My parcel said it would arrive within 2-3 working days and it was here the next day, I was very happy with the wellies and they’re extremely comfortable too! Would definitely recommend and would easily buy from them again x

I had an email to receive 10 or 20% off if I signed up to the news letter, but nothing come through.
I went ahead and ordered anyway and as soon as the order was complete I received the offer.
very cheeky from a premium brand and not what I would expect, great boots
but wish I shopped around as found them a lot cheaper on other sites.

This is my third pair of rubber boots. I find it difficult to get boots with the offer of calf sizes. Because I played professional sport I do have large calves.

I had my first pair 12 years ago and split them on barb wire recently. Le Chameau were my first choice as a replacement. I like the style and the footprint of these. I am not big, 5'3" and a size 10 and I prefer the fit of the mens rather than the ladies fit. I hope they last as long as my last pair.

I ordered 2 pairs of these boots. I received them 4 days later with regular shipping. They are amazingly comfortable and stylish. I have now ordered a pair for all 9 family members.

I wear a size 8.5 US and ordered an 8 or 40. They fit perfectly with thick socks. I also have really skinny calves and the adjustable buckles are wonderful. The adjustment makes a perfect fit. My ankles are also thin and my heals slide up the back when walking but the thick socks help make the fit more snug. The boots are very comfortable and light weight. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you for the lovely packaging and the free boot bag.

I was able to order a size 10 uk for this boot but you do not do a size 10 and I was given a size 9.5 which may or may not fit me. I did not notice this mistake until I tried them on and went into the garden with them. This could be a costly wrong size for me. Why was this not noticed on the new web site or queried with me as I ordered a size 10.

Absolutely brilliant service my order came with in 2 days of ordering so really happy with that . Also I brought my wife a pair of lechameau wellies as a gift as she has worked so hard as a NHS worker so it was a brilliant end to her week .

I ordered another design of yours and asked for advise on which would be the best design for me as I have 52cm calves. I sent the first ones back as they did not zip half way up. I ordered the adjustable calve size ones and were your largest ones I believe (not sure as no response from you despite your promise of one within 24 hours) these just fit but the adjustable strap is stretched to the limit and I can’t fasten so will have to leave open. The ones I sent back were refunded promptly and there is no doubt about the quality of these items. I am just shocked of the lack of customer service when people are asking for help and advice when wanting to invest a considerable
Amount of money in your wellies.

Le Chameau send many emails about the order, thank you, its been sent, its arriving... but if you return boots... nothingI

Previous Chasseur boots returned on Friday 3rd Jan. Checked tracking number on Royal Mail receipt Tuesday 7th, reading you had received boots on Monday 6th Jan at 12.01pm. No communication that you had received returned boots. My next communication was Friday 10th saying I would receive refund in umpteen days.

I have returned my heritage boots on Thursday 9th Jan and on checking with Royal Mail was received by you on Saturday 11th Jan. As of Tuesday 14th, no communication as to whether you have received them or whether I will get a refund.

i Returned a pair of LeChameau boots on January 8th 2020.
Delivery via tracking was confirmed on 9th January however I have had no communication from the company either to confirm safe receipt of my articles or to confirm any refund.
I have emailed the company 3 times now with only an automated response.

I paid the extra to have my item delivered next day, as it was a Birthday present. I ordered it on the 4th, got an email from dpd to say it would arrive on the 7th, and then eventually it was delivered on the 10th.

I received no acknowledgment of my order and the order was only shipped a week after I ordered it because I'd printed out order detail and had to contact vendor. After that my boots were here in 2 days which was great. Website and customer service needs work.
