Experience was fine. I appreciate the technical support I received trying to program temperature. Wish this unit would hold the temperature that specified. Tends to run a little warmer, around 41 degrees which is cutting it close.

Great Website, Best Pricing Called and received great information over phone ordered online and was very happy to save 5% 350 dollars by doing a bank transfer instead of giving the banks my money for a couple of clicks . Great idea offering the wire transfer option.

You charge me for shipping but it said free delivery on the website I talked to the gentleman and you said once I place the order to email you guys back to let you know that you charge me shipping and on your website it says free shipping for that specific thing that I ordered thank you have a good day

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH DELIVERY TIME AS I WORK.CUSTOMER SERVICE AT KITCHENALL HELPED ME WITH THAT AND WE ARRANGED A DELIVERTY DATE AND THEY DELIVERED THE ITEM AT THE AGREED DAY AND TIME.TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.TGHEY ARE THOROUGH AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Bought 2 restaurant ranges here at a cost of over $8000. Was a little nervous spending that kind of money online but these guys are legit. Steve was quick to respond to all of my questions. The delivery company screwed up and didnt deliver on the date they were supposed to but Kitchenall was helpful in contacting them and getting the issues fixed so all is well that ends we..

I was opening my first restaurant and was really skeptical about ordering such a large piece of equipment from online. I called and talked to a guy named victor who seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment and walked me through the ordering process and even gave me a good discount for paying with a check. I sent them a check by mail which i thought was odd, but apparently electric checks have a service fee that the bank charges. Who Knew!! So i sent them a check and and then they shipped me my frig once the check cleared. I got my frig in and it works great. Really happy with with the over look and price of this refrigerator.
