Legacie had known the acquired development, Embankment Exchange had structural problems. However, Legacie has still selling off plan units through RWInvest. Legacie has stalling the development and dioing nothing even though Legacie had already received some deposits from the investors.

Over 2 years on from the launch of Reliance House in Liverpool I continue to be 100% satisfied with my investment with Legacie. Fully occupied since launch, meticulously maintained and expertly managed.

From an investor perspective Legacie has been an absolute dream to invest with. Their informed choice of development, location, commitment to the highest standards of building, and co-ordination of additional services (furniture packs, property management) provided a complete solution for my hands-off investment approach.

I am a non resident landlord and rely heavily on the services provided by managers. Legacie are by far and above the most trustworthy and professional managers I have currently in the UK.
If I had to choose one word, it would be trust. Many, many thanks for your service

Very helpful with registering with the Liverpool Landlord Licence.

I didn’t receive my first guaranteed rental payment on time due to a typo on my name and it happened again in the next payment. Then I received my payments on time as the typo got corrected permanently.

The reply from the leasing office has been prompt after the purchase.

The service and support we received from John, Colin, Marie, and others @Legacie, both during the purchase of our investment property and the subsequent letting management, has been phenomenal. No request, no matter how demanding, has been too much trouble. We rate Legacie 5-stars without hesitation.

I bought a flat at Reliance House in Liverpool with Legacie developments and it all went according to plan. The build and the guaranteed yield. The flat continues to be fully rented. It did what it promised and it's a great development.

I live in London and own a flat in a building they run in Liverpool. I have never met anyone from legacy however they have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure my queries have been looked at. They communicate well and are very easy to talk to. I can honestly say it is a pleasure talking with them when I do pick up the phone. Only positive things to say really.

I have been using Legacie to manage two apartments I own and cannot fault their service. They have looked after the letting and management of the apartments from the day I took possession and even had tenants arranged prior to completion of the purchase. They have always been quick to respond to any questions or requests for information and I would recommend them to anyone who does not want to manage their properties themselves.

We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
