On several occasions my mothers house got overly warm in the summer and LifeFone sent warnings to her system which was followed up with phone calls. Makes me feel good as I live about 700 miles from her.

My 88, now 93 year old mother got LifeFone on a recommendation from her next door neighbor. The low-cost and service are GREAT! Two years ago mom got the addition of a GPS which was comforting to me, her daughter. I was able to call in and find out where the GPS was so I could find her since she couldn't hear her cell phone ringing. Mom also used her necklace fob May 2019 and the system worked PERFECTLY! sadly all 3 of us on the list didn't answer the call from the center but mom received the help she needed when she fell at home. GREAT product!

I purchased Lifefone for my 87-year-old mom and now she wears it every day. It gives her a great sense of security and the rest of the family has a lot more peace of mind. Their operators answer quickly and are very compassionate and polite. Highly recommended!

Life Fone has done an excellent job in past years to assist my mother Jean at times when she has fallen. Thankfully she hasn't fallen since returning back home in August. But the past consistent reliability of Life Fone gives us all peace of mind.

My mother has needed to use LifeFone three times in the last three years. Each time the paramedics were there in record time, because of LifeFone. The last time was in May when she accidently cut a vein and was bleeding profusely. If it weren't for LifoFone she most likely would have bled to death.
I would highly recommend LifeFone to anyone.

There was no attempt to contact me (who paid for the service and was the emergency contact) though my mother’s connection was out of order for 18 MONTHS! Once the problem was discovered, no offer to reimburse us for the fees paid over that period was made. Then my mother’s power and phone were out for two weeks after a storm and there was no attempt on their part to inform me. I’m glad my mother didn’t have an emergency during the time we were paying for this service because it was worthless.

I have been a member of LifeFone for almost 20 years. After my husband passed away I realized I was living alone. After seeing many advertisements on TV I decided to become a member. I have had to utilize their service many times. First I used only the pendant. Then I got the GPS because I traveled quite a bit and I was assured that I would be safe as long as there was a cell phone tower nearby. And now I have the one in the shower making my safety 100%

Please don't get it into your head that LifeFone is only for seniors.
DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT JOINING. ANYONE, YOUNG OR OLD SHOULD BECOME A MEMBER! LIVE SAFELY WHERE EVER YOU ARE.

I have been with them for over 3 years. When we had a problem with them contacting us after our mother needed to go to the ER, they were very intent on correcting it and making sure that the confusion that caused it was cleared up. This product is so helpful to alleviate any worries about making sure the priority of getting our mother to the ER is taken care of. That is their top priority!

LifeFone gave my father the greatest sense of security as he dealt with health issues but lived next door to me, his daughter, and he kept his independence in his own home.
Over the past two years, he used the system many times because a balance issue caused falls. The response was always immediate and thorough- even when they couldn’t hear him answer, help was dispatched and he knew it.
And I would get a call right after to notify me that my dad was needing help.
There were a few times when he would have been in serious trouble had he not had a way to call for help.
I could go on but I will just say that LifeFone saves lives, helps you live better and safer and they make it easy to install and use and it’s very affordable.
It gives everyone peace of mind too!
