I had a metal box full of the old 8mm reels and no projector, so no real idea what was even on them. I also had a couple VHS tapes that I wanted converted to .avi files. The CyberBytes video processing was exceptional in handling my projects. Fast, accurate and honest -- a great combination. I even asked for some video editing to be done, assuming those 50 year old tapes would be a little faded. I am very very happy with the results. Just seeing the smile on my mother-in-law's face made it all worth while. Strongly recommend working with CyberBytes.

DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!! I paid over $60 US dollars for a pair of sandals and they arrived not as described. I ordered green and there were obviously "factory" mistakes paint splashes of a different color (pink). The shoes arrived smelling really bad (chemical) and the stitching was uneven. I emailed customer service and they were horrible. I requested a full refund. They accepted a full refund only if I ship it back (would cost over $40.00) or a partial $15.00 refund. Given that this was my second purchase you would think they would want to keep my business. HORRIBLE.I even provided pictures as proof. I do not reccommend. These are poorly made not-so-cheap knockoffs.

Not worth the squeeze- AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! If I could I would rate this company Zero Stars... Stay away from this company, biggest mistake I have ever made. I joined together energy TE believing I was helping the smaller firms but I was wrong this company is run by crooks and agents that are there to steal your money or have no clue in customer service. Im not surprised at the score the company has received, TE is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Mid way through the winter periods, TE decided to increase my DD payments to cover the deficit- the thing is I was not in deficit I was already in credit and yet they increased my monthly payment to 250£ for the remainder of the term. When I called to discuss this they refused to change the dd payment referring to company policy. this is a shamble, if my account was in credit and my energy projection was within the credit balance why increase?? the year went on and it was time to renew, I asked for a final Bill as my new supplier was ready to take on a transfer. TE was non responsive, my account now was in a credit exceeding £500.00 to which I requested for a refund, the supervisor advised that this will only be made when my final bill is prepared, I am still waiting for a final bill. I then approached the energy ombudsman, who agreed and held a decision in my favour, a demand was made to TE by the investigating officer to facilitate a final bill and refund any sum due- its been 4 months and yet no response. I sent another email (as TE never answer their phones and when they do they do not do anything about the situation) again no response. I'm sick of these criminals. I am now in the process of preparing a case for court and will get back my money. if others have gone through what I have gone through, I urge you to email me on togetherenergy complaints @ gmail. com (ignore the spaces in the address). I will build a case against TE and together we can take them out and get our money back.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not help. They do not refund when you are in credit. My late father had dementia and continued to pay over the odds by direct debit. The refunded one amount and then would not deal with me as I didn't have power of attorney. When he died they continued to write to him despite me sending them the death certificate. I have written to the CEO...his PA promised to get this all resolved....I'm still waiting. I belong to a support group for Together Energy customers, 150 of them have all been treated appallingly. Please do yourself a favour and don't use them

All of my 11 plants I ordered were packed with care and arrived intact. All had their name tags, and thorough care instruction was included. Everything was bigger and more vibrant than I expected to be after a long trip. Very pleased with all of my purchase. They are extremely healthy plants and already looking great in my garden. Can't wait to see the grow! I will definitely recommend their business to my friends and I will be a repeater myself for sure.

I have always liked Hyperoptic as a broadband supplier and their customer support is great but I’m not a big fan to write reviews but I will go out of my way this time to make sure I let everyone know that as a supplier for broadband they are excellent but their connection is never what you take, many time way lower than what you’re paying. They will always come back to say it’s your fault because you’re not plugged in with a cable or they can guarantee technology and many insignificant stupidities like these, it’s basically always the customers fault. I as a user was never sent an email to say that my contract was over and they started to charge me over almost double of what I was paying. I have now asked them to renegotiate my contract to £22/month for 150mb and they say that their minimum is £28. I called support again and another lady gave me £25, same again, called and another £27. Today I called £24 is their lowest. I went on Vouchercodes and it says £120 promo code off with your 150mb package but when you click through it goes to a package of £35/month.... WHAT THE HELL! this is not a strategy campaign, this is full on a Scam, we are not in some random country with no laws, this is the UK and their are clearly laws against this type of marketing. I have already reported you for this as I have recorded the calls and links of the different sites with all different prices.

Signed up and arranged to have Hyperoptic install and set up the internet at my flat. Arranged to have it set up at an arranged time, it was just a matter of waiting for the engineer at the scheduled time. He arrived on time and came into drill a hole above the flat door (standard procedure in their set up protocol) he came to us and said he didn't have a drill bit long enough to do the job and they would be in touch. When I checked the online portal, it had a message apologising for the 'non-installation' and they will be in touch shortly. The next day I received a automated text message informing me that I had decided not to go ahead with the installation. No contact and still without internet for another week. Don't rely on getting this service just because you're in the catchment area.

Paid $90 for Deluxe Mother's Day flowers for a new mom. They were the last to arrive (6pm). The "card" was a full sheet of paper folded in 4 with a staple through it. My message was squished into one computer-printed line. The arrangement was wimpy for basic standards and insulting for something called "deluxe". "I hope you didn't pay a lot for these flowers." was their reaction. I called on Mother's Day to find out if my order had actually gone through but they were closed.

My assistant (I am a busy attorney) placed the order and it was supposed to be for 8 tabs that would appear all down one "page" For some reason, I received the tabs as 5 going down one page and 3 down the next. This was not what I had wanted at all. My assistant did not receive any helpful assistance when she called to complain, except to order again. Not happy about that at all. However, the quality is still acceptable. If I order again, I will have to make sure that there will be no issues of obtaining exactly what I want.

I placed my order on Jan 15th and today is Jan 29th and still have not received it. I did call to see why it was taking so long, the person said it was still in production. Seems like it takes a very long time to complete. Can't comment on how it looks because it has NOT ARRIVED YET!!

Using MyAir4 for almost 3 years. Never working as what it supposes to do. Connection drops while not at home, control panel (tablet) played up couple times, in two occassions couldn't even turn the cooling off and needed to climb up to the roof to turn the system off, connect and disconnect the etherrnet cable. Not recommended.

Our system is nearly 5 years and we had problem with the screen. Called them last week, someone came in today , replace the screen with the latest one with no cost ( 5 years warranty) and helped us with the setting as well. Great customer service, really recommend it.

I contracted Sunshine AAA Cleaning to clean my home at the end of November 2012 and was quoted an acceptable figure. They immediately processed the charge through my credit card prior to cleaning my home. To my surprise they processed a further charge to my card a week later and another charge to my credit card at the end of December. All contact with the company has proved hopeless and I have been left with no option but to cancel my credit card. I have reported the transactions of Sunshine AAA Cleaning to the Department of Fair Trading. Credit card transactions that I havent approved

Still waiting for multiple(5x$350) transaction refunds since 27th November 2013. Manager advised me it was due to an error on their end but reading previous reviews on this site, it seem like this business is a fraud. Do not trust. I am still waiting for response from fair trading as Manager keeps hanging up call and doesn't respond. fraud

I contacted Jim’s Fencing for a quote. Chris, the Franchisee actually got back to me within about 5 mins. We arranged for him to come out and quote which he did. The job was finished within a week of first speaking to him. He kept me well informed as to when he was coming. The job was neat and professional. I would definitely recommend Chris.

I was moving from a 2 bedroomed Unit with a double garage that had a home gym. The 3 gentlemen arrived as agreed at 07:00 hours and were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They provided service with a smile. Despite having to manually carry the my gym up a slope they never complained, but completed the service with a smile.

Booked Gold Removals Melbourne for 11am-1pm but they were running behind and rescheduled for 2-3pm. At 2.40pm I called to see how far away they were and they said the driver was on his way and will call in 5-10 minutes. 3pm still no one called I called them again they said they'll be there at 5.30pm! Are you kidding me? 6 hr removal to start work at 5.30pm! I ended up canceling them and called other company instead. Gold removals caused me so much stress. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I initially had some issues with the speed of these guys but the Managing Director called me and we reached a resolution. Their main focus is care for your possessions so if you don't want anything broken/dented/chipped these are probably your guys.

I've been going to Ringwood EFM for about 3 yrs now and would find it hard to go back to a regular gym. The best part for me is the relaxed, friendly feel of the place and the helpful staff who know me well and what I need to work on. I hadn't really been comfortable in gyms before the EFM gym but attended reluctantly due to health issues.

I have been seriously been interested in joining and I have tried going to two different EMF Health Clubs to enquire, and they NEVER get back in touch with you, and they NEVER answer their phones! A complete waste of my time. I understand they can be busy, but at least show some customer care/service when someone new is interested comes in.

Items are often stolen unless you pay for a locker which adds up if you go quite often, always either in or outdoor pool is closed, lifeguards and staff are incredibly rude, good luck going if it’s during school hours and you’re a student, staff were mumbling racial slurs to my indigenous friends and made us pay extra to get in. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Poorly managed pool filters resulted in a chronic pseudomonas aeruginosa infection (serious antibiotic-resistant pathogen)for 6 months, multiple doctors visits, 5 courses of antibiotics and hundreds spent on specialists. Poorly managed filters and inadequate chlorination. Disgusting cesspool.

My daughter attended swimming lessons through her school this morning. Their bus arrived ten minutes after her lesson was supposed to start, the whole centre was dirty, rusty and boiling hot. So she only got around 15 Minutes in the water. Will not be sending her here again

This build - in a Heritage Area, in a northerly Council, Perth WA was long, complicated and I'd never recommend to anyone - unless they get help from an accomplished builder like 101 Residential. They came up with the best plan for our block (out of 6 others) that was on budget with the additions we expected. Other builders were simply on a 'selling mission' and didn't listen to our basic remit, others simply didn't have a clue where to start with getting Shire Approval, etc. 101 helped get the plans approved in spite of the heavy resistance and ineptitude from the Council. Our build process was smooth and the finished product is professional and met our expectation. We're now about to move in - and we are really happy with our lovely house that already feels like home and we can't wait to really move in and live there. We don't believe we'd have got a better deal for a brick and concrete house, for the quality, hassle, location (on lane way), size, etc. from another Perth builder. Throughout the build 101 staff were helpful and positive which helped keep the whole thing on track and moving forward. We'd definitely recommend 101 Residential and we'd definitely go to them first if there was ever a 'next time' - although we'd never do something like this again if we ever knew the incompetence of the Council we had to deal with.

After a 5 year battle it seems that just a 1 positive phone call could resolve some clarity and hopefully change my mind in 101 Hopefully 101 and this build has made a turn for the good and my house will be my home. I will endeavour to update this and see how it goes.

My house was built in a quick and efficient manner and all workmanship was excellent! I did not have one issue during the whole time my house was being built. I would like to say a special thank you to my Building Supervisor, Ramon Bosito, for his thorough, professional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend Commodore Homes to anyone.

First contact with Commodore Homes was with sales assistant, Ed Benfell. He went above and beyond and made the process efficient, exciting, and honest. with it being our first home, the nerves got the better of us at times. Ed happily talked us through anything we needed to know and at one point answered an email 36 questions long. Jim our site supervisor was thorough and made sure any concern we had was looked after and addressed. Having the Portal was great, it is all in one place and we were able to check in with it at any time, and excitedly await new uploads of photos, of which there were many. Throughout the contract and build process there were changes to the technology that Commodore were offering. Commodore ensured that we had the best possible tech and appliances for what we had selected. They met their build guarantee of 24 weeks. We actually came under that. All in all we recieved the house that we asked for and paid for with no complications.

The build of our home was a dream come true - in just 4.5 months we are now ready to collect the keys. Right from the start, Graham and Donna were fantastic, helping us to get through the process which sometimes was overwhelming. The build progressed smoothly from start to finish and Im sure it was because of Amazing Andrew our site supervisor! The quality of the finishes and the upgrades we included were beyond our expectation. We would highly recommend NLH to anyone who is looking for a quality and on tender build. We have built with Jandson Homes twice now, 6 years apart. The quality of the finishes was first rate and the 'trades' we encountered were consistently good in both homes. In particular, superb brick-laying, carpentry and paint work on both homes. The staff were honest and responsive. We would build with Jandson again (but love our current home so much that we plan on staying put for a long time!). Clever, well thought out, modern designs. Practical inclusions and finally....walls in the right places! (how many homes did we look at with beautiful, large, open rooms but no walls to put a TV or wall unit up against!). Extremely helpful staff, both at Homeworld and in the office. We found their pricing to be on the high side and the air-conditioning company they deal with incredibly rude.

As a first home buyer, we chose a house and land package from Jandson Homes and I must say that we are glad that we did. They had quality inclusions and a great package for most of our upgrade requirements, without actually draining our pockets. Right from the beginning of the process, they have been completely transparent about the inclusions and exclusions. Their sales person was upfront in letting us know the pros and cons of various choices that we were making. The client coordinator ensured to send weekly updates about the progress, which we found quite useful in organizing things at our end. The construction supervisor was very efficient in addressing our queries and concerns. We are impressed by the great team that was behind the execution of our home. The whole construction process was completed ahead of schedule by almost a month. This purchase is a complete value for our money. Let me tell you about my experience with this bunch of clowns. I make a booking 2 weeks in advance confirmed and payed for in full. I was told someone would be in contact the day before to confirm the time they will arrive. On the day I call the call centre at 2pm their response "No don't worry sir someone will call you at 5:30pm. (alarm bells go off) Its 5:30pm I call the call centre again and they respond "sorry we have no cleaners available to come assist you tomorrow we have been trying to contact you all day. I call bullshit !!! We live in 2022 and I can see if I have any missed calls on my phone my dear. So in conclusion they have no cleaners available and I'm left stranded. O and by the way if you want a refund you have to call our accounts department for a claim. Ok can you provide me the details? No Sorry Sir you have to email them. Ok WTF is the email address? Sorry for the inconvenience Sir and puts the phone down in my ear. SCAM SCAM SCAM stay the F away from these assholes !!!

I recently purchased a small 8x4 kennel, the delivery firm was great in giving me notice of time of arrival and delivered all to my back garden thinking i owned a tiger... it had the metal bars on because one of my dogs is a houdini, I erected the kennel myself which was very easy to do, and there is support from Kevin via a tube clip of step by step if you struggle. I pursued my order being i live down the south and able kennels up north as there is very few kennels made to this standard with solid treated timber. the structure and design is solid and I've insulated the sleeping part and put up plastic 1 ft boards for the rain splash backs to keep the run dryer and made a base which will help it last for years. defiantly would recommend buying a base to care for your kennel. my dogs now thing they have a new dry home and are not in a rush to get up on a rainy day like today. I would highly recommend buying from this company and if i had found years ago i would of got my stables supplied too. Thanks kevin Regards Marita Carter.

We needed a horse field shelter in a hurry and Able Timber built, delivered and erected our field shelter within 3 weeks, all as promised. The quality of the shelter is fantastic, and everyone, from the people I dealt with in the office, to the lads who erected it on site were all amazingly helpful and we were delighted with the service. The price was very good and we were delighted to use a local company. Should we require anything further in the future we'll certainly use them again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Gave the gardener very vague instructions to make the garden look neat and tidy and he went above and beyond what I would have expected. Made it look really excellent in a very reasonable amount of time. Also he kept me informed the whole way by letting me know what he would be able to do in the time I had booked and how best to prioritise bits of the garden. Really good experience and will be using again in future! Also so easy to book which really helped.

I tried several other server providers... (a lot) and some of them felt really good... but... and this is a big BUT, once I tried arkserverhosting.co.uk I realized the difference between a good one and the best one. The servers are Top tier, I never ever had any lag with them, The control panel is the fastest one out there, it is a little different than the most of the panels but once you get used to it... It is amazing too.... The mod updates? ohhh those updates... none of the server providers has anything like what they have. A real time update checker what will immediately see if there is a new version and starts to send warning messages to the players about an upcoming restart in X minutes... It can not be more perfect than this. If you need support you get it in no time, they even have a very nice community on discord to get help if you need. I just can not imagine a better server provider. Keep up the good work. You guys are amazing.

Well, I pre-ordered an Xbox 360 from www.Atomicpark.com back on November 16 before the release of the Xbox 360. And I waited and waited. About 12 days (Nov 29) later they sent me an email stating "This has been a very popular product.... Based on your place in line, your order will be shipping out the week of December 7th. Rest assured, everything is still proceeding fine and on schedule." So thats good to know Dec. 7. Then on Dec. 7 I receive another email stating "I wanted to drop you a line to let you know the status of your Xbox 360 order... We are confident that we'll have the XBOX 360s in soon, and since you placed your order so early, you're at the front of the line... I've talked to our buying staff, and they've indicated confidence that the XBOX 360s will ship next week. We have been carefully monitoring our orders to make sure we don't oversell -- in fact, we're no longer accepting pre-orders for delivery before Christmas in an attempt to make sure our current customers get their XBOXs in time." Alright missed Dec. 7 but 1 week sounds good. So over 1 week past and on Dec 21 I receive another email stating "I am very sorry to have to let you know that we no longer believe we’ll be able to get it to you in time for Christmas. Our distributors promised us that we’d have enough units to fulfill everyone’s orders in plenty of time for the holidays and they have let us down. Our distributor’s most recent promised delivery date of Tuesday or Wednesday of this week have passed and they now say we can expect them the middle of next week". Middle of next week has now gone and you get the idea about this company. All these quotes are directly from emails I have saved. I will let them speak for themself. They are now saying I am 1 of the first for the January shipment. LUCKY ME!!!! Anyone want to buy a sealed Madden 2006 game.

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Oblivion from Atomic Park because they had the best price with no shipping ($66). But, of course, it was too good to be true. The item specifically stated that it would ship on 3/21, but when 3/21 rolled around, my order still said it was pre-order. I gave them a call and the first guy told me that he had no way of knowing if it would ship on time. Then, magically after I called, the item status changed from pre-order to backordered. I called back and asked if my order was also backordered and the second person said yes. I canceled my order. On the plus side, cancellation was easy. I guess they probably had to get pretty good at that part.
