I’ve realized that half the clothing posted on their site they don’t actually have. I’ve ordered stuff numerous times on there and never actually got the clothing. Every time, they would notify me the clothing was out of stock. I don’t get why they put photos of clothes on their site that they don’t have. They refunded the clothes but i have lost my trust in this site.

This place scammed me. I tried to buy a turtleneck shirt the next few days later. I get a call from the bank saying that someone tried to use my credit card and that someone from this site was attempting to use it

It's been over a month and the clothes I purchased are still in the "brand fulfillment" stage. I tried contacting customer service, but it's been a week and they haven't replied. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to a different third party retailer. It seems like most of the stuff Kooding advertises isn't ever actually available anyway.

It is the most frustrated and terrible experience I have ever had to shop at KOODING ! Took over a month from purchasing day, still not shipping out yet. Contacted to customer support, feedback was two items out of stock. Then cancel the order, another almost a month waiting for the refund !! It is not a joke!

They are selling masks claiming they protect the wearer from coronavirus when they don't allow the wearer to actually breathe through the mask. The air is pulled in from around the sides, leaving the wearer completely vulnerable to whatever is in the air. Kooding's response when asked about it was this, "We are sorry to hear that you did not like the products. However, breathing around the side is normal in cotton masks with minimum air flow through the front and it does in fact protect from the virus. If you are looking for high level of protection we are soon launching KN95 masks which will allow better protection." The mask they're selling doesn't work and when you complain, they won't let you return it and instead try to sell you something else. I regret not doing more research on this company before giving them my money.

Ordered a double coat in the “charcoal” color. There was also an option for “dark gray” which was advertised on the website to be the darker of the two, resembling actual charcoal. I desired the light gray looking product, therefore selected “charcoal” as advertised. I expected to receive the lighter gray product. However, when the product arrived, it was in the darker gray color that resembled charcoal. Very disappointed about the misleading information. See pictures attached. Other than that issue, coat arrived very quickly and fits well.

I ordered a number of items from this website, but the most expencive one (a jacket) was out of stock. I contacted them through email and got an answer saying I would get a refund for the jacket. I replied to the email several weeks later explaining that I had not got any money back from them, and have not heard from them since. Now I am really frustrated because it was a lot of money, and it is NOT okay to just ghost me like that. It has been MONTHS! Also, since I am a student I really need to get that refund as soon as possible...

I read the reviews before purchase from this website and was a bit cautious. But I had a very good experience with this company. Package was delivered 2 days earlier than expect. The customer service was very helpful, responded within 24 hours and I was very pleased with the clothes that I received

It took almost 3 months before I received 4 out of 5 shirts that I ordered. I ordered two sizes up on all shirts and they still didn't fit. I have never received my fifth shirt and don't ever expect it. What a sham of a company, do-not waste your money!

Alright. I'll be giving a deatiled review to all who may think about ordering and explain how the site works. Kooding, basically, features clothing from a large number of Korean brands. They, themselves, don't really make clothing. When you order through Kooding a shirt, they will contact brand X that created the shirt, it will be delivered to their warehouses, and shipped from there to your address. So, my experience. Total shipping time, from placing an order, to it being in my hands, was one month and one week. Kooding has 3 order stages, basically, 1. We got your order. 2.We contacted the brand you ordered from. 3. We shipped it out. Stage 1 was done in one day. Stage 2 had an estimated time of 3-6 days, with a supposed maximum of 15. It took 21 days, roughly. I attempted to contact them through mail on day 13, and on day 18-19 asked for a refund, and got no response. Someone said here they are only active on Instagram, though. No holidays occured from my time of order (December 5) to explain why it took more than 15 days. Shipping itself was just 2 days untill it arrived in my country, Korea to Middle East. Rest of the time was the country's mail, which is unrelated to Kooding. Items are great quality and size, exactly as ordered. The site isn't a scam by any means, fairly priced and actually delivering, only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because of the time it took to ship it. Generally, would 100% order again, but do know it'll take more time than they clIm, although 1 month from Asia to my home country is pretty standard.

AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! they take your money and GHOST you. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. Order items two months ago (I live in Japan so I was expecting fast delivery) but I did not receive any update. I even tried to cancel all my items but I got NO NEWS from them either. I've spend 200$ and i won't give up until I got my refund but do not make the same mistake as me. i will leave bad and honest review on every site and even on social media to warn everyone. Seems like this is the only way to get their attention and get your refund. I suggest everyone that has been scam to do the same thing and leave bad reviews as much as you can.

I ordered 2 items from there and paid $60 USD but the item never came at all!! they are really dishonest and cheated me of the US$60 basically.

Got strung along for a few months, first the items ordered were delayed, then they were out of stock, then it would take several weeks to refund my original payment method. Eventually I had to contact my Visa fraud department to get a refund.

I ordered my items before Thanksgiving. It's mid-December and I still haven't received a package from them. Don't even bother to work with the customer service - super slow and unhelpful.

I purchased 4 items and returned 2. For items eligible of return, there are two options: 1) Gift certificate with 8.99 deducted or 2) Refund to original method of payment with 14.99 deducted. I opted for the return credit on a gift certificate. The return was processed with a confirmation email, however, I did not receive the gift certificate. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have not received a response. This company is not doing honest business. The only way to contact them is through online communication. There is no customer service phone number. I will file an FTC complaint and encourage you to do the same if you experience unfair business practices as a Kooding customer.

First of all I payed about 67 euro for the items. After a week they Said 1 item was out of stock so u chose to refund my money cause they Said that if I wanted something else I needed to pay shipping Costs again cause my order was allready send. Then I live in the netherlands but what they say about delivery time is not True it took almost 7 weeks to arrive. Then today I got a card from The local post office that I could get my package but j need to pay an aditional 20 euros because of Customs. Kooding responded with that they never have issues with Customs but sometimes it can happen and that they cant do nothing for me as I agreed on there terms. I don't care how cute there products are I will never ever order again.

I ordered something 5 months ago and I still never got my products!!!! I have been asking for a reclamation all the time but the customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!

I wish I can give Kooding zero stars if that is even possible! They never shipped anything and its been about 3 weeks and the order is still in process. WTF? I requested to cancel my order and guess what? $14.99 will be deducted from each order I made. (I bought three items so about $45 will be deducted.) One of the item only costs $10 and they are deducting $14.99!? That's a phony. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KOODING! THEY ARE PHONY! THEY ARE SCAM!
