We hired a portable device as a one off for a two day event, the first time we had tried contactless. Rowena sorted this for us very quickly as the turnaround was very tight and the process was really straightforward. The device was incredibly easy to set up and use and we had a great response from visitors to the event, having it as an option alongside cash donations raised a significant amount we wouldn't have otherwise. Would highly recommend.
Just remember to allow for an initial 10 hour charge of the device in your timings!

We are a large charity that desperately needed to enter the 21st Century and get some contactless devices as part of our donation journey. Liberty Pay have been fantastic. Gino has helped us through every step, always on the end of the phone and actually showing genuine excitement about this upgrade to our services which is really lovely to see. He has also been able to liaise independently with our donation box supplier to not only give us three portable devices but also send the manufacturers three devices to be integrated into their box designs. This has been a long process for us that was made a lot less painful with Gino's help!

We recently dealt with Yasmin Purdue at Liberty Pay and she was excellent. Ours is a small organisation and things tend to move quite slowly where finances are concerned. Yasmin was extremely patient with the delays we experienced. She was also very professional and answered emails quickly. I was confident that she really knew what she was talking about and glad we had her on hand to guide us through the process.

We were delighted with the service and efficiency from Liberty Pay and Rowena Finn. We signed up for 2 terminals, one static and one portable and have been very impressed with the great customer experience. Thanks to Liberty pay for boosting are income and for supporting with set up. It was Incredibly easy to do.

She went above and beyond to guide us through the set up, work around our requirements and ultimately enable us to reach our tight delivery deadline. I have been dealing with Yasmin Purdue who's customer service has been outstanding. Yasmin is always willing to explain things in detail and confirm the process and is an absolute delight to deal with. You don't find customer service like this very often these days so it really has been enjoyable working with Yasmin. From the product point of view we are hoping that the contactless donation devices will transform the way we work and make our fundraising easier for not just us but also for our donors. The devices have now arrived and look really smart so we are now eager to get them placed.

We had a brilliant experience working with LibertyPay and our account manager Naomi Stevens. She was excellent throughout the whole set up process, was very efficient and helpful, not to mention extremely patient with our long list of queries! Naomi was there to guide us through every step and it wouldn't have been possible to achieve the tight turn-around time without her. We're delighted with the product, and would highly recommend LibertyPay and Naomi.

Great support from Yasmin and the team from the initial enquiry, account setup, delivery and first use of a GPS device at our annual charity ball.
Device arrived early and was a great success at the ball, team members found it easy to use and without issue.
