Ray Ife at the spares department performed his job well over his normal duties.
For him, fulfilling the customer needs were most important.

The staff at Lawton imports offer a service second to none.offering detailed advice on parts ( and their installation), most parts normally in stock, if not they are swiftly sought from the manufacturer, as are all their spares concerning their "Godin" range of wares, any queries no matter how small are always met with a cheery manner ( Ray from spares is always willing to share his vast experience ) Highly Recommend

I only needed a new rubber seal for my Godin cooker but the person I spoke to was very helpful and explained to me how to fit it in layman terms. Very pleasant and very helpful.

I ordered a set of firebricks ... one was broken on arrival. They sent a replacement immediately - no cost to me. Couldn't wish for better service.

Once again Lawton came through with the right part to our Godin Range which is very rare in the US and did so in a quick efficient manner. It is just as easy for me to order a part across "the Pond" as it is for me to order from the USA. I am very pleased with the whole transaction and would gladly do business with them again.

Prompt to return my call as a broken cooker just before Christmas isn't what you need!
Ray also explained how to replace the item and clear instructions on moving the cooker , it's very heavy.
The parts arrived 2 days later and fixed promptly.

I required replacement hinges for my Godin cooker in France, helpful advice about hinge model - possibly two types. As I am now in UK Lawton supplied most likely type on full return basis if wrong. You can't really ask for more.

Lawrence in sales was very helpful and friendly - the replacement Petit Godin was ordered on Monday, delivered on Thursday and I had it fitted the next Tuesday!

Excellent service and phone support on fitting the new part for our Souveraine Cooker faulty door spring catch - before we bought the part, then when we did, it turned up well quick. Ray was lovely as usual. A credit to him and Lawton for doing a good job

Outstanding from the whole sales process with Lawrence, through to delivery and install with Ray. We had an issue with some of the furniture being damaged and it was replaced immediately. Both these guys are not only externally professional and have outstanding customer service, but are also incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They came up with solutions to ensure our furniture fitted correctly. Took the time to sketch out 3 different options for us. Sent samples for us to look at and were just all round pleasant guys. Loved doing business with them. Well done for being human, speaking human and acting human (no scripts being read here!!)
