I've been working with Expert ADHD coaching for a little over a year now. I really like their approach, which is highly customized to the individual client. For me my ADHD is both a strength and a weakness. I have an unusual situation in that I'm a creator/artist/designer, as well as an academic, and I also do events organizing, so I am spinning a lot of plates simultaneously. My coach helped me to to develop task tracking and time management systems and methods for planning and prioritizing, as well as helping me form stronger boundaries around the barrage of requests I get to add additional things to my spinning plates. She helped me to understand what works best for my workflow (e.g., sitting outside, being by a window), distinctive techniques for taking breaks...such as a dance break or a bike break, and how to chunk my time to maintain attention for high-focus activities, such as writing. She helped me get my office more organized, and helped me finish a book I was struggling with. She also helped me deal with the distractions of working at home during COVID! really love my coach and would highly recommend Expert ADHD coaching to anyone looking for support with ADHD.

Shanna's ADHD program has change my life, and I really mean it. Working every week with my ADHD coach has tought me how to get organised, how to maintain focus, and move forward towards my dream future. I have learn many tools to prioritise, to be able to accomplish projects and stay on track. Today I feel happier and more comfortable with myself. I joined Matt's 1:1 coaching at the end of June 2018, what convinced me to join Matt was he is a coach with a completely different approach to training and racing to any other coach I've worked with in the past. He has a no BS approach and says it like it is which is really refreshing. He has a vast knowledge on anything triathlon related, and I’ve not met anyone with his passion for the sport, amazing to see even after so many years in the sport. Matt will invests in you like no other coach as long as you are 100% committed with no excuses. Since joining Matt I have seen my performances improve with each race, and most importantly I have stayed healthy without any injuries. I could not recommend Matt and his coaching approach more highly.

Matt Koorey is not for the feint hearted, but his approach reflects the exceptionally high standards that he holds of himself as well as the consistent quality of investment that he expects from, and works tirelessly to draw out of, his athletes. Matt can sometimes be raw, but his crew understand that it comes from a passion for excellence and progress borne of methodical attention to process; where he is demanding they respect and appreciate the wealth of experience that underlies the feedback. That aside, Matt is incredibly generous with sharing his knowledge and personal anecdotes, acquired over 3 decades spent racing and/or coaching in the high-performance multi-sport arena, and his intensity is driven by the responsibility he feels for his role in ensuring his athletes achieve success beyond their expectations. He works with his athletes on a holistic level so that their athletic endeavours are optimised in consideration of lifestyle and environmental constraints. Matt works with professional, elite and age-group athletes and, from my observation, asks only that the athletes that he takes on board have the same commitment to their own success (whatever that looks like for them) as he does to helping them to achieve it and that seems like a fair trade to me.

Too bad I didn't read yelp reviews before I ordered from brace planet. All the reviews are 1 star (including this one). Emily, the chat grouch, is the same grouch that answers the phone for customer service only she goes by another name. So right from the start they are deliberately deceitful. Perhaps she is the only one that works there. I ordered a 24 dollar brace and paid 45 dollars for overnight shipping. Never got it and never received a tracking number even though they promised to get back to me with one. Emily, the chat grouch, said it was back ordered and will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. (three days from after placing the order) I asked to be refunded the overnight shipping but the grouch said NO. "Processing does not reflect shipping". So apparently all their processing issues are the customers' problems and not theirs. Luckily I have copies of all the chat transcripts so I can dispute this issue with American Express. She did tell me to go right ahead and dispute it but if they win the dispute they will charge me 25. What a pathetic company. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

This is the first time I am shopping with this company. Three calls were made to this place by me to place an order for the back support braces. The first to calls someone answered and hung up on me. The third was not answered. Then I chose to place the order via computer,

I engaged Carole (MAD HR) a couple of years ago to help develop & facilitate employee engagement workshops linked to our Performance Through People programme. I needed somebody with credibility and kudos and able to facilitate and engage with (sometimes unwilling) stakeholders from Field Engineers to Senior Managers……… Carole gave us that and far more besides. What really impressed me was her ability to grasp the brief so easily and fully and then to create and deliver what we needed with such a great empathy for the audience and the sponsor (i.e. me). I received some amazing comments about her workshops from some of the most unlikely of sources ….. including (from a very long in the tooth Engineer) …. “whoever decided to get MAD-HR involved was a pure genius – the best session I have ever been to” …… maybe I can claim a small amount of the praise for doing the appointing but the accolades fully belong to Carole. I would not hesitate to engage her again if I needed to deliver significant people change and/or cultural development programmes.

I really did enjoy my first ever online training experience with MAD HR. I have no HR experience I was made to feel at ease and reassured I would have a better understanding by the end of the day and I certainly did. Naomi is a great trainer, I am looking forward to completing my other modules.

After I paid for the mmr boost, I was told that it would take them approx. 8 days to get it done (from 70 to 1000 mmr). It only took him 3 days to get it done. Easy to communicate with the booster and good service. Fast and efficient, I couldn't ask for more.

Had been looking for a booster for some time, as I do not have the time to increase my mmr as fast as I was looking for. Created an order on boostmmr and was contacted the next day by a booster who help me gain the needed mmr in a fast, safe, secure and trustworthy way. Can highly recommend these guys - and this comes from a happy customer who has never used boosting before and was a bit nervous/skeptical before submitting my order.

I've attended a Crash Course and it was a total waste of time, just one long sales pitch to try and get you to sign up for one of his eye watering expensive courses. The BBC recently did a program exposing these courses, before signing up to anything to do with Samuel Leeds I'd go find it and watch it. It's on YouTube.
