I am sure the washer/dryer I ordered is great and Knees Home and Electrical website was easy to use, however I can't comment in more detail as I am yet to receive my order . The delivery company has not been great and I still have no idea when I will be in receipt of my washer/dryer.

Knees Home and Electrical’s Service
After our initial online order of a Rangemaster cooker we were promptly contacted by Ian at Knees who then began the process of ordering and arranging delivery of our specific 900 Elise style slate colour cooker (which we had been unsuccessfully trying to order from other more local and national outlets for a couple of months). As Knees had the exact model and colour available on their website and although they were quite a distance from where we lived Ian contacted us regularly via email to update us on our order and delivery from Rangemaster direct (which was speedily arranged). Knees also arranged, for a small fee, to have our old cooker taken away on delivery of the Rangemaster. As mentioned Ian contacted us regularly throughout the process and again after delivery to check that everything was ok. We have no hesitation in recommending Knees electrical they were helpful, efficient and reliable.

After placing order true to their word arrived within 3 days, my only criticism was the packaging, I paid £9.99 to have a cushion delivered and it arrived in a huge box full of an enormous amount of bubble wrap which I thought was over the top, so maybe there should be a different way of delivery instead of one box fits all regardless of its content

Their web support staff kept me fully informed about a delivery date, provided free delivery on top of a price that beat two major nationwide electrical retailers and they arranged a great value installer too. Will definitely be using them again.

I ordered the product at 2:00 am and it arrived at about 11:00 the same morning. 'Nuff said.

My wife has not yet allowed me to use the V8, she, however is delighted with the V8.She tells me It is efficient, very light beats all other vacuum cleaners she has used.
Hope I get to use it soon!

I placed the order on Christmas Eve afternoon, via the website, and received a call that same evening to arrange delivery and installation after immediately Christmas. Good to have clarity on the costs for delivery and installation and removal of the old machine. All very reasonable.

Immediate response to my order,rapid despatch and delivery as organized on line.Good price @ £369.00 Very courageous Knee Buyer which must have paid off for Knees and certainly for Knees customers !

Excellent service, I ordered online and was telephoned within quarter of an hour of placing it on a Saturday. A delivery date was arranged and the washing machine was delivered at the promised time. I would definitely use Knees Home and Electrical again, best service I've received in a long time.

I am delighted with both my new cooker and the service I received from Knees. They were cheaper than John Lewis and I have had a first class, personal customer service. They have been informative, helpful, friendly and made me feel important from start to finish. I will definitely use Knees for all my future appliances.

The service was on the spot we paid then they sent the Dyson hoover in three days thanks very good firm thanks even I am doing the hoovering that easy

Their sale price was so much cheaper than anyone else that we didn't mind the fact that delivery took the best part of two weeks. They informed us of when the delivery company would collect from them, and it then took a full week to get to us after collection. But, as I say, it was worth it for the price.

Having never purchased from this company, I rang first and the assistant was very helpful and the easily purchased on line. Delivery was fast and the whole experience was perfect. Well done.

Good service when ordering online but unfortunately the cooker fitter was sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address. Also I was never given a form for the 3 year warranty so I had to chase up myself

It’s not easy finding a small freezer at the moment but Knees has one and delivered it 3 days later and exactly where and how I asked them to. We received a call from the office the day after we placed the order and from the delivery driver 10mins before he arrived and a text to confirm he’s delivered it. I can’t fault them.

Very pleased with everything, the cooker was over £100 cheaper than anywhere else that stocked it. Delivery crew were very polite and helpful, they unpacked the appliance and took all the packaging away. Excellent service.

I purchased a kettle online on a Sunday after my kettle died. I bought it from Knees rather than the alternative big name electrical shop on the same retail park, as I would rather support the local business.
I ordered it for collection, so I could have my kettle on the same day.
When I went to pick it up I was told that it had not been authorised and I wouldnt be ble to get it til Monday.
Eventually I was allowed to take my kettle home, but nobody seemed to know what to do, and had to phone a manager at home.
The website needs to be clearer if immediate collection is not possible.
