I am new to the succulent world, but had heard amazing things about the plants from Mountain Creat. I decided to take a chance and order several different varieties. They arrived quickly, in beautiful condition, and are doing great so far! Now lets pray my thumb goes green and I can keep these beauties alive!

All of my 11 plants I ordered were packed with care and arrived intact. All had their name tags, and thorough care instruction was included. Everything was bigger and more vibrant than I expected to be after a long trip. Very pleased with all of my purchase. They are extremely healthy plants and already looking great in my garden. Can't wait to see the grow! I will definitely recommend their business to my friends and I will be a repeater myself for sure.

Every single plant was perfect! These make me so happy and I love to share them with others too!!! Mountain Crest Gardens obviously take wonderful care of their plant and it shows!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

My first job out of high school was working at a dry garden selling cacti and succulents. I now live in an area where I haven't been able to find the same variety and quality of succulents. Mountain Crest Gardens has fixed that problem! I'm very happy to be a customer of theirs now.

I love this website. Lots of information, helpful illustrations and easy to select & order plants I want. Am also pleased with quick delivery you provide. I bought some plants from you a few weeks ago, and they came within a few days, in protective packaging. Thanks a lot for this service - really helpful in these days when so many of us can't get out to shop in person!

Love/Hate relationship..love the selection and price/ hate the fact that I can't buy more. So many plants to choose from and so little space to put them all. I think this is my only addiction. Still feeling the pain

My first order arrived today & I was so thrilled. Plants were a nice dize & healthy. I especially liked the pamphlet that was included & the little plant ID sticks. Just placed another order. ❤️❤️

I told my mom that she had to come here instead of amazon because it was important to support small businesses and then she got very excited when she saw that she could also order so many cool plants from here in addition to the book!

There were 5 succulents in this order. I have been very impressed with the packaging and condition of the plants on previous orders, but this order was not totally up to par. The plants seemed to be really jammed into a small box....and most of the soil was out of the pots, which I understand may due to the mailing process, but more importantly, the Haworthia Venosa I received was in very poor condition. It appeared to have been severely sunburned or just dried out because the tips of almost all the leaves were yellowed, dried out or crusty. It was also terribly root bound...so much so that the pot was really bulging. I attached a photo of it on your Contact website right after receiving but I don't see an option to include one here. In any case, what I received looked nothing like the photo when I placed my order.

This is the second time I've ordered from Mountain Crest Gardens and I could not be more pleased with the quality. They also pack the plants extremely well, and even after a week in transit the plants arrived in top quality. I ordered 2 mixed trays of 25 succulents and only one looked a little iffy. I will definitely continue to support this company!

All my plants arrived in good condition. The succulents were smaller than I expected, but as long as they're hardy, they should flourish. The cacti are a much larger size. I've planted them in pots because it's still cold here in TN. Can't wait for spring, but I'm hoping they'll soon grow roots and think about flowering.

Plants arrived in perfect condition, small plants in 2" pots, which makes handling them quick and easy upon receipt; the way most Sempervivum specialty vendors supply them is bare-root dry in paper bags, which requires hours of tedious work to get them cleaned, potted, and top-dressed, and labeled. Compared to other Sempervivum specialty vendors that ship bare-root, you will receive about double the quantity of plants, both mature hens and good sized chicks, with those other vendors, as compared to Mountain Crest where 1 plant ordered is one small plant received. When receiving Sempervivum, if a single plant flowers prematurely, it dies (because they're monocarpic) and one depends on chicks to be in existence to keep that variety going, thus receiving one small plant does pose a risk that it'll flower after receipt and die, without yet having a chance of making chicks. For that reason I gave the "Value" rating only 4 out of 5 stars. The plants, while small, are strong and well rooted, growing in a coir fiber medium, which is better that the dreaded peat medium many growers use, I expect they'll grow just fine once "unleashed" into the garden. Highly recommended.

My succulents arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When I saw how the delivery guy was handing me my package, I was afraid I was going to find a big mess inside the box, but I opened it and it was so well packed that nothing was disturbed. They're so cute that I can't stop looking at them and I can't wait to make my daughter's baby shower favors!

I ordered 9 different soft succulents (mostly rosettes) and for the most part Im happy. Shipping quality was excellent, packaging was suburb, and most of the plants were in fantastic condition. My only complaints are that the Graptoveria Debbie was not recognizable as a Debbie to me and seemed to be in rather poor condition (multiple leaves had come off in shipping - not common leaf loss but It seemed more like a water issue so I cant use them to propagate) and very few leaves were left. There were also quite a few plants that were unrecognizable next to their photo on this site. Im aware all plants have differences that make them unique however plant and leaf shape as well as being in the same color genre should usually be expected. Overall I would definitely recommend them (I already have) and I now have 9 healthy happy plants.

All the sempervivums looked great. I was a bit disappointed I got two that were the same but they are still nice. The little missy sedum had a bunch of dead leaves and looked pretty sad but I'm hoping it will perk up soon.

I got all my plants last weekend and they're amazingly beautiful! They all arrived extremely healthy and I got a diverse selection of cacti and succulents. I really appreciated how all of the succulents were names so I can easily look them up and make sure I'm taking care of them we'll, I do wish the cacti were similarly named actually. It also made me really happy how the shipping container was filled with with sustainable materials so I don't have to be guilty about tossing a bunch of stuff into a landfill!
