Responsive, fair price, and product was delivered to front door with minimal signs of damage to box. Would have preferred option for double-box delivery for a reasonable additional price. Would consider an extended warranty but prices seem a bit high compared to SquareTrade and others.

Ordered two items though Amazon with ShopTronics being the third party seller. Remote controls were missing from the packaging and the user manual was doctored to omit these items. Seems to be an intent of the seller to falsely represent the product.

I wanted to purchase knee-pads for my kayak and I found them at Tom's TopKayaker Shop. However, the website showed that there were none in stock. On Monday, April 19th, I contacted the shop and asked when they expect to receive them and was told that it could arrive as early as the same week. During our phone conversation, Tom offered to take a pre-order and to my huge surprise I received the knee-pads on Thursday of the same week - just 72 hours after I made that phone call. Tom even included a printout with detailed instructions on how to attach them properly - which I appreciate greatly. I am very happy with my knee-pads, which I could not find anywhere else, and with how quickly they arrived and I highly recommend Tom's TopKayaker Shop.

Shockingly dreadful experience On 4th September we purchased an LG 43UN700 IPS monitor from Media Mrkt Spain online and collected it on Monday 7th from their Valencia shop in Calle Colon we paid €536. We were very busy having just moved house so actually didn’t open it to set it up until Saturday 12th. We already own one of these at our home in the UK so we were familiar with the process and its specification. On sliding it out of the box and removing the sleeve we could see the screen was cracked very badly all down the left side. We immediately raised a return request and received confirmation of collection from our home dated 14th September, unfortunately this never happened they just didnt turn up so we then took it back to one of their outlets as the return online form stated. They immediately accused us of breaking the monitor. According to them there is no way it could have been broken in the box so it must have been us. This was absolutely not the case. It was definitely like that in the box and definitely not broken by us due to mishandling. They have refused point blank to deal with us any further. They were so rude and aggressive it was unbelievable. We took it to another store but they were just as rude and aggressive just walking away from us and dealing with other customers. It would take too long to detail the rudeness of the staff and the way they accused us of breaking the monitor without evidence ... it wasnt even unpackaged and still had the wrapping on it but according to them nothing can ever be broken when it is collected.

One of my favorite stores and web is Mediamarkt. They always have a wide variety of products at an unbeatable price. Always the staff is willing to help you with any questions and, above all, they are very professional and well prepared. Recently I bought a TV and a tablet and I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of the products. Thank you very much and I will continue buying at Mediamarkt.

This is in response to Energy Conscious's reply to my first comment: Your website did not have any pop-up during checkout that warned me that shipping to Hawaii was not included in the "free delivery" advertisement. Your system allowed me to fully check out with the assumption that I was getting free delivery (probably in the hopes that I would not be so inclined to reverse the transaction once I found out otherwise). In the age of Amazon and Ebay where I can get free shipping to Hawaii on just about anything I purchase, insinuating that shipping to Hawaii "always" costs something is ignorant and rude, since it implies that I know nothing about shipping when I am located "Halfway through the Pacific to Asia". A business with these practices and responses cannot expect to gain loyal customers or compete with other sellers who offer free shipping to Hawaii on a regular basis.

It is now august 28 still nothing from IOOF, watch out for there underwriters TAL, who seem to tell them what to do. IOOF make 1.5 billion a year profit and cant pay me the proper amount income protection 4 my testicle injuries which now adds up to $21500 back pay it is all been reported to the sct in Victoria. I would advise anyone else who who has problems with IOOF/TAL to do so as well. To do with there underwriters TAL watch out for everreddy keetlereddy people who have dealt with TAL will know what that mean. Tells IOOFs customer complaints area what to do, as TAL tell IOOF what to do..watch out for them because they know every trick in the book .Don't think for a second that they even remotely care about your health all they care about is saving there own backsides and ripping as much money as they possibly can out of you, in my personal experiences the last thing and I mean the last thing they care about is your health.

I switched to IOOF two years ago and I have been very happy with the fund management. The main feature that I love is the wide variety of investment options. I had a selection of thousands of funds compared to when I was with AMP and I had minimal options. The fees are only justifiable if you have an investment of over 50K in my opinion

The movers moved us out of our family home of 40 years into storage for 5 months and into our new apartment. The movers themselves were amazing an packed everything perfectly. The office was very communitive and really went above and beyond for us putting up with our date changes and going back and forth to storage when our furniture wouldn't fit into the new house. And best of all the move was affordable and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg.

Beware of Cassie and Josh. They are preying on couples and trying to exploit them while they are very vulnerable. They are trying to make a massive profit off their pain. We had an hour consultation with josh where he asked us all of our personal busness about our relationship problems.At the end of the consultation he used all of our personal information to try to force us to purchase there 10 weeks tutoral and counseling services for $ 8,000.00. YES I SAID $ 8,000.00. He kept me on the phone for an additional 45 minutes trying to sell this service and he was even rude at times. Told me i didn't care about my marriage or my family because I thought money was more important. I told him I would think about it, but after that call I would never trust them to help me. The whole experience was horrible and left us feeling exploited and abused by people how were pupose to help us.

My husband and I have been together for over 12 years and have been in some sort of open relationship arrangement for most of that time. While both of us agreed that we wanted an open relationship, we differed in the types of relationships we needed to feel satisfied and happy. Although polyamory wasn’t new to us (we’ve both had serious, casual, and live-in partners) and we had been to traditional couples counseling TWICE, we were still struggling to find solutions to our polyamory specific problems. When we stumbled upon Touch of Flavor, it felt very much like a last resort to us. If this didn’t work for us, nothing ever would. Thankfully, Cassie and her team gave us the concrete solutions and support we needed to identify and work through our “sticking points”. They helped us recognize the places where we were already doing well and gave us the tools to bolster our weakness and start to repair the years of damage and mistrust that had become a pattern in our relationship. They were there for us literally whenever we needed them. Their support and working through the course was well worth the time and money. Our marriage was in the brink of collapse. We really wanted to stay together; we still loved one another and felt strongly about not wanting to split up our family. At the same time, we just weren’t sure that our wants and needs were compatible. By enrolling in Master Open Relationships, taking the advice of Cassie and her team, and really working through the modules and assignments, we were able to pull ourselves back from the edge of matrimonial disaster. I would highly recommend “Mastering Open Relationships” to anyone considering the course.

Sham was fantastic through out, helping to talk us through all of our options, allowing us to find the right house in our budget. He explained everything that we needed to know regarding the different types of mortgages and the benefits of the different loan to values. When our first purchase fell through Sham was there to offer guidance and help us find our new house and organise a new offer. Sham offered a fantastic service and made what could have been a very stressful time a lot easier. Very similar experience with many writers here. This website is fishy. They have many despicable ways of not paying by preventing writers from ever reaching the minimum amount. - dropping trust score - rejecting reviews - rejected but still publishing your reviews without paying you (very disgusting!) - threatening to ban your account if you ever question them I've very low tolerance for plagiarism and Reviewstream just out right steal my review which they REJECTED and refuse to pay me and put it on their website!! Well, if you wanna steal, don't be lazy, at least correct my spelling mistakes!! Now, tell me, is this kind of business you can trust? Did a quick search and found payment proofs that are very old, at least 5-8 years back. Was thinking did anyone still get pay by them or they just make everyone not reach the minimum amount? Anyway, HUGE RED LIGHT!!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH LAW BY LYING. I ORDERED A SHAVER, AND DID NOT USE IT. I MERELY TOUCHED THE BLADES TO SEE HOW FELXIBLE THEY WERE. THEY WERE NOT REALLY FLEXIBLE AND I COULD TELL THIS WOULD NOT DO THE JOB FOR ME. I EMAILED THE COMPANY WITHIN 2 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL EXPLAINING THIS. IT WAS THEN RETURNED TO THEM 2 WEEKS LATER. I THEN RECEIVED THE SHAVER BACK IN THE POST, WITH A NOTE SAYING IT WAS WET. 16 DAYS AFTER PACKING IT UP, AND I DID NOT EVEN USE IT! EVEN IF IT WAS WET, WHICH IT WAS NOT AS I DID NOT USE IT, IT WOULD NOT BE WET AFTER 14 DAYS. THEY THEN HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE THEIR TUNE IN AN E-MAIL SAYING THEY FOUND HAIRS. AGAIN A LIE, AS I DID NOT USE IT, BUT NOT ONLY THAT, IF THEY PERSON WHO INSPECTED THE PARCEL FOUND HAIRS, THEY WOULD HAVE SAID SO IN THE RETURNS NOTE THEY SUPPLIED. THIS SITE IS RUN BY ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

Parcelforce received my package on 28 May and has been sending to different depots around London and customer service unhelpful and unwilling to assist. This is day 3 and the package is still not out for delivery yet delivered to another depot why not just deliver to me! That would be helpful!

I paid my customs fee, was told that parcel would be out thurs, then fri, had email saying I missed the delivery at 930pm fri, was Definate indoors then, called back sat, definate have it by 2pm today, nothing, could have gone and collected it quicker, Won’t use them again useless, I understand about these covid times, but to be told three different days, rubbish

Then some how I came across this company and the price was almost $38 and that was with FREE shipping. I paid for it on the 26th (night) and received it TODAY the 29th. I ordered the SanDisk 4GB Extreme III SDHC Memory Card, which arrived yesterday. It was a brand new sealed package. With it are a SanDisk SD/SDHD card reader and travel case, plus a mini-CD with SanDisk RescuePRO v3.3 (data recovery software for Mac or Windows). Everything is brand new, as advertised. Total cost with shipping: $13.98. I am very pleased with their service (this is the first time I have ordered from Consumer Depot), and I'm happy with the product. Others have reported a less than stellar reputation, but my experience was very positive.
