I got the phone I wanted at a great price and free overnight shipping. I had some confusion about why I was sent a new sim card and when I called I was told to use the new one. After failed attempts at activating I tried my old sim card and it started working right away. 3 days later I lost connection and had to give verizon so of the hardware numbers in the about section of the phone to get it working again. Not sure that the second issue had anything to do with Lets talk more than Verizon. Either way they are minor issues and would buy from Let's Talk again.

I have used let's talk for the past several years for the best bargains on new phones. They have alway been wonderful to deal with whether on line or in person. I appreciate the fact that they are so helpful and pleaseant all the time. Keep up the great work. I can't get a better deal anywhere including my cell phone company.

I ordered 8/6. The link to check my status said "unknown" for the ship date and I knew I'd have to wait a few weeks because my product was backordered. I checked the week of 8/20 through a phone number located on the e-mailed version of my order and the automated system told me my expected ship date was September 2nd. On 8/28 I decided to call customer service just to validate the automated statement and at that point the customer service representative stated I should not have even been able to select what I ordered, that I will not be getting this product nor would I ever be getting this product as it's not a valid selection and not something offered by the company any more. I canceled my "order" which seemingly wasn't even a true order. Out of curiousity I went back to the website, went through the process and AGAIN was able to select this product. My only thoughts is that they are a bait and switch company with false advertistement and sketchy motives. I will never use them again and will not be referring anyone to their service either. Very disappointed.

I ordered Friday morning and they said it would be delivered Monday. Monday they said Tuesday. On Tuesday, they said Wednesday. I called Tuesday to check & they said they emailed the warehouse and it was definitely going out Tuesday and would be here Wed. When I checked Wednesday, they said it wouldn't be here til Friday - I canceled.

I was allowed to order my phone from verizon without a number to port online, but was told after four calls asking for more information that they cannot start a new line on verizon without an upgrade or a number to port. They wasted three days of my time!

6 days of hassle that ultimately resulted in no phone. They continually called my home number for verification on information they already had on file. I did not list my home number as my daytime contact, and would receive messages left after business hours only to have to call back the next day. Despite all the "I'm sorry about that"'s the call center employees I spoke to were indifferent at best. All this while the money is debited in my account, so when I ultimately elected to cancel the order rather than put up with another who know's how many days of this before my "free two-day shipping" kicked in, I couldn't just turn around and go get another one in store. Which I did do several days later, once the amount was credited back, as Best Buy was offering a sale on the same phone. I got the phone, a Zagg cover, and a whole heap less trouble in about 25 minutes for 1/2 the price.

I ordered my phone on 08/10/13 and still have not yet received my phone and today is 08/20/13. I am very disappointed because last time I ordered a phone it came just as I expected when I look at my order status they have not even attempted to ship my phone at all.

I hate that the website only allows you to place an order during business hours. Everything else is terrific, the phone showed up and was exactly as promised! I couldn't be happier with my phone or customer service.

I placed my order online and 2 days later my phone was delivered. I am very pleased with my purchase.

First, I was lied to by 2 agents. They both stated that I could keep my existing plan from sprint and that I would get my order the next business day. Then, my item goes on backorder. So I decide to go with the black note 3 since it was in stock. Then, I'm told that I cannot keep my existing plan and that I was misinformed. So I was forced to cancel my order as I need to keep my existing plan. Thanks for wasting a week of my time.

Overnight shipping is more like 2day shipping.

Lets talk was a great site to get my daughters new Samsung Note II. She's very happy and so am I. The site is easy to navigate through and was reasonably priced.
