From the moment I met Steve, his professionalism and attention to detail was top notch.
The end result of the garden edging was testament to his integrity and good old customer focus.
I have no hesitation in recommending Steve for any of this type of work.

I have, on two occasions rung the 1800 number and requested Kwik Kerb in my area make contact with a view to quoting on garden edging. All I can say is, business must be booming - no contact whatsoever. If could've given a negative rating I would have.

I had [name removed] from Kwik kerb in Shepparton install around 60m of slate finish Kwik kerb. Professional, great job and excellent price. Would highly recomend

I am a landscape architect working in the commercial playground industry. I have worked with Chris Citroni from Smithfield NSW as our preferred kwik kerb installer for some years now. Chris has many years experience in the concrete industry and it shows in his work. Chris is punctual, reliable and a great communicator. We often discuss projects at the early concept stage and Chris is more than happy to provide professional advice and cost saving ideas. When it comes to implementing the projects, Chris has fantastic attention to detail and our clients (local councils/developers/schools) are always impressed by the end result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Kwik Kerb for any commercial or residential application.

I recently had Kwikkerb edging installed by Paul Morgan. He was both punctual and professional and the price was reasonable. I've had comments from the neighbours on how nice the edging looks . I'm very happy with the outcome.

Paul in Adelaide was fantastic, he came and quoted when he said he would, was on time to do the job and went way above and beyond to create the finish that I wanted for my garden edge. It looks great and Paul was in and out in the timeframe he gave me and cleaned up all the mess. I’m so excited by the garden that Paul created for me.

Just wanted to highly recommend Paul Morgan from the Doncaster area and his great work he does with Kwik kerb, (and also mention how he gave his advice on my gardening and plants). The Charcoal colour looks great and just really happy with how it has all turned out. Thanks again Paul.

Two years ago we spent $4000 to have Kwik Kerb concrete garden edging done around the garden beds on our half acre block. This looked lovely to begin with but in a couple of weeks a few cracks had appeared. I phoned the agent who came back and repaired them but more just kept appearing and within a year parts of the edging were crumbling. Also the lovely smooth shiny finish only looked good for a year or so and is now dull and pitted, looking old and unattractive. Apparently to keep it looking good it needs resealing every year which is quite an expensive and time consuming job. I was not told about this before the job was done.

The other problem is that it is just a flat strip of concrete on the ground surface and any running grass or weed such as couch, kikuyu or carpet grass just runs straight under it and into the garden beds. The whole reason we had it done was to stop this happening.
Looked great when first laid
Cracked, parts have crumbled, grass grows under it into the garden, dull & pitted

I am disappointed with our recently installed Kwik Kerb. The edging is uneven in places. But I was particularly unhappy with the mess left behind. There were piles of dirt and crumbling concrete all around the edging. My husband is not well and it has taken him many hours to try and clean this up. Would not recommend them.

After being mucked around by three shonky operators [including others trading as Kwik Kerb] I made contact with Chris Citroni Kwik Kerb. He came promptly when he said he would, he offered good advice, he showed me how I could make savings, and he gave me a written quote clearly explaining what he would do for me. On accepting Chris's quote he told me when he could fit my job in. He telephoned a week before to agree a day and time and then he turned up on time. Chris and his team worked efficiently. They were tidy, wasted no time, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the job. The finished job was brilliant. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect match to our other garden edging which was done 15 years ago. I would recommend Chris Citroni Kwik Kerb to anyone wanting quality garden edging at a competitive price.

Try answering your head office phones
Get your franchisers to answer emails
and phones
Only one franchiser Adam answered the phone , he was helpful and understanding
Very terrible service not happy , I wouldn’t recommend at all
Your either to busy or don’t care about your customers
Get your act together

Contractor turned up when he felt like it, would not commit to an actual date.
I didn't appreciate them dumping the left over mortar behind my bushes - thought I wouldn't find it?
Major cracking has started right across the face (not at the stress relief lines). (6 weeks in)
Also many minor hairline cracks appearing too.
This looks really awful already
Do not waste your money on this garb, I should have done more research.
Plus they wanted cash payment - that should have been a red flag.
Not recommended at all.
