So far I have only contacted about 10 of the leads and out of those 10 two had wrong information. One of them said that their birthday was neither last month not this month. The other person said that the person I was looking forward at that address owned the home 2 or 3 owners ago, so a long time ago. I expected more up to date information. If this trend continues I will not buy from you again

So far we have contacted the quality of leads we were looking for, however several of the leads listed when we contacted the home in person we were notified the person listed had died years earlier. The data base must be old that these leads are coming from. Levi

I contacted LP chat because my order of 500 names was provided with only about 60% with contact names. Being new to LP, I did not know I needed to select "must have contact names" when I placed the order. Not a problem. Graham, the CS rep, IMMEDIATELY emailed me a fresh list with 100% contact names. They have a customer for life!

I needed a specific list of addresses and picked leadsplease.com from an online "stab in the dark" search. Stephanie responded quickly with the answers I needed and the product I asked for. Excellent customer service - thank you!

At no fault to the rep on the phone who tried to help us, it appears that there is no discount for non profits anymore. Additionally, the lists that were created for us in the past are no longer available for you to help us discern new lists even though the list is still downloadable. I have always been happy with your service up until dec16 but now I am considering looking for another mailing service.

It was easy to find what I wanted and with some assistance in a chat session I was able to place my order. I was surprised to see items with a February date as I did not choose this option. I selected May through September and how February showed up is unknown as this information is not useful to me. I would use the site again.

Graham was fantastic. He's assist me, and a few of my friends on several occasions. We coach finanical advisors around the country hosting workshops. Leads Please has been a tremendous value for providing quality mailing lists. However, their customer services keeps us coming back. We're raving fans of leads please.

It was a little frustrating with the geographical area button, I couldn't get it to shrink enough to fit the area I wanted, it would shift from 200 miles to 2.0 miles and I couldn't get much inbetween

I needed a rush put on my order, and I spoke with Graham who was extremely responsive and helpful. They made sure my order was printed and out when needed...even ahead of schedule! It really was a great experience to work with the LeadsPlease team on my first postcard campaign & mailing list purchase.

We are a Church and were looking for the names & addresses of the folks moving into our County from other areas. Our goal is to welcome them to town and extend an invitation to visit our Church. Invested a lot of time searching for 1) easy to use website; 2) download in Excel format; pricing and couldn't find it . . . sure missed DeLorme . . . I love my options in choosing a list not only can i pick area by state and city but also by zip code. I being able to choose specific details about my list makes my target market much easier to identify.

My company felt we did not get the required results we were expecting. After a few phone calls with Graham it was determined that there may have been some communication issues. However Graham was very helpful and patient in helping us obtain a mail list we were expecting.

Customer service was great! I needed help with updating my mailing list and shortly after sending in my inquiry I received a call from Graham Brown who was very professional and friendly. Within a matter of minutes he had resolved my issue and answered all my questions.

All was fine, except a little bit of a hassle getting my leads in 3x10 label format. Originally, I was told that it might take 2 days, which was not acceptable. But I pushed a bit and ended up getting the pdf file for the labels in about 2 hours, which was OK.
