I ordered the Rode SC7 3.5mm TRS to TRRS Jack Patch Cable, 15 days ago from my LOCAL store in Perth as it was urgent, its been 15 days since I placed my order and still NOT arrived, I had to go out and buy another one from a local supplier, I have bought from Kosmic in the past and received very fast delivery as it came from my local store in Perth, I didn’t receive a notification to say it wasn’t coming locally, very disappointed.

Researched multiple, varying guitar pedals and always found myself on the Kosmic website. Clear information, very reasonable pricing, and accounts page very easy to navigate. Orders arrived in good time - very happy! Great job Kosmic.

Headlines "Kosmic Sound gets handed a lifeline" - you'd think they will up the ante in its customer service ... NOT !! Guess they can be arrogant because they they have the monoploy (yes even during these difficult times). The previous crew were much better although most of them are no longer there leaving the arrogant ones behind. Pity used to be my favourite store of my family.

Won't price match other suppliers if the item is on back order at the other supplier. Tried to buy a synth they had in stock, but they wouldn't budge on price. Approached StoreDJ and they were happy to price match the supplier that had the lower price even though that supplier had no stock.

Super happy with the Kosmic experience, the courier driver however, was rude, and told us we shouldn’t be buying products from over east, that we should be buying locally. Completely unnecessary of him to pass judgement, especially given he needs people to have things delivered to have a job as a courier.

Whilst the ordering process was efficient, I placed two orders to be delivered to my father for his birthday. I live in NSW and thought that buying local would be good to get it to my father in Perth. He is still yet to receive one of the orders as it's coming from VIC. It is disappointing in the length of time it has taken to get to him. Nice to hear and see Kosmic up and running, but don't advertise that you are based in Osborne Park of your product is coming from VIC.

Ordered with plenty of notice- two weeks later told the item I ordered was out of stock and yes it was replaced with a different guitar but not a ‘pack’ which is what I was after as it was a gift for a beginner. Not 100% happy, but it’s okay.

delivery date moved forward a week due to the Covid fun train we're all riding, and it hasn't arrived yet. today was the second potential delivery day. so unfortunately it's a case of being sent an email asking for feedback before the product arrives. I ask myself, is it going to arrive and when it does am I going to be reviewing kindly? might get to the point where I forget what I've ordered. this being said the price seemed fair, for whatever it was. might feel like a Criss Cringle when it turns up. Christmas in July perhaps.

Terrible shipping method still not here "after over 2 weeks" item #268806 is so small could have been sent AUs post easier. I will never use Kosmic sound online again! This delay cannot be blamed on Covid19 just very bad courier shipping, makes me wonder if its coming from oversees and not actually in stock as advertised.

I haven’t received my package and it’s been well over a week. In fact according to the tracking it hasn’t even left Melbourne. I understand there is delays but I have had 0 communication. Rather poor customer service has left me wishing I didn’t order it at all
