Chris and his team were very friendly. It was a bit chaotic on the day which resulted in a few items being removed that shouldn't have been but the team have managed to locate most of them and they are being returned.

From the minute I contacted Chris, he made an unpleasant job - emptying the flat we had bought of furniture left by the previous owner - easy and fuss free. Chris and his team are brilliant to deal with and simply do what they say they will do. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Chris came to see me after my mother had passed away, sadly she had lived in a bit of a mess for the last few years of her life. But he came round, gave me a quote, did exactly what he said he’d do, kept me updated up until the day of the clearance.
The clearance guys were prompt and polite, cleared everything and cleaned up, even giving the place a Hoover and a mop through the kitchen.
I couldn’t have done what they did in 3 months, let alone 5 hours.
Use this company, they are great.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with during the booking and evaluation process, very professional and he was communicative and responsive in the days leading up to the clearance itself. During the clearance the team worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

I first contacted Lavender Clearances back in January for help valuing my house contents for probate. They were helpful and reassuring at a difficult time and gave me the confidence to tackle a very cluttered house myself with help from family. Six months on they have been back for the final clearance, again kind and efficient on a very hot day.

Chris the Manager was efficient and answered calls promptly and made suitable arrangements and stuck to them.
His teams were helpful and friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with.
Chris whilst on holiday himself helped me find another team to help us actually move stuff on when he was fully booked.
I have ready recommended them to others.

Chris turned up when he said he would and gave us a quote for the clearance of my late aunt's flat. I was happy with the quote and asked him to go ahead. The job was done on time and on budget so I was very happy. As I do not live anywhere near the property I could not oversea the work but I trusted that the flat was left clean and tidy.

I was really impressed with the services that Lavender Clearances provided - from the initial estimates and then the team who carried out the work on the day. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and helpful plus mindful that it's not an easy time for the client. I could not believe how quickly the team did the clearance of 40 years worth of house contents, garden and garages! I will highly recommend Lavender Clearance to others who may need them. Thank you!

Chris was the one person I could rely on at a very difficult time. He took the weight off my shoulders immediately and I hope he realises what that means to people who are finding it impossible to rely on any help from anywhere. I have no hesitation in recommending Lavender Clearances, they dealt with everything as I live 250 miles from London and I have every confidence in their professionalism.

Lavender cleared a relative's house, 3 bedroom Victorian house with large and very full cellar. The quote was reasonable and Chris was very friendly, efficient and professional. A team of 5 arrived with three vans on time in the day and completed the job within the time estimated. The team were also friendly, efficient and professional, wearing corporate clothing and were very careful in what they did. There were two very minor errors in that an item of carpet that should have been left was removed and a microwave that should have been removed was left. Chris was immediately contactable and offered to retrieve the carpet and make the swap the following morning, which happened on time as promised. All told the company provided an excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

Chris was very good but my wife popped into the flat yesterday and found that there were still items there that should have been cleared.
