller, although the automatic communication keeping me up to date was very good. The parcel arrived early the following day, well packaged and well treated.
Given that the price they charged was also the best available on the internet, by some margin (even from those without stock!), this was a particularly satisfying purchase. I would have no hesitation in using Kikatek again. or recommending them to others.

I had one query on the order that I submitted online, a response was received within a matter of hours. I would happily deal with this company again.
This is not necessarily a criticism because the final price of the goods was competitive. But the price on Google shopping did not include VAT or delivery... which was a little bit misleading.

Delivery was late because of the snow, but was one of the first after it cleared. Website is good but need more detail info. For example I needed Windows 2000 to work on the motherboard, the details do NOT say would driver are available. Also some of your price are more than say Ebuyer.

On a previous computer I had successfully run Diskeeper software, so I wanted the latest edition on CD-ROM for my present one. My computer refers to me as the 'computer administrator', so when I discovered Kikatek was offering the Administrator Edition of Diskeeper 9 at a reasonable price I thought that would be suitable. When it arrived there was nothing on the outside of the box to suggest it would not be compatible with my Windows XP Home SP2 operating system, so I opened it. On page 9 of the User Guide, however, there is a list showing which Diskeeper Editions are compatible with which Windows operating systems. That information should be on the back of the box! From that list it is clear that the Administrator Edition is not compatible with what I am running.
I contacted Executive Software Europe - the maker's European division - and was told to return it to my reseller for a refund. Kikatek's sales department, however, has refused to take it back because I had undone the wrapping - apparently being unable to understand simple English that it was not possible to see from the outside of the box that it would not work on my PC.
I shall never deal with the company again. The reviews I have read elsewhere have been pretty awful. I advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Kikatek to look elsewhere.
