This is the second car I’ve had from Andy. Cannot beat the price and the service is excellent. I’m always kept up to date and not wondering what’s happening! I’ve recommended friends to Leasing options and I’ll definitely be back in 3 years for my third vehicle

Ordered a factory build Seat Ibiza, very easy after initially working out the build on the website & then speaking with Rachel. All together a £500 saving over the deal offered by Seat dealers. All good so far.

I ordered an 8 series BMW from Leasing Options in January and was told that the car will be delivered in March. The lead time was long, but based on the deal they were offering and the 5 star reviews I was willing to put my trust into the company and willing to wait till March.

Since ordering the car there was no communication from the sales person, Emily Smethurst or Leasing Options in general, including copies of the finance documents. I became concerned and called Emily, she told me there was nothing to worry about and everything was under control, the finance company had a number of application for the 8 series and were working through the backlog. I was having to chase the company on a regular basis and was told the same story each time.

It was now March and becoming closer to the delivery date, I decided enough was enough and escalated to one of the managers. I spoke to Nick Brotherston and was told that the original quote had expired (even though quote was agreed and finance accepted) and this was with the finance company to amend, in addition I was told that the car has come into stock but has a recall for a seat belt buckle and as the part has to come from china this could take months due to corona virus. I was told that Leasing Options are in regular contact with BMW on a daily basis to get an update - not sure why BMW would speak directly to a broker

Something didn't seem right with what I being told so I decided called BMW myself, they mentioned they were not aware of any recall, in addition I also called Santander and was told they have rejected a number of applications from Leasing Options as the deal they were offering for the 8 series was incorrect.

To me it seemed that Leasing Options had advertised a deal which was not genuine, and rather then put their hands up and admit they made a mistake, they decided to not tell the truth prompting me to cancel which made the situation easier for them.

I wouldn't trust or recommend this company, if they had be honest with me from start then maybe I would have given them 5 stars for being honest. It seemed that they were interested at point of sale, but the after sales service was poor, unorganised and shocking!!

Just ordered an Audi A4 Avant from Jake. The price was far better than offered by anyone else and the customer service was great - quick and pleasant.

Ordered a car in October, with delivery expected in January. After repeated delays, it's now June and the car still isn't here. The best they could do is tell me I can drive to Grimsby and collect it if I want it.

When I asked to cancel, I was told I had to pay almost £1,000 as a cancellation fee if I wanted to do so. After grumbling about it, they "generously" managed to revise this down to £600. Utter madness.

I would like to thank Stephen Roe, with his professional and patient attitude. We had few issues Finding the right car for me and then Stephen find perfect car and the right colour. We then had delay from the finances and Stephen sorted this for me with a quick turn around. Thank you. And that's the reason I used Leasing Options for my 2nd lease car

The car and the package is 5 star but the delivery in this current climate needs work.

I ordered a BMW X5 in October 2019 and was told to expect delivery in January or February 2020.

I chased up the order in January and February and there was no news, no delivery date in sight. I’ve chased up again earlier this week as I’ve heard nothing since and I’ve not even had a response to my latest email. Communication has been awful since I paid my deposit back in October, wondering whether I’ll ever take delivery of the car...
