Got my first order and they came in great! I was looking forward to it for days and when they arrived, they were upside down (even there were sign and sticker saying this side up well) But surprisingly everything is so well protected none of my succies were damaged and they are in great condition! I m so in love with my succies and mountain crest is gonna be my favourite website , First choice to shop for more plants

I received my plants in good order. Planted them within a few days, lightly watered, placed in the sun and can't believe how they all popped up and took to being planted. I bought enough to give as gifts. Beautiful. will purchase from Mountain Crest again Jeanne

My plants are terrific, thankfully! I had great tracking information, but unfortunately the package got stuck in Newark, New Jersey for an extra night in very cold conditions. They were delivered the next day and the plants were nearly frozen, as the heat pack was no longer emitting any heat. the plants lost a few leaves but after warming up, and getting some water are beautiful! Shipping method should be changed, especially with live plants. I give the plant quality FIVE STARS, but the shipping method a TWO.

I ordered from this vendor and I was extremely happy with the shipping times and packaging. Unfortunately only 2 out of the 4 plants I purchased survived. Within a week one just fell apart from seemingly being over watered and the other stayed dries and shriveled. I followed all the instructions I received from the seller, so not sure what went wrong.

I have ordered succulents from Mountain Crest about four times now. I am always amazed by the selection and quality. However, my last order was kind of surprising because some of the succulents had signs of overwatering. A couple of them aren’t doing good at all and have extremely droopy leaves, lower leaves that are swelling to the point of coming off, or other qualities. The rest were in good condition so that’s why I’m still giving a high rating! Just this past shipment was not the quality I expected.

This was my second order from MCG and, like the first, it arrived on time and intact. The plants were healthy as as-described, and are now growing happily on my windowsill.

I am pretty pleased with my order (9 pack indoor succs). I ordered them on Monday and got them on Friday! They arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. So nice! Smaller than expected, but cute and so healthy. Can't wait to see them grow :)

Plants were really dry when they arrived, hard to see condition of roots but based on past experience I am planning one these plants bouncing back and doing great! Can't wait to see them grow and show their beautiful pink color! Even had some baby plants with them!

My Hens and chick arrived in a timely manner, my plants showed up and looked stupendous with the exception of three, all three in the same row, two of three no plant existed, a little dirt remained and one of three had what looked like a hen and chick but it was half the size of why pinky finger nail and is not alive!

35 years ago I acquired a collection of Sempervivums from a nursery in the Western mountains; it may have been Mountain Crest or its predecessor, but I don't recall. Those semps and their offspring have accompanied me through 4 moves, but with some attrition of varieties. When I decided to bring back some variety to my collection, I looked for a source near the original one, even though I couldn't know if it was the same source.
The 10 plants I ordered in early March arrived in a few days in excellent shape and have been planted to grow on. If I figure out a way to enlarge my collection further I will go back to Mountain Crest.

I will always buy my succulents from Mountain Crest Gardens from now own. They arrived to Texas in a week and in great shape. The succulents needed some sunlight after being in a box but their root systems were large and healthy. I look forward to my next purchase!

I ordered several different sempervivums to add to my hanging baskets. They all arrived in great condition and are super cute. Also ordered the Black Prince and Black Knight Echeveria, have wanted these two for some time now. Can’t wait to enjoy these succulents throughout the Summer as they change colors with the long hot days in NC.

I’ve been purchasing from other seller for about five years... From now on, Mountain rest Gardens is it! The plants I received are beautiful and so healthy!!! Their packing technique is amazing!!! My babies travelled across the country from California to Florida with no issues, not a bruise or a spec of dirt out of place! Communication was unheard of, update emails were received all along, even one letting me know the order was delivered!!! I’m a 75 year old widow on a very fixed income, so I’m extra careful spending what little I have on my addiction to succulents... Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the plants are even nicer than the pictures posted. Mountain Crest Gardens Exceeded my expectations in every way! Can’t wait to save my pennies to order from them in the near future!

I purchased 9 plants from here. This was my first experience buying plants online. This company is amazing and ships them out so quick. I only have one plant that has leaves that keep falling off but I’ll keep watch on it. All the other was are perfect!

Bought 4 individual succulents on a Sunday - they arrived the following Saturday, 6 days later. Communication about shipping was clear, and while I was hesitant about shipping succulents across the country, they arrived in great condition. I got them into the ground immediately, watered them, and they are flourishing in my rock garden. Will definitely buy succulents from Mountain Crest again in the future.
