I received the lights and they were very well packaged. No breakage noted. I have not installed the lights as of yet, as they are for our new porch on our new home--will be fininshed in a few months. But the lights look very sturdy--I'm excited to get them up and see them shine!!

Love the lanterns. They are attractive and charge quickly. They arrived quickly. Well packaged. I made a small error in ordering but customer service took care of it without issue. Very pleasant buying experience. Sorry that I can’t include a picture. We have not hung them yet to you rain from hurricane.

We ordered several lanterns, the block lights, and the pathway lights...plan to order several more sets of the pathway lights. They work beautifully, and add a soft glow to the yard. Very pleased with the merchandise, the packaging, and the shipping speed.

The finish on the chamber candle stick holder was not a polished bright brass color I was expecting, more of a darker brass. I do love how it fits on my window sill. I have an LED candlestick with a timer, which brightens up my room every evening.

I purchased four of the Rowe Hurricane Glass Taper Candle Holders in brass and they're gorgeous! They were packaged really well and arrived intact. I plan on using them for my holiday table with other gold votives and this "brass" color will blend beautifully with the rest of the gold table accents. I may end up ordering more!

NO problems... website was great to use, got all the confirmations and everything came right on time. The stringlights look great- we bought them ahead for next year since we are constructing an new outdoor space and can't wait to use them.

I purchased two flameless candles from their website specifically because I needed a specific size and the description said there was 4 and 8 hour timer. What I received had no timer on the candles. When I called, the CS agent was super unhelpful, he sounded about as thrilled to be helping as someone's sullen 13 year old. He tried to tell me the remote was sold separately. I reiterated that I was not talking about the remote, I was talking about the item description (which has since been changed on the website, I noticed) which read "4 and 8 hour timer" there was no mention on the website I had to purchase a remote FOR THE TIMER to work. I had to ask him, he did not offer, necessary info on how to get a return started. Completely unprofessional demeanor and the opposite of a pro-active CS agent. Sent the stupid candles back on my dime, which cost me $13 for $40 worth of merch. Was hoping to get a complete refund since it was their error not mine. I got the email that the return was received by the company, But no refund. 12 days later I reluctantly called again. Same agent told me that I already was issued a refund. I said, "that's funny I never got my PayPal notification as such" and I asked him to specifically email me the refund info. Lo and behold 2 hours later I got my PayPal notice of refund, minus the shipping of course. So, he lied on the phone with me - didn't even process the refund until after I'd called. I'm still wanting my shipping cost reimbursed, but I give up dealing with this poorly run company. I do a lot of online shopping, and I have NEVER had such a lackadaisical, couldn't care less attitude from an agent on the phone. Never shopping with them again.

Ordered 2 remote candles hoping they would make in a week and they made it in time. Worked just like I wanted them to have them in ceramic pumpkins outside. Will have to find something for christmas

The first two items came almost overnight and the second two items took a week, rather confused about not shipping all in one box....and the second two items I'm not sure it's what I thought I ordered, but since I did't get a confirmation email to print I'm guessing that 's what I ordered but didn't remember correctly

Ordered 14 - 6 inch flameless candles September 4th for my daughters wedding on Oct. 18. They took nearly 2 weeks to start sending them and then after waiting for them 4 were broken. I let the company know right away. They sent the replacements to the wrong customer, then the had took even more time sending them to themselves and finally they arrived on Oct. 21. Three days after the wedding. Yes they were aware. EPIC FAIL Cannot recommend them at all.

Other than it took longer to get here than I thought it would (2 weeks), they are exactly what I wanted. They look realistic and are beautiful.

I ordered a lamp on August 22nd, and it arrived a few days later. The lamp didn't work. I called customer service and left a message, emailed, and tried to use their online portal. It took 2 days to reach someone, and they were telling me great ideas like "did you plug it in" "Did you try a light bulb", etc. and the worst customer service reply "Well, we've never had an issue with that lamp before". WHO CARES? MINE ISN'T WORKING!

So I told her I ordered it for my guest room and had the guests coming the next day, which she didn't care about. She said I can mail it back for them to "look at". I said how about overnighting a replacement and I will mail this one back. She said they won't do that. I said, then you should give me a partial refund. She said she can't do that, but I can have a 10% off coupon for my next order! What a joke. BTW, I never got the 10% off coupon.

I mailed the lamp back Aug 23rd. It is not SEPTEMBER 18th and they are fist shipping the replacement or repaired lamp back to me today! 26 DAYS LATER. No apology, no discount. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Nice products, but if you lamp isn't working, be prepared to deal with incompetence and people who give zero sh*ts about their customers.

I got the halloween lights from a groupon deal. The only thing I was really peeved about was the fact that shipper was $10. I most likely wouldn't have bought the lights if I knew it was going to be that much. While your sales department is genius for that, I felt like I was being swindled since I had no idea it was going to be that much. While I looked at the website, there were lights on sale for something like $10, while I had to pay $15 for my groupon. This seemed a bit unfair, but oh well. If I was mistaken in any way and didn't see the prices correctly, then it's all on me. I just thought I might as well share my feelings on the matter.

With the exception of lack of response after twice trying to online chat (they were not available) and leaving a v/m with no reply until 2 days later... (Questions regarding what was standard ship, etc) I was given a reasonable explanation.
It was easy to order off the website and I received the items in a timely manner.
I would shop with them again.

As it is Winter here in the Northeast, I won't fully appreciate the lights until Spring / Summer. However, from what I can tell they seem sturdy and well made. Can't wait to see how they work.

I had seen some of the items I purchased a few months ago on Light.Com but when I saw them discounted during their end of year blowout it was time to buy them and more at great prices. No regrets!!
