3bed house and the move was 1 hour away,
Vinny text me at 9.30am to let me know he be arriving around 12 and text again when was 30min away,
When the guys showed up they were two happy going, very polite, very helpful, very hard working and vey professional ,
They were willing to help, move and lift anything for us,
Vinny made it a very easy , relaxing move for us

I was moving from a 2 bedroomed Unit with a double garage that had a home gym. The 3 gentlemen arrived as agreed at 07:00 hours and were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They provided service with a smile. Despite having to manually carry the my gym up a slope they never complained, but completed the service with a smile.

We had hired Holloway for a 1 bedroom move and the guys who helped us moved (the 2 Brazilian guys) were very quick and careful. They arrived on time and they got everything done in under 2 hours including dissembling and assembling a double bed. Would have been quicker if not for the access to the new apartment being quite inconvenient, but this can't be helped. Amazing service and check in via the phone by Beth and Felisha.

I needed to move my one bedroom place into storage with short notice, and Holloway was so helpful every step of the way. From Felisha and the customer service team keeping me up to date every step of the way, to Henrique and Dieago moving and dismantling tricky furniture with ease. They arrived on time and were quick in getting everything packed up efficiently. Henrique and Dieago were friendly and professional, and took the initiative with everything. Moving is stressful and Holloway helped ease that stress so much!

I used holloways for the second time now this time the move was a little bit more tricky the elevator was broken 52 stairs up freddy and jp where excellent really hard working and got the job done faster then I thought highly recommended holloways and ofcourse

Holloway removals were fantastic - in regular contact up to removal day, checked in day before, turned up on time, really efficient on site. Amazing service, with friendly staff. I would happily recommend!

Following the death of my mother I moved her goods into storage with Holloway. While still charging me they decided to sell everything I was storing with them, and then had the nerve to continue charging me for another 18 months before I found out what they had done. They are now taking no responsibility and not even offering refunds. These people are thieves in the worst possible way. Do not trust them. They steal from you

Move was on time, they told me 40 minutes prior to arrival. The move took as long as expected (under an hour) and the boys were professional, courteous, funny and even had a chat. It was originally quoted as 267 ($120ish for call out and $150 for an hours work (and it took about 45-50 minutes)) but I was also charged $75 at the end. I didn't necessarily mind cause the boys did a good job but it's worth noting. If it was just $267 I'd give the boys 5+ stars but for now it's 4.99 stars just cause of the surprise. Thanks a lot Holloway, appreciate your service.

I would highly recommend Holloway Removals - Nick and Daniel moved my 2 Bedroom Apartment yesterday and they were both fantastic to deal with. They were professional, friendly and made the 4 hours stress-free. Having moved 3 times before, this was the smoothest and easiest move I've done and the first time I didn't end up in tears at the end of the day. I really appreciate the care they took in moving my belongings too. Thank you.

I recently moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house with Holloway Removals. Booking was easy, removal staff were friendly and professional. They took exceptional care of our furniture, and I have good experience with the work they did. I would like to thank the removal team from Viny for their good work in particularly they solved my problem in moving a bookcase to first floor. Really enjoy the service and hassle free!

Making a corporate move of office equipment, IT and staff packing boxes from Sydney to Melbourne. I called Holloway on the Tuesday and had everything arranged and in place for a pickup on Saturday and delivery Sunday. Fantastic service from Sal, including checking the move went well. Everything arrived in perfect condition including 2 large screen TV's, Plants and Paintings. I cannot believe how easy it was, and would certainly recommend Holloway Removals

We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment, one bedroom was completely empty, and we had already moved 1/3 of our things ourselves. The move still took 3.5 hours, I felt the removalists were going slowly and carrying less than they could have with each trip. My fridge was also damaged during the move, there was a dent and lots of small orange scratches that looked like rust stains splashed up the side. I used stainless steel cleaner to clean it as best I could, which caused the brushed silver to go very dull. I emailed Holloway removals and they asked me to send photos, which I did. They then offered to refund me for the cleaning product I had used, completely ignoring the fact that there was still a dent and scratches which wouldn’t come out. The removalists wouldn’t take some of my things. They would take anything in bags, even though I wasnt told on the phone that everything had to be in a box. They also left garden plants and a big mirror among other things which I had to arrange to be picked up separately by someone else. I requested a partial refund which they didn’t provide. I would not use this company again, I had far better service from the removalists I used before but they were not available for this move.

We have used Holloway removals twice over the past few months. The service has been outstanding. All the removal staff were very courteous and took exceptional care of our belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a removals company.

Simple office move, requested a truck under 3.3M height to enter the loading dock, they turned up with a truck that was above 3.6M so we couldn't use the loading dock which made the move much longer, they double charged me the deposit amount on my credit card without permission then over charged me for hours they did not work! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I've tried to get a refund for weeks and have been ignored.

This is second time review, because somehow first was mysteriously removed on Google! Job was pick up and delivery household goods and personal effects to our transport yard and load them into container.
Zilch / Zero stars is because goods were thrown into container, with even some damage, but charge was like proper time was spent loading into container. To make matter even worse, it was diplomatic cargo, and they are calling themselves Removal company. Disgraceful. Beware and avoid at all cost, would be my experience.
I would say, they have whole team for fake reviews.

Moved 1 bed/bath from Coogee to Zetland, really happy with the 2 lads.
Professional move, very careful, and their packing was really clean and tidy.
They were punctual, and they came on time.

They did not call me 30 minutes before arriving though, as advised, which forced me to rush when they arrived.

Very helpful, didn't muck around, and got the job done.
Holloway has great service and communication, to which I enjoy.

I would use Holloway again for future moves!
