When first ordered lights I ordered them at $4 a set, when I went to send that order they were then priced at $7 a set.
So I didn't order those lights.

Ordered a set of 8 battery operated candles these were delivered quite quickly. There were problems with three or the candles. I emailed Lights.com about the problem and in less than 24 hours a replacement set was placed in the mail. What fantastic service. These folks know how to treat customers what a refreshing experience.

I ordered the Prospect floor lamp on 11/12. After a week of waiting for an update, I contacted customer service through the chat feature on the website. I waited several minutes until someone answered and they simply said that it would shipped out that week. I waited another week and nothing. I called but no one answered. I sent an email and someone responded a few days later with the explanation that the product was being held at the port and they could say exactly when it would be released but hoped for that week. I waited another week and still nothing. I contacted them again through chat and it took 20 minutes for them to tell me that "it would ship out soon". Luckily, a few days later I got a shipping notification and received the lamp and bulb on 12/7...almost a month after I ordered it. I understand things get delayed, but it would have been helpful and I would have given 5 stars if they would have communicated better to me what was going on and would have cared more when they did interact with me. Otherwise, the lamp works and looks great. Just a shame about their customer service. I will not order again from them.

I placed an order on 31 Oct 19 from GMA Deals & Steals promotion, lights.com processed my order on 04 Nov 19 & received items on the 10th. Some items didn't perform as expected & some were falling apart. Wanted to return some items but was informed that there was a 7 day return policy from time of ORDER. I cannot find this policy anywhere & my packing slip does NOT state that this is a final sale. When I ordered these items, it was not posted that these items were a final sale purchase. I was under the impression that these items were promotional items not clearance items. No where on their website does lights.com cover or state a promotional return policy. Cloaking is unacceptable business practice.

I received my lights yesterday. I hung the lanterns as soon as I received them. The delivery was quick and I was very satisfied with the quick response. I have not had a chance to hang the rest of the lights.

I have not received this order as of 01/08/2014. I am in no particular hurry for it but I expected that I would have received it by now.

Your customer service representative, Michael, in NYC was EXTREMELY helpful with assisting me to change my order before it was shipped. I had wanted warm twinkle light battery-operated strings, but at first only found the cool lights.
He helped me find the warm strings and they were delivered 2 days later. I'm delighted with the experience!

I order 3 of one item and 2 of another on 10/31- rcd the 2 items.. Still waiting on the others - not sure why they didn't all ship together!?!

Processing email received on Monday (2nd) stated that order had been sent to the warehouse for processing (order placed on 11/30). I see that order was shipped on Friday, Dec 6th with expected delivery of 11/10. While I did not choose expedited shipping I would have expected more prompt handling to get the order out of the door. Next order will definitely take delivery time into consideration. While their prices are reasonable for the battery lights Amazon.com would have been a whole lot faster. Didn't order from Amazon because I noticed the lights they had used the old AA Battery Case rather than the D cell case used now. Wanted the newer electronics. I have no complaint with the lights I got last year. Will see how these are when they arrive.

When I first ordered from Lights.com, I received my order and my candle was broken. I notified customer service and was guided about how to take care of this issue. I received a prompt replacement. I have been very satisfied with Lights.com.

I searched for outdoor lights and one type showed up so I ordered it.When it arrived it was very nice but it says for indoor use only on the packaging. The invoice says indoor outdoor candle So I'm very disappointed

I ordered 2 sets of timer tea lights and 6 packs of the batteries. I received the batteries, but still haven't received the tea lights. What good are the batteries without the lights? Wanted them for Christmas, but may not have them.

Love, love, love the White 7" Flameless Resin Taper Candles with Removable Silver Bases. They looked wonderful in my windows at night during this holiday season! The quality is so much better than ones I've tried in the past and the remote with varying options is awesome! Bought another set after receiving the first set so I could put candles in all of my windows.

I ordered the 3 little houses that had LED lights. They are so cute and just what I wanted!! The price was great!!! Got them within 4 days!! Great company.

I found everything that I wanted, and a whole lot more that I would love to have … my problem is that I went to plug in Glitter Tree (15-18") and it won't light up!! I hope the rest of the items will work fine, still need to plug them in, so excited!!!!
